Visiting Asheville from way out of town and needed to head home but my brakes were making noise. The gentlemen diagnosed the problem quickly and got some parts the same morning so I could get on my way with my family for an honest price. Thank you for the excellent service!

Worst place ever, made an appointment to fix my brakes, was there for over 4 hours, just to get told come back in one week and will have the parts to fix and was charged 70 bucks for them just to look at it.There a total rip off and a joke at fixing anything. Please take my advice and go find a better repairman to fix your car.

We went to get an inspection. Said they wait would be about 2 hours. Went to lunch and came back in 30 minutes. They were able to get it done while we were gone. Thats what I call great customer service. They went above and beyond to get it done sooner.

Had a problem with brakes from an earlier job that was done. They honored their work and replaced parts and no charge for the labor. Always go there for oil changes.

I had to edit this post because there were unknown circumstances i wasnt aware of at the time.These guys are absolutely amazing. They get me in and out as quickly as possible and are professional. Great service and friendly people. Fit my daughters car in for a difficult repair when she needed to leave for a trip on the next day. I had both of my cars inspected there this week and they took care of things promptly. I will continue to use them.

Oil change service was good, and quick, however felt very uncomfortable with workers and management not wearing face covers when talking to me, it is a state mandate to do so.

We had a wonderful experience. They were able to fix our vehicle and even offered to stay late to get it done same day. They were friendly to work with and showed they cared about their customers and not just profit.We will definitely use them again.

Got my oil changed and then oil began to leak. Its never done that before so I took it back. They had not put the plug back in correctly. They did not apologize 😡 Now I have oil stains to clean up. Additionally, All customers were wearing masks but the employees were not.

Predatory. $1900 quote to my wife to fix noise when braking, including new tires. Tires were absolutely fine. Honest mechanic fixed the issue for $135. They put on new timing belt for me, has 3/4 inch of play, refused to tighten it, wanted to replace another part. They did not finish the job I paid $1400 for. Cant wait for their BS response.

So after my front left tire continued to wear excessively on the outer edge, I had precision recheck my alignment. They reassured me that everything was within the allowable tolerances. I accepted that but the tire continued to wear so I took it to another business who found that my front left tire was out of adjustment on the toe and the caster. I am not sure if the staff or equipment was at fault but something doesnt add up.They did an alignment on my truck at a very reasonable price. Also changed the oil at the last minute for me. Very nice folks who do good work.

The service is quick and reliable with fair prices. The mangers are easy to work with.

Only needed to replace rear brake pads. Took advantage of an older person close to me who doesn’t know much about cars and convinced them to replace calipers, rotors, and other unnecessary components. $800. I hope they feel good about themselves. Typical shady mechanics. Wish I could have done the easy 20 minute job for her instead.

I went to Precision Tune last Saturday. I was told that my car needed $2,000 worth of work and that it wouldnt pass inspection until the work was completed. The person at the front desk showed me pictures of the part that they claim I needed, they even had someone from the floor come in and talk about how common the issue is for the make and model of my car.It was a disgusting blow thinking my car was essentially done for. My dad was a little worried about how they explained the issue so he had my car towed to his mechanic. Turns out there is really only 100-200 dollars worth of issues. Precision Tune took advantage of the fact that Im young and a female.

Second or third time Ive been here. Will be back for future routine service stuff. Theyre quick, the manager is informative and answers questions that I have, and I feel like they go beyond what Im charged for. Simply great business and service.

Stopped in to get my car inspected. It was 2:50 on Saturday. As I pulled up the guys saw me and started closing the bay doors. It was raining out and I rolled down my window and asked were they closing. Young man asked what did I need. I said inspection. He said I had to ask him and pointed inside. I got out and ran in, in the pouring rain, and the older man behind the counter peered over his glasses, never did acknowledge me in any way when I walked in. I told him they said I had to ask you. He said in a very rude tone, what did I want. I said car inspected. He said about three times it would be Monday. Told me to go across the street. They close at 3. Wasnt 3 I felt like a fool!! Very rude!! . But glad I went across the street to Oil Well. In and and in less than 10 minutes! And they were awesome and nice. And for 13.00.

The management and the crew were professional, friendly, and clean. The work was done in a reasonable time. After using other automotive chains in Hendersonville and not being satisfied it was a relief to find one that I will return to because of the service. After reading some of the one star reviews on Google (which you will ALWAYS have) i found none of them to be accurate at all.

We brought my Acura MDX to Fahrid and the great mechanics at the Hendersonville Precision Tune. It was time for the dreaded timing belt change and I needed new brakes all around. My husband had always had great experience with the owner Jeff who owns and operates the Biltmore location too. The quote for the kit job was exactly half of the Acura dealer’s quote and they replaced my warped rotors but utilized my still good brake pads. The job was completed in 6 hours, all lights and gauges reset, oil changed and new iridium plugs installed. Driving smooth as silk! Thanks Fahrid for taking such great care of us. His said that his wife is in her third MDX so I was very sure that we had come to the right place for the job!
