We did our wedding bands here for our 10th Anniversary and also did the engraving. They did an amazing job. We plan to continue business with them.

The ladies who work here are always so friendly and helpful whenever I go in. I had a broken ring that wasnt very expensive, but it belonged to my grandmother so it was important, and they were able to fix it and clean it so it looks like a new ring that was never split. The time of the repairs and the prices were very fair and Im grateful to them that I can wear my ring again! Id also go there if I needed to purchase jewelry - from what Ive seen the selection is beautiful and varied.

My fianceè recently proposed to me and I had called in to see if I could get my ring resized. They were very nice on the phone and even gave me a spacer so I could wear it in the meantime, but when I came in to drop off the ring, the woman took the ring to the back to look at it. When she returned, she handed me the little magnifying glass and asked me to look on the inside of the ring. She then told us that it wasnt real gold and wasnt a real diamond and that they couldnt resize it. However, the way she made me look at it and the way she told us it wasnt real was absolutely rude and unprofessional. She then had the audacity to tell us she could help us find something else at their store. She completely ruined our excitement with her rude attitude and we felt very judged for not knowing it wasnt real and for even bringing it in. There were plenty of other ways for her to break that news that would have been more appropriate, but she just did not try or seem to want our business. We will not be using them for any future services.

I always have great service here. They do a great job with anything I have had done (ring sizing, ring guards, repairs). Patty is a wonderfully attentive and personable sales person. She is always polite and a joy to talk with. Thank you for all you do.

Professionals who go the extra mile! I am so happy!!! I bought a loose diamond I wanted placed in a setting; it was not actually cut correctly for the setting - but it was what I wanted. Despite the difficulty they were still able to set my stone and took extra care as to not damage the quality of my Blue Diamond. I am so pleased! They also gave a me more than reasonable price for the work! I look forward to having them care for my future pieces as well!

My wifes engagement/wedding ring set was in need of significant repair due to decades of wear. In addition to the two pieces no longer fitting together as they once did, both gold rings were actually broken. As part of my wifes Christmas present I was hoping to have the rings brought back to their original unbroken, perfect-fitting condition. It was only a week before Christmas when I walked into Service Jewelry & Repair in Hendersonville and spoke with Peter, the jeweler who showed me how he would bring the ring set back to its previous splendor. It involved laser welding, replacing the shank portion of the rings and gold-soldering them together so that they would never break again. To my eyes, it was a daunting task, especially when I requested that the work be completed in time to give to my wife on Christmas morning. Peter could not promise that it would be done by Christmas, but he said that he would try. Not only did he manage to get the job completed by that deadline, but the work was outstanding. Peter is a consummate pro and a true craftsman. The ring set ended up surpassing my expectations, looking every bit as good as it did when I first placed it on my wifes finger forty-six years ago. When my wife opened the box (beautifully gift wrapped at the Hendersonville store) she was thrilled with the ring set. Bravo to Peter, Patty and the rest of the Service Jewelry & Repair staff for a job extremely well done.

No matter what, they are friendly and kind. I brought in 3 cheap but valuable (to me) pins and asked them to link them together. They did not hesitate to take care of my minor service. I received the same high quality service from them as if I brought in a gold pin to be repaired. AND...I found out they design and build jewelry in house!

I lost one of my diamonds from my engagement ring a while back and went here to get it replaced. They were absolutely wonderful and made me feel so much better when I dropped it off, knowing it was in good hands. I recently had a vintage gold and onyx ring repaired at the Hendersonville location of Service Jewelry and Repair. The ring had to be rebuilt to accommodate a new stone, as the old onyx had fallen out. Peter built up the prongs and cut the stone so that, hopefully, I can wear it for many more years. It turned out beautifully, I’m very pleased with the result. This was a long process, as it was a one of a kind job. I was patient, as I wanted the ring repaired. Patti and Michelle kept me posted on the progress along the way. Thank you all for a wonderful experience!

First time in did not know they were there. Went in for watch batteries and to have links removed from my watch and discovered it’s also a lovely jewelry store.Very friendly and professional staff and price is very reasonable!

