Get the cookie sandwich, whatever kind of cookies and ice cream you want! You wont be disappointed.

This was my first visit to any of the Maggie Moos locations.  The workers were exceedingly nice and helpful.  The ice cream was wonderful.  I had Yellow Marshmallow and Butter Pecan (which goes really well together) with a few mini marshmallows sprinkled on top.  They do have a few tables inside if you want to sit down, but its pretty cold as would be expected in an ice cream shop.  However, there are outside tables next to the restaurant that arent that obvious if youre not looking for them.All that being said, I have to say that the bathroom was a disaster that was in sharp contrast to the restaurant area.  It didnt look like they clean it often and there was a swarm of gnats flying around my head the whole time I was trying to wash my hands.  I would definitely go back, but please, guys, put the same effort into your bathrooms that you obviously put into everything else.

Will not be using them again! I placed an order through DoorDash for 12 cookies. I get an email that my order had been cancelled and replaced for 4 of their icing cookies(??). I NEEDED 12 cookies, not 4. I called the store and they apologized but would not fix it. That is poor customer service and I will not be giving them my business anymore. Anyone that plans to use them I would recommend that you check your order every second so it doesnt get screwed up like mine did.

For a dozen cookies and 2 small ice creams $30.00 seemed a bit pricey. I dont know how any one owns a cookie store and doesnt have any oatmeal rasien cookies 😕. Wish there were still old fashioned bakeries around.

Obviously delicious sweets here, but my favorite part was just how happy the employees seemed to be there. Everyones happy to go there for a treat, and they were matching that energy and working very efficiently while doing it!

Excellent ice cream and customer service. Great standard flavors and nice selection of rotating ones. You can order ice cream cakes and cookie cakes too. Im a big fan of the milkshakes. Kids love the mixings. It is a little expensive but no more than other ice cream places. Same thing as a Marble Slab if youve been to one of those

Ill go for a cookie every now and then, but the extreme pricing is too high at this location. Had to pass, must be COVID taxes. Even the employees have taken notice and made mention. SMH.

Its a little pricey but always good. The ice cream never tastes freezer burnt and the quality control is great. The cookies are really good too, just be careful about getting them fresh out of the oven because they can fall apart if they dont sit for a few minutes. The workers are quick during rushes but still make sure they make your treats right

Worst experience. Pretty much everything had to be trashed. The toppings were extremely hard and the cookie tasted old.

Wasted food but got a discount

This was my second visit to your establishment and the customer service was the worst, there was one customer in front of me as I was waiting another customer entered there were several employees that were coming from the back looking and returning to the back never asking if they could assist. I am not one for the race card but a woman came from the back and asked the gentleman that just walked in if she could help him totally disregarding the fact that I was standing there and had been waiting for an extended amount of time she served him and never asked if she could help me returning to the back . The young lady that was to help me was very disrespectful When I asked about the rewards program she had given me half the receipt she did not reprint but gave me two pieces when asked what I would need to do she said very rudely it too late your done. With that said the first visit was a good one that is why I returned THAT WILL NOT HAPPEN AGAIN SO SAD BECAUSE I WAS IN LOVE WITH THAT CHEWY PECAN COOKIE.

I visited Maggie Moos on June 14,2020 with my family we ordered cookies and ice cream with no problem left a great tip for the two young women. On June 16,2020 I decided to take my daughter for ice cream again I was stopped at the door for not having a mask. I’m fine with running to the car to get our mask. However the lady lied to my face and said that this has been going on for weeks. I said ma’am I was just here two days ago so that’s not true. She has nothing to say

I went in the store and the girls that worked there looked so stressed and tired. It doesn’t look like they have breaks. There were only 4 girls working and it was packed. It would make it easier on them if there were more people working. The ice cream was delicious though. The management needs to change!

This place is wonderful. A great ice cream smell when you walk in really set the mood. Amazing ice cream. Amazing people that work there. People are just nice all around when I enter the place. The ice cream is amazing as well. The place is clean. Overall one of the nicest ice cream shops in Hendersonville.

I wanted to do something special for my coworkers before moving away and Maggie Moos worked with me to find a time that the truck could come by my work at a price that worked for our group. Friendly people and tasty in-house-made ice cream. They really will mix in anything you want in your ice cream, which can be dangerously delicious. They also offer ice cream by the quart, ice cream cakes, and cookie cakes (which they can custom frost if you want). Their location has a funny little seating area near the front of the store that is kind of unique. I recommend this place if you just cant find the right ice cream in the store!

The ice cream is almost chalky at times, but the sweet cream flavor doesnt have that. They also dont crush the mix ins enough. However, its still ice cream, and its hard to mess that up.

