Just Purchased a New Crest Pontoon Boat and the service is above and beyond what expected. Tim our salesman was very informative, knowledgeable about the boat. We had to order the boat as they were sold out of what we wanted at the time Mr. Tim kept me informed on my purchase and made sure all the extras I wanted were I place just a really great salesman. Mr. Eric in finance was also amazing I actually got a better interest rate with them than I could get at bank. Mr. Eric also got me a quote for insurance which was $200 less than my insurance company. They take you out on the water and walk you through the entire boat on delivery, Yes they deliver also no charge! We went out on the water made sure everything was in perfect working condition before they headed it over to me. I CAN NOT express just how happy I am with the whole purchase and experience. I bought my first boat from them beginning of this year and needless to say I’m very pleased with their service. If they weren’t 3 hrs from me I would definitely be taking my boat to them if I had any issues. The biggest service is they provided a guy to come out for 4 hrs or so and teach you everything about the boat. I took it out prior to that and was quite nervous but after Harvey came out to teach us I felt so much more comfortable and confident about taking it out now. Only problem I had was the previous owner had cut out a compartment in the fiberglass to put a speaker in. I asked about the compartment and was told it was left out and they would order me a new one. Then later I find out that it would never fit again because a larger whole was cut out. It kinda made me sick someone would do that for a dang speaker but overall I still would of bought the boat because it was in excellent condition with low hrs and reasonable priced. I still give them 5 stars. I just wished it was disclosed at the time of us looking at the boat before purchase.

Bought a new Malibu from Dustin and Nick at the KY location. Being able to water test the boat before purchasing played a huge role in our decision. We were able to wakeboard, surf and ski the boat before we bought it. The excellent service has continued even after the purchase. Very happy with Malibu and with TNT. I would (and have) recommend them to a friend.

These are the recreation professionals. Nobody knows how to enjoy the lake like this crew! I’ve seen them bend over backwards for their beloved customers many times. No job is too big or small. You need to go see the new boats in person and there’s a good chance you’ll catch the bug too.. then go be “quarantined” on the lake!

I messed up a prop loading the boat on the trailer a day before our week long houseboat vacation. Stephen and the crew behind the counter bent over backwards getting the 24MXZ up and running in less than 30min! Honestly best customer service I’ve had anywhere. Keep it up guys, I’ll be back!

Let them store my boat over the winter and went to pick it up this spring cover was ripped where water had sit on top without the poles non of the work was done that I asked them to do. My boat was full of water under the seats. Water scum on the white fiberglass where they just didnt take the time to clean it up for me. I delivered my boat to them fully detailed and was floored when I saw my boat. I love my Malibu 247 but will never let them near my boat again

Bought a super air nautique g25. Altho the boat has had its issues the team at tnt has always been super responsive to problems. They even went above and beyond getting a sensor fixed dock side for me! If you want to buy a boat with a great support system in place this is the place.

09/29/2016 - I found my dream boat from a Craigslist add (2011 Cobalt 242wss). Andrew Trantum replied to my email and I checked out the boat the next day. My wife and I bought the boat a week later. Every aspect of the experience has been a blessing. My wife repeatedly has commented how nice everyone was.I explored 3 banks, however TNTs finance group was the best.