I have used Service Jewelry and Repair twice in the last 3 months. They have cleaned my wife’s wedding ring and my mom’s watch. I bought a watch yesterday as a birthday present and was happy with the customer service and care that was provided. I look forward to coming back for future purchases and service. I can’t say enough good things about this company. I was looking for my wife’s first pair of diamond earrings and they were incredibly helpful!I picked a pair out I thought she’d like and they kept them on hold for me till closer to Christmas. They even snuck them back into the display case when I had my wife come in to “browse” with me! So I got the earrings!I just kept looking at them and thinking they were too small. I went back in and they helped me exchange them up a size. The bigger pair didn’t have screw backs and they put them on at no charge.All that being said I have spoken to about 4 different sales people and they all have been wonderfully helpful!!!I shopped many stores to find the diamond earrings for my wife and Service Jewelry beat all their sales prices without haggling. Great staff, great pricing, incredible service!!!

I am highly impressed withe the Hendersonville staff and quality of workmanship. I have had them repair my wedding set on two separate occasions. The quality of work was great and the ladies are always so friendly and welcoming every time I walk in the store. Absolutely love this place!

I dropped off my automatic ebel discovery because it was running fast by around 2 minutes a day and seeing as how the watch was around 20 years old it probably needed to be serviced. Well a week went by and I got a call. They said the entire movement would have to be replaced to the tune of 750 dollars! She said well it is a nice watch.....I asked why would an entire movement need replacing (with God knows what) and she said thats just how they do it. Now all that said a FULL Rolex service probably runs 450 and thats at an authorized dealer. So in a nutshell a 2 minute fast watch needed to be a full 750 dollar movement replacement? Yourre kidding me.

Amazing price, and quality work! When my husband needed his ring re-sized, he had been quoted by several other jewelers a price in the hundreds of dollars. He was able to have his ring done at Service Jewelry & Repair for $12, and they also resurfaced his ring for no extra cost! Highly recommend, and we will continue bringing our business to them.

Great experience with this shop. I had my wifes diamond re-mounted into a new setting. They gave me a rock bottom price, (better than you will find on the internet) did all the work in-house, and did a wonderful job with the mounting. In other shops, this would have easily cost me 2 or 3 times what I paid at Service Jewelry Repair...and the work they did was top rate. Highly recommended if you are like me and want the best price for the best work.

Always friendly and helpful

Took my wedding set in to get resized and was told no problem come back in two weeks. I went back and my rings had been cut and I was told that they couldn’t be repaired. They gave me my rings in an altered state and sent me on my way. I had to take them to a real jeweler to have them repaired. I wouldn’t take anything here to be repaired.

In todays world Customer Service is not something people experience much. (Unless its bad) The employees here go above and beyond to make you feel like they care you have chosen to do business here. If you need a Mothers Day gift ( for mom or wife) I would stop here first.

Brought two watches to have batteries replaced as I have done for many years. They have always done them at the Hendersonville location while I waited. Now I am being told that they have to be sent to Brentwood since no one there can change batteries in a water resistant watch. I asked what the cost would be and was told $11.95 each and they would be properly sealed. I received a call a few weeks later to say my watch was ready to be picked up. When I go to pick up my watches I find out only one of them has been returned. I was told that the watch is no longer water resistant since there was no pressure test report sent. I told them that is why I was told it had to go to the Brentwood to be properly sealed back up. I received a call this week regarding the other watch and was given an estimate of $44.95 to replace the battery and seal the watch properly. I asked why so much since I was told it would only be $11.95. She told me that the watch had to be pressure tested and that is why it cost so much. She also told me that the person in Hendersonville misquoted the cost. I asked it they could just replace the seal and battery and she that they cant replace the seal without doing a pressure test. I dont understand all of this but I do know it doesnt make since to spend $44.95 to replace a battery in a 5 year old $100 Seiko watch.I will find somewhere else to take my watches for batteries.

Ive been bringing my watches here for years for either battery replacement or to have links taken out of new watches. They are always very professional and customer service is always top notch. Took three watches in today to have two batteries replaced and one capacitor replaced. Like always, Patty treated me like family and offered me the option of waiting for the watch batteries to be replaced. I opted to run errands instead and later Patty called me to tell me my watches were ready. Ill continue to use Service Jewelry & Repair for my watch needs!

If you are dropping off something to be repaired, make sure you take not just photos from ever conceivable angle, but I recommend taking video from all angles, just in case.

Customer service is phenomenal. Very knowledgable and helpful.

These people are so friendly and helpful AND they do great work!

Terrible experience. Acted as if I were below their standards as a customer and implied that the repair I needed done was clearly too expensive for me. Went to v&s design jewelry and watch repair and he fixed it in less than 30 seconds and charged me a few dollars. Dont go here.
