Extremely nice staff. I was on crutches and they came to open the door before I got to it. The apple fritter is a proper one and the best Ive had in Tennessee. The other selections look great, too. I think Ill try the peach fritter next time. Good coffee. Fair prices. Clean restaurant. They even offered to help me to my car with my coffee. Very kind. Places like this deserve your business. Went by last weekend. I saw there was another donut place that opened up right in front of this store. I’m all about supporting local businesses so we went to try it out. The guy that worked there seemed annoyed that we came in. It was our first time and there is no sign to what type of donut are in the cases so we asked a couple of questions which I guess irritated him. We just got a couple because didn’t want to ask anymore questions. He never made eye contact with us the entire transaction of money or anything, no thanks for coming in. Not even a hello when we entered. You would think you would be a little more friendly to people trying to support your business but this left a bad taste in my mouth. I won’t return.

We typically get donuts here every weekend. They are always fresh and delicious. The staff on the other hand does not seem pleased to be there. For the past couple of weekends, it has been the same guy. Came in this past weekend and ordered a dozen donuts and 20 count dots. However, when we got home, there were only 14 in the bag. These donuts are too good to have staff who rarely smiles or talks to the customers. Will be trying a competitor this coming weekend.

This was our first visit here, but we will be back again for sure! The young woman working was super polite and knowledgeable about all of the stores offerings. The shop is very clean with lots of room for sitting down to enjoy your donuts! They also have a drive thru.The Donuts: AMAZING. Their cake and old fashioned donuts are perfect. Not dry at all and full of flavor. Their yeast donuts are light and fluffy and none of their donuts are cloyingly sweet. Theyre a perfect balance. We stopped in around noon on Saturday and the donuts all tasted very fresh. I didnt have any coffee, but Ill be sure to give it a go next time!

We travel the country for work, and have tried some pretty good and some pretty average donuts. Southern California is still the best overall. We tried Nuvo for the first time this summer when we moved here. The donuts were very good sized and tasted fresh. Weve gone there periodically over the past 6 months. Girl at the counter seems uninterested and at times borderline unfriendly. Usually theres at most one other customer in there. Their donuts have become progressively smaller over the months. I figured Id give them another chance today. Same thing. Donuts tasted fresh, but very small and honestly, Krogers donuts are fresh, bigger, and almost half the price. Nuvo lost me as a customer.

Ive never heard of this place but saw them on Uber. BEST DONUTS EVER!!!! and the coffee hit me in just the right spot. Will definitely be returning.

So glad I saw this place on Uber eats. Donuts are 100% better than Krispy creams.only reason I didnt put 5 star was the sausage in the burrito and the cream in the donut. The donuts were definitely fresh and so good, my daughter hates apple fritters and ate half of mine before I caught her.

When this place first came to Hendersonville it was amazing. Tons of choices. Clean and inviting. Now it is awful! At 8am in the morning most racks were empty. Windows outside were filthy. I was the only person in there. The size of the apple fritters have changed dramatically. There were NO baked goods or breakfast sandwiches like there used to be and what I was able to purchase was not fresh at all. If you arent going to put effort into the place just close!

First time we had been in. It was about an hour before they closed at 2pm. Hardly any donuts and the guy behind the counter didnt speak to us until I spoke. He was extremely slow and never smiled. When asked questions about the donuts he just kinda mumbled. Inside was clean and cute. The donut that I ate was ok nothing exciting.

Had a coworker buy glazed donuts the other day. I won’t be going to Dunkin’ Donuts anymore!went and got a variety of different kinds. We love Bavarian cream! Let me tell you... I Wore the Bavarian cream on my face and hands. So good! Now Dunkin’ Donuts puts just a dime size of Bavarian cream. Lol

Donuts might be good but Ill never know. Apparently I wasnt worthy of a box since I was only buying a 1/2 dozen so they wanted to cram them all in a lunch-style bag. I asked for a box and the little guy with ear plugs was clearly irritatated at such a request because they were running low. Well, I guess do a better job ordering supplies next time? Maybe add a smaller box for 1/2 dozens? I shouldnt have to get my donuts smashed because of your mistake. Hope the box was worth more than a new customer!

Donuts were good, but the Jelly (my favorite ) only had jelly in less than 1/4 of the donut. Very disappointing for me. The fam ily did enjoy the other donuts.

Ive been to a few of the highly rated doughnut shops in the Nashville area; Shipleys, Foxs, Krispy Kreme, etc., and Ive been disappointed to some extend in different ways with these other places. Mostly because of dry doughnuts. Nuvo, however, is always so fresh and moist with any of the options of doughnuts they have there. I used to buy doughnuts frequently for my employees and after trying these other places in the Nashville area, I have to say that Nuvo is by far the best. I do not go any place else. They make them until they run out, sorry, but thats just how it goes and they do not try to hide this fact. The best doughnut shops Ive ever been to operate this way. Its because its the freshest you will get.
