Joe and his excellent team just recently catered our wedding. Hands down we couldnt have asked for a better caterer. Professionalism was second to none, and service was everything you hope for on your wedding day. Went in thought we could try it out as soon as we got I. The door here camera gentleman with his dog unleashed, no signs of medically issued. Service animals are clearly marked with service vests and Ids that clearly state them as such . I do not wish to eat my food while someone’s dog is roaming in the restaurant. Not sanitary.We left and will not go backEmployees were petting it too. Didn’t wash hands afterwards
Our rehearsal dinner catered by Ashley’s team from Our Place Cafe was fantastic. The catering team were polite, respectful, and did a great job. Everyone congratulated me on how good the food was. 5 Stars for Our Place Cafe!!
Our Place is great! Ashley and the entire staff is amazing and friendly, not to mention the food is delicious. Prime rib and banana pudding are my absolute favorite menu items, but the pulled pork is a close second. Always enjoy dining at Our Place.

Me and my husband started going here for dinner every other day the past few weeks. At 1st I was like hey this food is awesome and the more I went the more I realized it was the same foods on certain days if the week and they really could have a few more items to choose from and mix it up a bit and throw some different things in there thru the week instead of the same old foods. Some of their foods are good and taste good and some not so much. Another thing is portions,, sometimes we have gotten a nice large portion of sides and sometimes a lot less which if the 1st time I go to a place and my plate was loaded I do expect it to be that way every time. Dont spoil the customers and then take that away. The price is a tad steep for what you get and sometimes their food is bland too.. The employees there are very friendly.

Friday is all you can eat catfish. It was the best Ive had. Batter was not real thick and had a good taste. Price was good also. They also do catering.

Then the owner CLAIMS all this proof she has that its on vidoe. She is nothing but a 2 bit liar and always will be. Dont have your special needs kids work here unless u want them to not get tips and treated like absolute trash. We told her a few times that she has special needs and it went in 1 ear and out the other just like every thing that she hears
Worst place in the world. The new owner is so disrespectful specially to the people who work for her. She told a 15 year old who has disability that she was to slow because of her disablity and they told her she needed to find a job that will deal with her disability. Terrible place and she lying saying she didnt know when me and my mom told her that morning and discuss everything. They were even stealing her tips.and she didnt seem to care. Her is excat word was i cant be here every time of the day and im only going off by what the manger said i havent check the cameras. O and my mom said if the manger can train her to do the job and she said they cant thats why there a check list
So we have lived in Hendersonville for 10 years and we were attending a wedding and had this amazing chicken with veggies and the service was beyond perfect. So we noticed the company and looked them up and had no clue this restaurant existed in our town! Its a super quick meat and three with friendly service and delicious hot food. I was shocked at how cute the atmosphere is too, usually meat and threes are a little dirty and quirky but this place is so cute and super clean! Highly recommend!!

Ate for the first time today and had AMAZING chicken and spinach stuffed pepper and hubby had mushroom gravy pork chops. Hubby loved his as well. My veggies were perfect and everything was warm, staff was super friendly and helpful since it was our first time. We had to get desert after lunch was so good, we split the Carmel pumpkin spice cake and it was out of this world! Highly highly recommend checking this little place out!

So glad we decided to check this place out. Stopped by for dinner and service was amazing. Staff was super friendly and even saw them cutting up with some customers that were probably regulars. I got the country fried steak and gravy with collard greens and mashed potato and my wife got the cajun catfish with green beans and mac and cheese we both ate every bite. Staff came around with free cookies too! It was very clean and i saw staff wiping tables as soon as people left. Staff had masks on as well. Highly recommend checking them out!
I have not had a big variety of different entrees, so I am not the best judge. What I have had, which as of late had been turkey and dressing, and steak and gravy, are good. Not spectacular, but good. I can say the same for the sides I have had. Good, not great. Fruit tea, is pretty good stuff, and the little hot chocolate chip cookies they bring around, ate really good.
I love this place, I eat here probably once a week. Love the Friday prime rib. Have not had a bad meal here.

LOVE this place! We discovered this restaurant on Eat Hendersonville FB page and I cant believe weve never noticed it being here! Everything was delicious, from the Pork BBQ to my hubbys vegan meatloaf. We also ordered their pick up orders for Christmas and they were amazing! Their pick up was a breeze and had directions printed out and everything was cooked perfectly for more family and delicious! This will be added to one of our regular dinner spots!