I love coming him strictly just for their cookies. Not only are their cookies soft, but they are inexpensive. The staff is always nice, sweet, and very helpful. Amazing place to take your child for ice cream and/ or cookies.

COVID: This is half cookies/half maggie moos. The employees are knowledgeable, however not all customers were respecting the 6 ft rule and no employee forced the customers to respect it. I saw one man leave for this reason.Further, Ive been twice since it opened during COVID and the first time, all employees were wearing masks, yesterday (may 29) no one was. We almost left, but the spacing fixed itself.Delicious ice cream though, and about 6 choices of cookies.

This place was good on service and tasty treats! I especially love that the ice cream shop and cookie shop are Incorporated into one! Yummy yummy!

I mean, the Ice cream was good, but I will never go back! The place was filthy. And not just dirty counters or tables from a day of ice cream. Like years of caked on dried ice cream on the front counter wall and dirty bathrooms. Watched one of the girls stick her finger in her ear and root around and not 5 seconds later, she grabbed a taster spoon with the same hand and took a spoonful of Ice cream from the case. Oh, and it smelled like a sewage spill in there.

There were two girls working tonight that were very polite, helpful, and friendly. Avery good employee performance as well as delicious ice cream.

On April 9th we placed an online cake order for a pickup date of the April 14th, our daughter 15th birthday. It is hard being isolated from friends and family. Not being able to share your big day with those you love. We wanted something special. My husband goes to pick it up and there is no record of the order, but the money was taken out of our account. Not happy with them at all.

If you dont feel bad about yourself, you will after enjoying a delectable ice cream treat! And if you want to hate yourself in the morning, get a homemade ice cream sandwich using your choice of ice cream and two freshly baked cookies.

Very disappointed with my recent Saturday visit. I eat the ice cream often and I am typically very satisfied. I order 2 quarts of ice cream and the ice cream tasted like ice milk and the batches were barely mixed. I had a huge brownie in my quart that was not even attempted to be mixed into the ice cream. My second batch was just like it.Update: the store is very responsive and took measures to rectify my experience. I really appreciate their effort and sincere concern.

Ive been to the maggiemoos in lebanon and it was amazing. Ive been to this one that also is a Great American Cookie twice. Its been very disappointing. They blend the shakes down to nothing, they pile up ice cream in the cup to where you cant add toppings. They barely have any of the brownies made.

We went for ice cream, there was a good selection of flavors and the ice cream was very good! They also had an amazing selection of cookies and cookie cakes. The only reason for four stars at the Hendersonville location its because the girl that served us was not very friendly.

A girl named Macee was not helping out when I was in the store trying to get my ice cream and instead of working she was with two other guys coming out from behind the counter sitting down and taking a vape from them and Ik this girl does not look of age to even to be able to have a vape and would hide in the corner and use. Also out of 5 different flavors. But overall highly disappointed that y’all have cameras and should be seeing this and immediately take action. There should never be a girl underage vaping while on the clock around the ice cream or even inside the building. That’s unacceptable and managers should not allow that.

Atmosphere was ok people were nice, icecream was melted and did not taste very good and a bit pricey.

The ice cream is the best around. The smell of ice cream and fresh baked cookies hits your face the second you walk in the door. It is a little pricier than others but its worth it. I just wish the building was larger, its sometimes very crowded.

Zero complaints about this place. They even have cookies now! They always have a wide range of flavors and something new to try each time. Staff is very friendly and quit working. The best for last is that they have cookie cakes. Friggin love cookie cakes.

I’m usually always going to dinner with family and friends in Hendersonville. I’ve passed this place many times, but I’ve never been in before. Tonight after dinner at Penn Station next door, we decided we wanted some dessert! The ice cream side was very busy. But my fiancé and I wanted a cookie, where there were no customers at. At the cookie counter, was a younger girl leaning on the counter chatting to the employee Kristin about personal stuff. My fiancé and I just kinda stared at each other awkwardly staring at Kristin, where she did not greet us or even acknowledge our existence even though there was zero customers at the cookie counter but us. She very easily saw us, but decided to finish chatting with her friend before helping us after around three minutes of us discussing if we should just leave or not. Once she was finished chatting, we felt very rushed when telling her what cookies we wanted. Once we picked out the ones we wanted, she just handed us the bag and started to walk away. Because we’ve never been there before, we didn’t know who to go to to check us out. We asked and she hesitated before walking over to the cash register to check us out. This is totally unacceptable, even if it is just cookies we were getting. I definitely don’t think we will be back. Terrible first experience. Penn Station next door has cookies too and will actually notice you when you try to order something.

The staff there are young and seem to want you out as soon as you walk in. Took 4 friends in from Oklahoma and was so upset about the way we were treated. We are all in our mid 50s and bought 2-3 scoops each. I nor anyone I know will be in Maggie Mooss of Hendersonville.
