Fantastic experience everytime! Great customer service and outstanding product. Noticeably better than the product bought from Home Depot just a few weeks prior. I look forward to continuing to work with these guys in the future.

Ive been here a handful of times as a delivery driver. These guys can never get me out of here in under a hour.

FRANK is THE MAN! This gentleman has a strong care for his customers with questions or issues. If you could have one of him at every retail location, he alone could keep those doors open and have people coming back. He helped me with a slightly more complicated quote on windows in a pinch with a strong follow up game. Give this guy a raise pronto!

Ill be honest, I stopped here first to check price on lumber, seemed high so I went to Lowes. Lowes was WAY more expensive! Drove back to 84 Lumber and purchased my wood. They were very friendly, and the guy who sold the wood to me, ran out back to meet me and help load it up into my truck. 84 Lumber now has a new customer.

I hate leaving negative reviews but this place deserves one. I called to order some wood. I came in & was told my card was just holding as a deposit & it wouldnt be charged until I picked up. I was also told I would get credit on a window I was bringing back. I called on the day the order was supposed to be there & they didnt find my name at first. I had to answer a lot of questions so they could see that I came in. They told me the wood was never ordered & my card had been charged for the full amount. Then I was told my window could not be returned for any credit. I asked for a refund & was going to give my card over the phone, not to be charged again, but for a refund. I was told they could not refund me over the phone that I would have to come back by to do the return. This place doesnt know their head from a hole in the ground. This is exactly why I pay a little more & go to Lowes. Unreal.

84 Lumber did a GREAT job for me on fence materials. From front to back Andrew Slezak handled every part of my fence job. His knowledge and ability to not only know the product but to help strategize and maximize was 2nd to none. I cannot highly enough recommend the Hendersonville 84 Lumber. When you call, do yourself a favor and ask for Andrew Slezak.

As a contractor, Ive had a few ups and downs with this location, but lately they have really stepped their game up and are doing s great job! Much more organised that usual and very efficient. Ive delt with David Simpson, as well as Scott.

Ive given this location far too many chances than I should have. And yet every time I deal with them, they manage to screw it up. Every single time. On different occasions, Ive had doors with the wrong trim, wrong size, even had the knob hole bored in the complete wrong location. Twice Ive order product to be delivered only to have it sit in their warehouse for a month while I keep calling to figure out where it is. The only person working there who knows what hes doing and what hes talking about is David. If you arent dealing with him, youre probably in for a terrible experience.

Next time I need lumber, Im coming here.

Like the other reviews here - I had a terrible experience that primarily revolved around a lack of communication from this business. It took 7 weeks (with multiple calls and emails every week) just to get an estimate. Then it took another 3+ weeks for delivery with no communication (even though I left multiple messages and sent emails). I was promised a discount in the form of a refund that took me an additional 8+ weeks to receive. When I did receive the discount, it wasnt the promised amount. I will never go back to this location and will advise anyone I can to go elsewhere.

BEWARE Paid cash for four windows on Friday 27th and was told it would be ok to pick up Saturday, when we arrived Sat morning we were told they had already been sold that they would return my money, I told them I wanted the windows not the money. Adarian an employee who was not working that day but on the property had sold the windows to one of his friends along with an interior door, oh well, So when you purchase products make sure you pick it up then.
