Ive taken BMWs and Mercedes to Billy since the 90s; and found him to be very reasonable and honest. If you want someone to coddle you and serve you Lattes then you better go somewhere else. If you want an honest, knowledgeable and fair mechanic go to European Auto Repair.

Ive known Billy for 16 years. I previously owned a BMW that he serviced and repaired for me. I recently purchased another one and one of the benefits of doing so was having the pleasure of doing business with him again. Billy is a great guy. He is honest, trustworthy, very reasonable and he is a perfectionist. If you own a BMW or Mercedes I highly recommend you take it to him. I know I wouldnt take mine anywhere else

I needed a quick check for an engine light problem while traveling through town. Billy interrupted his normal schedule to look at my Mini Cooper and quickly diagnosed the problem. I wish that I could recommend this shop, but I can not! I was never given a chance to do business there. I called earlier and spoke with the owner who was unwilling to fix the motor mounts on my car since I already owned the Mercedes parts for it and he said he does not want to break his policy of not making money on the parts that need to be ordered. Even after asking him to do the labor and he will have earned a customer for life. Instead he said, Mam, I have a lot full of cars and business to be done and I am not going to break my policy and then hung the phone up. Certainly did not make me feel important or like he even needed my business. I will not call there again!

Where I called CarCare Import after they had my car for 24 hrs... I had to call them. They stated oh we haven’t looked at the vehicle yet. Called back literally 10 min later with estimate of $1700 to replace some seals on my engine. I called this gentleman and he told me he was going to be closing the next day for a week for New Years. I drove the car down the street to him for second opinion... planned on just leaving it there until he opened because the truck was burning oil or something. He called me back that day and told me it was these back seals on the engine that frequently leaked and could be mistaken for the other if you didn’t really clean the area and run the vehicle and watch. Long story short I was out that next morning when he was suppose to be closed and I was only charged $225. Sooo yea he might be the only person running the shop and say upfront what he can and can not do... but in my eyes that’s honest and upfront. He saved me over a $1500.00 and made my New Year a joyous One!!!! Thank you soooo much!!! You are Amazing and Car Care charged me $175 just to diagnose a car which was incorrect and took them only 10 minutes to lie and cheat me.

Derailed Motorsports sent me to Billy to look at the SRS code in my wifes CLK 350. Billy cleared the code, inspected the car, and found my trans was 2 quarts overfilled. He resolved that issue and gave me a quote for my 100k services. Once I picked my jaw off the floor I made a follow up appointment for him to due the 100k services. Man who answered the phone refused to answer my question regarding a new tail light. Repeatedly kept saying he didn’t know what i needed but i kept telling him, a whole new side tail light install. He was rude. He hung up on me. And he wouldn’t answer the phone after that.
