I am just now getting to a review a couple of years later but I had a great experience with Elite when they installed granite in my kitchen and bathrooms in my old home. I was dealing with another granite company who no call no showed several times when they were supposed to come out and install my granite. Then they showed randomly while my hardwood flooring people were doing an install. They had to leave again and my granite was still not installed. I finally fired that company and hired Elite instead. Elite was really professional and came to the rescue. I just called them again to replace the vanities in my new home and wouldnt use anyone else going forward.

We are very happy customers! From start to finish it was a wonderful, painless, stress-free process. We were looking for some marble bathroom counter tops that could be made out of a remnant piece and they had the perfect one for us, high end but budget friendly. They came out and measured, sent pictures of the type of marble we were looking for, held it so we could come look at it in person, and then scheduled a convenient time for installation which was a little over a week. Our beautiful bathroom countertops were completed in a few hours. The crew was very friendly, professional, and amazing. We highly recommend Elite, and we are so happy we contacted them. If you choose to be their customer, you will not regret it!

I hate writing negative reviews more than anything, but this one had to be written. I had a 60 bathroom top piece of granite fabricated and installed in my daughters bathroom, with bowl Tuesday 11/17 at approx 3-4pm. My daughters room is being repainted so shes not using it or the bathroom. On Thursday at approx 6pm I went up to her bathroom to install her faucet which is the responsibility of the homeowner, and noticed that the granite was cracked, directly in the middle of the bowl cut, the weakest part of the granite. I didnt notice it at the time of installation because I didnt know to look for broken/cracked granite. They finished, I walked in there, it looked real nice and I paid the final invoice and was happy. I called Elite at 8:50am Friday 11/20 to notify them of the crack and was completely shocked by their response. I dont know for certain who I spoke with, but I had previously spoken with the owner in the store, and I strongly suspect I was speaking with him again today on the phone, because he was projecting authority that I wouldnt expect from an employee. He was down right rude, irritated and out&out argumentative. He said to me, and I quote, how do i know you didnt lay down on the granite and crack it, I was beyond words. Then he went on to say, My guys wouldnt have installed cracked granite, youve had it for 2 days. I continued to ask him how he thought Id have cracked the granite, which is installed on the vanity and attached to the walls. I asked him if he thought I took the granite out myself and cracked it for some reason, to which he continued his total and complete deflecting of responsibility and continued to project blame on me. I asked him to come out and take a look for himself and he said Im not coming to your house, come pick out another piece of granite and Ill remake it, which is all I was expecting initially, but it would have been nice and professional to keep all the rude, snarky attitude out of the conversation. Ill attach several images for you to judge for yourself. Its really a shame actually, we like to shop and do business with local companies, and this was the first top in our house remodel which was going to be a total order of 3 additional bathroom tops and an entire kitchen + Island. Its safe to say, I wont be using this company. Ill let yall know how this turns out in the end.** UPDATE **I decided not to go back and let them cut a new vanity top after the phone experience I had, I was done. I was contacted by them several days after the experience by a super nice & friendly woman at the company asking me if I was coming in I told her no and explained why. She then called me back again, later and told me they were refunding me 1/2 the price paid for the vanity top. I wasnt looking for any money off or anything for free, but to be fair, they did take steps to right their wrong. I have increased +1 star because of the attempt, but it didnt have to be like this.

I am an interior designer and have used Elite many times both in my own home, and in the homes of clients. I find their prices comparatively lower than others and they are great to work with. Great selection, great service. I consider them an important part of my business and look forward to working with them more in the future.

We went in ready to buy counters. Was there 15 minutes, only people in the store and was never greeted or did they get up from behind the counter. Another older couple came in, they were greeted and walked around the store. We left without ever being asked if we could be helped.

They installed granite in the kitchen, all the half and full bathrooms on time with a competitive pricing. I will recommend them any time.

Hired elite to install granite tops in my personal kitchen remodel, as Ive had great luck with them in the past on several of my clients remodels. This time not so much, I believe its a staffing issue at the moment.They mismeasured several items causing the faucet and sink to be offset of the double window unit. They sent two young guys out at 5pm one evening to install, obviously they had worked all day and it was a rushed job. The granite at the stove opening was less than the required 30 to even slide the stove in, ended up having to remove the small section of top and slide over myself.Their fix for the offset faucet was just round out the hole a bit more and slide it over causing it to be even more offset of the sink. They also damaged several of my brand new prefinished shaker cabinet doors. But at that point I was scared to even have them back. Im not saying dont use them, Im just saying to micromanage and hold their hand while the measuring and Installing is taking place. Check and double check the end result before writing the last payment. Hope this helps folks in the future.