Amazing! Our first time here and staff was super helpful, catfish and prime rib was amazing! All our veggies were hot and tasted great! They are cash and check only, but do have an ATM and you get a free drink when you have to use the ATM so it equals out just fine! Food was great, quick service for our family. Will definitely be back!Loved that the staff was eating on there breaks there, this shows that the food is great since they are not going elsewhere for their own personal lunches!
Went for the first time yesterday and had the all you can eat Catfish. Fish was freshly fried and all my sides were yummy. Could tell everything was homemade and not just opening cans. Staff was friendly and helpful and I got free hot fresh cookies, who does that?! I dont know if that was just a Friday thing or everyday.

Love this place! We eat here very often and so glad they started delivering and online ordering. They catered our Easter Dinner and it was wonderful this year, so much easier than me cooking. This local place is wonderful!
We discovered this gem this week! It was our first time here and the staff was super friendly, food was hot and fresh, and we got fresh baked cookies before we left for free! It was the perfect touch after our meal. It was quick and perfect for a quick dinner after the kids soccer games. We will definitely be back.
We had lunch there today and had the skinless fried chicken which was very good. Needed to be warmer, as it was near room temp. Veggies way overdone (green beans and Brussels sprouts). Red beans bland but mashed potatoes quite good. The cornbread was tasteless and way too dense. Service excellent. We will give it another try but this is pretty much an average place.
LOVE this place! Local, quick, homemade, fresh, hot food. Been going here for years and always love how I can walk in and out in 5 minutes with a hot meal. Wayyy better than fast food but just as quick. Friendly staff, lots of options. They have certain specials everyday but other things change daily. MUST TRY

Ashley and her team catered my wedding on November 2nd of this year. The food was phenomenal and the staff was great! My husband and I received several compliments on the food as well as how courteous the staff was. Our Place recently catered our daughter’s wedding. A great “meat and 3” meal, plus beverages. After serving dinner, they helped slice and serve the wedding cake. Awesome! I’ve already recommended them to other brides.
Amazing food, great price and local! We have been going here since we moved to Hendersonville in 2017 and the new owners have cleaned up the place and brought a breath of fresh air to the place! They started taking credit cards thank goodness!! Always quick and yummy options.

Food is always most enjoyable. I really enjoy the turkey & dressing and fried fish. The jalapeño corn muffins are terrific. If you are in search of a meat & three restaurant, this is your place !!! I am glad they are open now Sunday for lunch. I plan to take advantage of that very soon.

Our Place Cafe has never failed our family once. The atmosphere is very friendly-family like, youll feel like youre at grandmas house... if grandmas house was ran by several younger lively folk that is. The helpings are always plenty. And if you get there at the right time, theyll bring you out a fresh baked cookie! All the staff is friendly and considerate. It is evident they are there to make sure that the customer is happy! If you are in the Nashville area you must swing by and say hi, these folks have truly achieved what they set out to do... great home cooked food in a homely atmosphere.
Our Place Cafe was the caterer for our daughters wedding. Joe and his crew were wonderful and extremely professional. They prepared the food, including options for our vegan guests. They brought the food to the venue, set everything up and served our guests well. During the dinner, the servers made sure that the tables were cleared of finished plates and checked on our guests to make sure they had everything they needed. When our bartender had to leave for a few minutes, Joe stepped in and helped. There was enough food (very tasty) that several guests had seconds. When the meal was finished, they graciously helped serve wedding cake. The servers cleaned up, sacked up trash, and wrapped the leftover food so that we could easily take it with us. All of this came at a very reasonable price. I cannot say enough good things about Our Place Cafe, and highly recommend them for catering. I will use them again.
Food is good southern style. I have been going here for years and never had a bad meal. Desserts are just simply put amazing. They even have great sweet tea!!!
I heard about Our Place Cafe through a friend that used to work there. We were looking for a caterer for our wedding so I called and scheduled a visit. From the moment we walked in the owner Joe and staff were so friendly and welcoming and the food was absolutely delicious. We had trouble picking out what we wanted for our wedding because it all tasted so good. I am from Memphis where BBQ is a way to my heart and their spicy pulled pork BBQ is mouth watering. I highly recommend that plus their smoked field peas! We havent come close to making it through the menu but we slowly but surely will.The caterers were wonderful at our wedding. They were very friendly and professional and I was able to enjoy every minute of it. Everybody was talking about the food for days after. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a caterer for their wedding or special event or just looking to try some good southern food in Hendersonville. We cant wait to come back!!

