James is always accommodating of he dont have it he will get it. Mask required in store and when you walk in must sanitize hands before continuing into the store. Lots of selection and I always find what I am looking for.

A friend of mine needed some hair and I products so we visited this store. The owner greeted us and when my friend had questions he was very informative and knowledgeable. His demeanor comes off a bit harsh and I know people would subject that to the difference in primary language but after he helped my friend find what she was looking for and helped me get a good conditioner we even had a few laughs. He just talks/sounds like that but is actually kind!!! We both will definitely be back here again.

I usually don’t leave reviews but I just had to do this one. Highly not recommend although there are very few to none hair stores that sale urban products in WNC. But this one right here I do not recommend at all. There’s a huge communication barrier and the owner becomes rude because he don’t understand.

I love this store. Everyone is very helpful and knowledgeable on the different products. This store has a really good variety and has something for every kind of hair type. The prices are good too. I dont shop anywhere else.

Very horrible experience I take my daughter to buy hair all the time At this place And I also purchased dorags for myself I went in today with my daughter to purchase some hair and I purchased A couple of dorags When I Picked The dorags up i whet to help my Daughter Pick out the color of hair she wanted The man that works There followed me to the back with my daughter I acknowledged He was watching me so I went to the front and paid for what I had in my hands which were two do rags Then my daughter came to purchase to Purchasehair and I seen another dorag i Wanted so I asked if I could Exchange the one I wanted cost a little more So I was willing to pay the difference The man told me that I could not exchange it and pay the difference And I hadnt even left the store I think thats bad business and I would suggest anyone go to This store Im a black man And thats the reason why he was following me thinking that I was going to steal from him and I come there all The time And spend at least 50 to $60 a time I would not tell anyone to go here if youre black Oh I forgot thats probly 80% of his business he Should treat us a lot better and give us a lot more respect

Good variety of products for hair and skin. Very nice and friendly owner, with a funny sense of humor. Will be returning, as hair products are needed.

There great I go there to get all my hair products and treatments for a young black women like myself every time I walk into the store I find what I need and Im satisfied with what they have to offer. Thank you for all you do loves and kisses from (naira and sindy)

It has what I need, but I suggest to ppl dont give your hand to the guy if he ask to shake it.

I wouldnt leave a star if u ddnt have to in order to leave a review because this store doesnt deserve any from me!I understand that in this area there isnt many black beauty supply store, but black ppl why spend your money at a business that is prejudice against your own kind. Im a blk man who went to this store to purchase a lace wig for my mother who has alopecia. Upon entering the owner gave me a look as tho i wasnt welcomed and then basically interrogated me about what i was looking for. I spent approx 15-20 mins looking at diff wigs trying to narrow dwn my decision. He continued to express that he has never seen a man come in and purchase a wig before, only a GAY man who lives in the area that does. I then explained to him that maybe not in this area because its a small town but in Charlotte where i reside its common to see men purchase women wigs, weaves and products because there are many men that does hair for a living and that i myself went to cosmetology school to obtain my barber license to enlighten him on my knowledge of what i was looking for. Mind you the whole time im walking around store he is watching my every move.(What a uncomfortable feeling). At this point because his selection was small i became uninterested in the hair pieces and began to look throughout store for men products, he thens shouts while a blk lady customer was in the store what are you lookin for now? I replied nothing in particular but if i see something i want i will buy it. At this point from his body language, i then told him look man i came in here to spend money, not steal or robb you, i hve money but if u want me to leave i will. He hesitated because customer was at counter, then i said ever since i walked in this store you made me feel more uncomfortable than i probably made you feel, do you want me to leave and he replied yes and i removes myself from his store. I wouldnt dare but anything from this store or put my blk money in his prejudice pockets. I will advise blk ppl stick together and not let ignorance like this allow you to furnish such a beings pockets who doesnt deserve it.
