I wouldnt trust anyone else around with our 2006 Range Rover! They do incredible work and are up front with time and pricing. Had a tow truck driver once tell me that he has never experienced a call back from Eurotechnik since they have been open. Great customer service!

I have been taking my 2009 Beetle to Eurotechnik for anything major since I first bought it back in 2016. They have always treated me well and are very knowledgeable on Volkswagens. I have owned Volkswagens most of my life and I still have my first which is a 1972 Super Beetle. Because I have always done my own maintenance on all my vehicles, it was hard for me to take it to a shop for repairs. The first time I talked to Kevin the owner, it didn’t take long for me to find out that he knew what he was talking about. I have given him my business ever since. I recommend his shop to everyone I meet that has a newer Volkswagen. Matter of fact, they just finished my transmission repair this week and it runs like a top, I forgot how good it shifted in the past. This shop is top notch and I highly recommend them to everyone with a German Automobile. Keep up the good work guys and thanks again for taking care of me.

Id be remiss not to leave a Google review since Google was the way I found and ultimately selected this auto repair shop for my Audi. After performing a Google search for repair shops in the area that specialized in repairing German manufactured vehicles; I called 5 of them. Eurotechnik charged the highest labor rate out of all 5 but they also were the only ones who were creative enough to come up with several solutions to my problem and were willing to take care of me immediately instead of weeks later. So even though I knew Id be paying more, I felt most confident that my problem would be resolved expeditiously and without being assessed additional, unforeseen charges. Kevin Cartwright was the gentleman who worked with me to get the repair completed.Between Kevin and the owner, Joe Crowell, they were able to fix my problem and get me out the door for as little cost as possible. It would have cost 10 times more had I gone to Audi Asheville because Eurotechnik thought outside the box and found a straightforward and inexpensive solution. I should note that here was also a minor miscommunication between Kevin and I but Kevin immediately offered to make it right without my asking. That is just good customer service and great business acumen. Kevin has earned a repeat customer (regardless of labor rates, LOL)Finally, I met and talked to Joe and he is a super nice guy who has been around the block and really knows his stuff. Im confident in his shops ability to get the job done right.I was also pleasantly surprised that the guys at the shop cleaned the exterior of my car. I took my Sprinter van here after breaking down near Hendersonville. This shop has no idea what they are doing and tried to charge me nearly 1000 dollars to tell me I needed to replace my engine for 19k. I declined and ended up paying them 500 dollars and took my van to Zekes Autowerks where he told me immediately I needed a new engine and gave me a fair quote for the work. Do yourself a favor and dont waste any time with these highway robbers.. Take your German car to Zekes right away!

Its a young business reflecting the ambition and desire to please that an organization like that sometimes has. Ive had both maintenance and repair services done quickly, and also fairly priced, on my BMW there. Try to get that from your local dealer! Almost impossible.

The 2 guys I know at Eurotechnik are Kevin at the front desk and the owner/mechanic Joe----they are both very knowledgeable, polite, friendly and helpful. I have had my 1979 911 SC Targa worked on many times at many places and Joe is the best. He really knows what he is doing under the hood. I feel very comfortable taking in my pride and joy. Simply the best independent German car service in the area.

The guys at Eurotechnik are great. My warranty was over and I didnt want to pay dealership prices but I still wanted dealership attention to detail. Ive scheduled service at other competitors and I never knew when I was going to get my car back. Tomorrow was the answer. When I scheduled at Eurotechnik, they got me in and out when they said. They are knowledgeable professionals that identified what was wrong and involved me in figuring out the right solution for the long term. Its not a one and done. They want to take care of my car for the long haul.

This place is great. Very friendly and professional. They replaced timing belt and water pump on my Volvo XC 70 and saved me more than $300 over two other estimates. I appreciate that and will take my car here again, without question.

These guys are terrific. They recently installed a challenging Aftermarket keyless entry kit and hung in there until the job was done. They also do a great job taking care of my wifes ML350. They are the best in Hendo!

The check engine light on our Audi tt came on when driving up from Florida. Since we were relocating to Flat Rock we looked for someone local to establish a relationship with. We stopped by Eurotechnic unannounced and they could not have been nicer or more accommodating. They took time to diagnose the problem and recommend a solution. They repaired the car and actually came in under the estimate. Their professionalism and customer care have created a customer for life!

Have had work done on my 2001 330Ci here, good specialty shop as well as general maintenance. I have had no complaints in how I was treated as a customer (felt more like a friend) and the quality of the work that was done.
