I was looking for a car for my 16yo son that wouldn’t break the bank and also wouldn’t be a piece of junk! Not an easy feat! Carsmart had the perfect Ford Escape for us, but it didn’t have a backup camera. I realize that isn’t a necessity, but since the safety feature exists, we were hoping to find! Shawn was great in getting us connected to a local business that installs radios and various other things. Thus, we purchased the vehicle on a Saturday and it was DELIVERED to us (in Franklin, TN) on a Tuesday with a backup camera and Apple play installed! So easy, who knew?! I’ve never bought a vehicle this old (2009), so I do have a few nerves about what to expect, but my hope is that Carsmart wouldn’t sell it to me if it was junk, and the overall experience of ownership remains as positive as the experience of acquiring it!

Stumbled across this place online. We were originally going there to look at one car, but came home with another. The prices were great. We worked with Tyler who was very courteous, professional, and attentive. The vehicles all seemed to be in great shape, all of the vehicles we looked at were free of any major scratches or stains.We had noticed a minor alignment issue shortly after purchasing the vehicle and were told to bring it back so they could take care of it. Lastly, the actual buying process went rather quickly. We used them to secure financing and were pleasantly surprised that they only submitted my credit to one or two places. Other dealers in the past submitted it to many institutions.Overall, very happy with the experience. Id recommend using them and will keep them in mind for future purchases as well.

Lew was our sales agent and was very patient with our process of selecting a vehicle. We actually drove five vehicles while trying to decide on our new purchase. Lew was very knowledgeable about all the vehicles and able to answer all of our questions. Before we made an offer the owner happened to be on the lot and asked me about my thoughts on the vehicle. I explained it was in great shape but there were several things that needed attention. He immediately explained that all issues would be taken care of if we were interested in the vehicle. I found a car for my son on the True Cars website, and called to check availability. I spoke with Tyler and he indicated the car was still available. I arrived to the dealership within 15 minutes, and upon my arrival Tyler was ready to assist. He discussed all the options with the car, explained the pros and cons of the vehicle and most importantly, he was very patient with me. As this was a car for my son, and he was currently at work, I was doing all the initial legwork.Prior to purchasing the car, I wanted my father to check it over as well as my son. We came by the next day and unfortunately the car was in the shop being serviced. Tyler was gracious enough to allow us to go inside the repair shop, get inside the car, start it up and do a complete walk around. From what everyone saw inside the shop, as well as the Carfax report and my prior opinion of the vehicle, as I had driven it the day before, my son decided to purchase the car. Provided of course, that once the repairs were done he was satisfied with the cars performance.Being as though this is my sons first car he financed personally, the finance department was kind and explained everything to him.
