Great job Corey over in Bowling Green with taking the time to review the options John Deere had in my search for a new tractor. Quite the opposite of my experience in Hendersonville. I bought tractor, loader and Bush hog from Wright implements.
They had the part I needed in stock & a great staff member, that made sure I had everything I needed!

Great customer service from Kip Smith on purchasing a new Gator, called Kip and told him it maybe 5:30 or so before I could get there to look at the Gator which would be after hours but he stayed and waited on us. Customer service in parts department.was great. I brought the part I was replacing which wasnt enough. I wasnt sure of model#. Regardless to what I couldnt provide he researched and provided the part I needed.

This review is more for their parts department. I havent used the service department and I havent bought any equipment from them. Very helpful staff in their parts department! Ive always gotten what I need, and good advice even if I didnt by a part.

Took my lawn tractor in for a simple tune up on 2/27/17. Was told there was a 2 1/2 week back log. Called 3/20 and was told my tractor was at the top of the list.I interpreted this to mean my tractor would be worked on next. Anyone have a different interpretation? Called today 3/27 and told my tractor was just now being looked at because parts had finally come in on tractors brought in before mine and they had to finish those jobs first. So my question is this. If there was only a 2 1/2 week back log on 2/27, but they couldnt work on many of those tractors due to a lack of parts shouldnt they have gone ahead and worked on mine? Their excuse when I questioned them about this point was that some of those in front of mine required major overhauls. Again, if you are ordering parts, dont you know that and use the information to make a more informed estimate of what jobs you can handle in the time estimated. Dont know how their work will turn out, but right now I wouldnt give them a very good rating on customer relations.

They have ALL kinds of John Deere mowers and tractors. Kip was very nice and he knew everything about any of the equipment.
They are quick and very easy to work with they do a great job on repairs and sales.
They don’t mind you buying their expensive parts but they will lie to keep you from asking a service rep anything.

Stopped in to get a replacement belt for my $6,000 barn fan. I was told by a kid with tattoos at the parts counter he did not have time to find the correct belt because the part number is not in his computer. I am not sure how I can bring myself to purchase a $50,000 tractor with a parts service department like this.
