Roy and Catherine at Window and Door Specialties are a pleasure to work with. Roy went over my door design several times to make it just right. Don’t bother with lumber supply houses for your window and door needs. After receiving a door that was not what I ordered from a lumber supply house I found Window and Door Specialties. I’m sorry I didn’t get all my windows and doors from Window and Door Specialties. Excellent price and several weeks early on delivery. I highly recommend Window and Door Specialties.

After having Window and Door Specialties replace the windows in my rental unit I was so impressed that I had them come to replace all my windows in my home. After they completed all the windows and again impressed with everything, I had them come back out to replace all the exterior doors.I cant say enough good things about Window and Door Specialties. You wont go wrong and they wont let you down.

We live in a rather old house and decided to do a massive upgrade instead of building a new one. We replaced all of the windows in our house (16 total) and the staff at Window & Door Specialties were superb. The price was fair and the installation went seemless and on time. We HIGHLY recommend :)

Website says window and glass repairs. Roy in Hendersonville stated repairs are only done occasionally if they have time. Wont get my business in the future when I need window replacements on my 30 year old house next spring.

We needed a new front door for our home and shopped Lowes and Home Depot before we finally decided to buy from Window and Door Specialties. Their friendly, no-hassle approach was just what the doctor ordered. And their knowledge of the different door styles was great. Could hardly get anyone to wait on me at Lowes!

Worst place ever! its been almost 2 months that I have been waiting for my business door. Today they finally brought the door, but they didnt take the right measurements so Im back to square one! I would never recommend this place. The lack of professionalism is a shame.

Please do not buy windows or doors from these folks....our story: Purchased approx. $20,000 worth of windows from them in 2005/install finish early 2006. Windows were warrantied for any seal fractures. We have 2 sliders whose panes are compromised. When I called to report this, they told me the manufacturer has gone out of business, therefore they are not responsible for replacement. Also, they wanted to charge $325.00 for a new sliding glass door handle. Whaaa? Dont be scammed by these people.

Very professional, and doors were installed in a timely manner. I will use them in the future.

Installers were a joke. You would think that the crews would be professional, but no. The owner is no better. Poor customer service and did not address our concerns regarding poor install.
