Made an appointment, they said up to a week before they would get to it so I dropped my golf cart off. 3 weeks without any contact I called. They said oh it just needs new batteries. Price was fine and am hoping they do quality work but why would you not contact a customer? Seems like one of the most basic pasts of the business process... 🤷‍♂️

No customer service at all. Took my golf cart back 3 times and the last time they told me they could not honor the parts warranty. Stay Away!

Very frustrating experience trying to rent a Budget Truck from here. They sent me an email reservation, but didn’t have the truck or trailer when I showed up. I can’t speak for the rest of the store, but I’d never rent a truck from them again.
