Have had four deliveries in the last 18 months. 2 were partial (because they didnt have enough on the truck) and 3 were late. After waiting beyond the 5-7 business days I was told this time, called yesterday at 5:30pm to cancel. Was told truck was still out and theyd get to me before the end of the night. Watched and waited. They didnt. Driver arrived at lunchtime today and filled tank anyway. Also charged more than the quoted price. If pricing changes that much in the time it takes them to fulfill delivery obligations, maybe they should find better management or get better drivers.

This is the worst company. I called over 10 days ago to get propane. They charged me the entire amount to fill my tank. They told me it would be 5-7;days and have yet to fill my tank which today is day 10. When I called to ask what the hold up was, they said I was still not on the line up to get propane today. They then said I will most likely get it tomorrow. I have had nothing but problems with this company. This is the only service which requires you to pay prior to services rendered. The only reason I am locked into this company is because the tank was leased by the prior owners of the house. Otherwise, I would have left this company a long time ago. I do not recommend this company. Do yourselves a favor and go with a company that cares about your business and cares about people. The only reason I left 1 star is otherwise I cannot write this review.

Ive been waiting a couple of months to have my gas logs serviced. Wednesday I had an appointment, from 08-12. No one showed, so I called, was told I was scheduled for 12-4. Okay, so waited all afternoon, still no show. When I called, was told the repairman had said, no one home, called and left a message. Um.....no, no, and no to all of that. I am seriously considering changing to another gas company.

Paid for gas September 25th, today is October 18th still no gas? Called and it is not even scheduled!

Ferrell people are great. They call when they say they will and the office staff is top shelf.

Polite friendly service. They gave me a fair price on propane.

Terrible company. Brought propane when they wasnt supposed to. Took 3 months of constant phone calls to get them to pick up their tanks and then came back and unhooked my current tanks, loaded them on their truck and tried to take them too! Didnt bother to look at the clearly marked company names on the front or check the serial numbers to see if they were theirs.

Just got off the phone with Ferrellgas, and got polite courteous service. Definitely an A+ company to work with!