My wife and I went there. It may have been two years ago, dont remember, but it was fried chicken night. Being very hungry, they only gave me one breast of chicken. I have to have TWO pieces for the high price we paid! Now, its been so long ago the restaurant may have changed management and owner ship. Im not fat, but dont skimp on a hungry man, otherwise the food was good.
Great comfort food. And they hand out freshly baked cookies during your meal, who doesnt like that?! Highly recommend.
Have used them3 times now to Cater a work event for 50 people. Have done breakfast twice. There Cheesy eggs and Hashbrown casserole are always great. Service is always on time and reasonably priced. Will continue to use them for events in the future.
Ordered our place cafe for our Easter meal, because we’ve eaten here previously and really enjoyed the food. I was extremely disappointed in our Easter meal today...so disappointed. They delivered the incorrect order to us, and i had to frantically try to get in touch with them. There was no way by phone, so i emailed and facebooked with no answer. The person showed back up 5 minutes later and tried to give me the wrong order again. Finally he said come look at the orders i have and see if any of them are yours. I found my order, got inside, and once again received the incorrect order even though my name was actually on this one. In addition to this, the food i ordered was supposed to be for a family of 4. I’m not sure what family of 4 eats so little food, but there was barely enough food to feed 2 of us. On top of all that, the food tasted really bad with the exception of the ham. The ham was okay, so i give them 2 stars instead of 1. We ended up throwing all the sides away (green beans, hashbrown casserole, and “dressing”), because it was just so bad. We have eaten here a few times before and always really liked the food, so I’m not sure what happened. What upsets me even more is that i paid for extra food to be donated to the hospital, and if they received the food I received, I feel bad for sending them such bad food. As much as I hate to say it, I cannot recommend them.
Our Place catered our wedding last year in Lebanon. We had Prime Rib and it was delicious! Cooked perfectly throughout but still tender. Our Place receives my highest recommendation!
AMAZING! Our Place Cafe did a full service catering for our 300 person wedding. We ordered Prime Rib and Teriyaki Pork Shanks with veggies and they were both amazing! All our guests loved their food and commented on the great service they received. The staff served all 300 people without any hiccups! They refilled drinks, cleaned up plates and empty cups, took the trash out, and brought ice and great fruit tea! We definitely 100% recommend them for your catering needs!
Great food and atmosphere, and well priced. As a service to the community they have some mentally challenged employees that clean tables etc. and enjoy what they get to do. This place does a great job catering too!
Our Place Cafe catered the meal for my daughters wedding last weekend. They were amazing!! We often go in and eat for lunch and have always had great food with great service with this being said I shouldnt be surprised by their onsite catering being just as good and friendly. All of our family and friends commented on the good food served to them with a smile. We even did our rehearsal dinner there. Gave them a call when we were on the way, walked in to the table being set up and ready to go. This really wasnt a planned thing, they just do whatever it takes to give great customer service. Our Place 5 stars in my book. One more daughter to get married and I know who I will be calling!Thanks to all of the staff at Our Place Cafe!!
First timer: Smelled like a good experience just walking in the front door. Great food fixed without fanfare. They even let you pick different vegetables on refills with the all-you-can-eat catfish. They did not have French fries on the steam table, but quickly fried up a batch for me. Fresh baked cookies were handed out. Great service. They don’t take cards, so bring cash (or check?).
I love this place so much... They have great food and everyone is super nice. During your meal, most of the time they come around with a pan of fresh and hot cookies, it doesn’t get any better. I love the kids eat for free on Monday... You should so come here!
Family owned restaurant and friendly staff. Southern cooking and very delicious. They even walk around to give out a free homemade cookie. You get good portions for your buck.

Ive got one word for this place: unremarkable. I dont eat here very often because they dont take credit cards, and like a lot of people, I dont carry a lot of cash. The menu is very limited, but what they do serve is very good, but it can quickly get expensive. They do have waitresses, but no one waited on me on my visits. I also noticed they were very friendly to departing customers, except myself when I went to leave. As well liked as the place is, I didnt see anything to make me want to go back.

The fried fish was less than expected. The caramel cake was more of a pound cake and tasted as if it had been sitting out for a few days. Their sides arent usually that interesting but they do have awesome customer service. If youre looking for some good friend catfish Black Eyed Pea is the best place.

The staff was super friendly but the food was below average. I feel bad because everyone was so nice but the ratings are deceptive. My greens were only stems and I couldnt eat them. Anyone that cooks know that these should be picked. Maybe if I ate in my experience would have been better with other selections. Like I said everyone was very warm and friendly. The food just needs a little tweaking.
