Called BT1 after hours on Halloween night 2021 because my garage door was inoperable and Forrest answered my call. He was very professionally. I could tell he was busy but he stopped and tried to assist. I sent him a few pics of the garage. He knew exactly what the issue was. He scheduled a tech guy to come to my house the very next morning. Tyler arrived and was awesome. He was timely, professional and fast. The response to my initial email was quick, they scheduled the repair on a date and time that worked for me, and arrived on time! Took 2 hours to install a quieter opener, plus a new keypad and gave a discount because the original opener was out of stock. Spring on my Garage door broke and I couldnt get in or out of the garage. Called BT1 and they were able to get someone out quickly and fixed the door. The tech was great, had a great attitude and got the work done quickly. Fair prices and they didnt try to up sale anything. I wouldnt hesitate to use them again or to recommend them for work.

Dalton responded to my residence about 30 minutes after the phone call. He had my springs replaced within about thirty minutes with a year warranty. They had a coupon on their online listing and it gave me $25 off the price. An honest and straight forward company. I will call them again if I ever need any additional garage door work done. Needed openers replaced ASAP and BT1 came through within 24 hours, which was shocking nowadays. I will be recommending BT1 to clients and friends alike!

I wish I had as good of an experience as others have.Ordered 2 new garage doors and was advised it would take 2.5-3.5 weeks. I called to follow up at the 3.5 week mark... and I was advised that it would be the next week.... or worst case the week after that. (5.5 weeks +/- from order date). I called week of that last week of their two week extension to see if we were still good and they wanted to push me to the following week. Up to this point ALL updates I received were from me following up.. not them organically calling to tweak expectations/timelines. When we were about to get them installed... they were reading off what was ordered - and they didnt order the high lift kit the original salesman said they were going to do(I even had to wait a few days to place the order because he claimed to check with the manufacturer if a high lift was possible for my height ceiling). Now someone had to come back out to my house to remeasure... reorder the track... and I was told it would be the following week by the person that came to measure. Did it happen that next week... no. It was the week after that on the following Monday. Well, until I got a call that Monday Morning b/c they didnt have the installer that day(out sick). So here I am... getting pushed out another day. BUT I told them I was skeptical that they even had my garage doors on hand since things are taking twice as long - they assured me they did... and I told them I wanted to come look at them since I felt that I was getting jerked around. We agree on the phone for me to come look at the garage doors so I can have some confidence that they have them. They call me back about 5 minutes later to back out and not offer an alternate time for me to see the doors I ordered so long ago.All in all a 2.5-3.5 week Order to install time turned into almost 2 months with subpar communication. Everything was installed OK. When they finally came they had 4 people come out including the owner. Had I had any idea it was going to take 2 months with terrible communication I would have ordered a cheaper quote from a vendor I used previously that gave me a timeline of 8-10 weeks. I dont plan on using them again.***update since the reply from BT1***1) $700 credit? If you consider it a credit when your salesman said I was getting a higher lift track and that wasn’t going to impact the price… then you add $700 to the quote to then discount it $700… then sure - per your definition there was a $700 credit. Personally I would not call that a credit. That is what I would call “eating the cost” if your salesman didn’t quote it properly being unaware the higher lift tracks cost difference.I paid the exact price I was quoted originally from your salesman who said the higher lift track wouldn’t change the price. Oh wait, I did get a $100 discount… because I accepted a lesser grade opener. I guess that’s $100 discount too?2) “I seemed pleased” - You are right, to the same extent I would be after waiting 2 hours at a restaurant for a meal after ordering, finally getting it and eagerly being done with my experience after the fact.

I have a problem with my garage door, so I emailed to get a technician out to my home. Before coming out, Forest called and walked me through some options to fix my problem so that I would not have to pay for a technician to come out. Most companies would have sent someone out to fix a problem that they could have talked the person through and then charged them. I appreciate that they saved me money instead of just sending a tech out and charging me. I will use them for all of my garage door needs!

I called BT1 a little after 7am for service repair on a broken spring on my garage door and was told the service tech would be at my home between 2pm-4pm today. Received a call from my Technician Josh at 1230pm stating he could be at my house in 20 minutes, an hour before my scheduled time. Springs and bearings were replaced, every hinge and roller lubricated,, and job was complete by 230pm. Very professional technician, I would definitely recommend BT1 to anyone asking about garage door service.

Outstanding team! Its challenging to find a dependable, honest, and well-skilled crew for repairs. BT1 sets the standard. Their work is high quality, affordable, and theyre friendly, welcoming, and willing to teach you why they recommend services and how it will benefit you. Theyre one of the few for-profit companies that Ive encountered that arent in it for the money. Theyre in it because of their calling to serve their community and neighbors.Theyre based in Gallatin, but their superior to any crew youll find in Lebanon too. Sumner, Wilson County, and beyond, you need these guys. I only wish they provided repair work on the entire house! I would employ them exclusively.Lastly, youve heard companies on the radio talk about silencing your garage door. Our door was installed in 2006, it was no longer balanced, the spring (it should have had two) was on its way out, and the cheap opener I bought at a retailer and installed myself was dead. Before it died, the door opened like the gates of a forgotten pet cemetery powered by a back-up generator. It was terrible. BT1 replaced inferior parts on the door, installed two new springs, balanced the door, and installed a new Genie opener by Aladdin. The difference is unreal! Its deathly quite, in a good way. Also, the door opener is attuned to the wifi, so I can open and close my garage door from my smartphone from anywhere I have service. Its outstanding.

A totally unexpected failure of our garage door prompted looking for a local door repair company. BTI reviews were very favorable. While our situation wasnt urgent, the dispatcher made a concerted effort to send out a repair person the same day I called. Id read reviews of one of their repair men, Josh, that were very good and asked the dispatcher if by chance he might be our service guy . Turns out he was and all the positive reviews were validated . Josh was polite, considerate about wearing a mask in light of COVID and thorough and professional in carrying out the repair. The spring on my garage door broke last evening. I called BT1 at 7 am this morning. They open at 8am but called me at 7:50am. The tech Josh arrived at 10 am. It is now 11am and the door has been repaired!! Great service at all levels!!
