I wasnt going to post a review until the lady at the counter said Go ahead. So here we go...I bought 2 filters for my Shark upright vacuum. Got home, one was correct, the other incorrect, not even close. (Keep in mind I wrote down the model number when I went to Hills.) When I went back to return the incorrect filter, I was told I couldnt get my money back because the package was open, store credit only. Number 1, I couldnt see through the packaging to see it was the incorrect filter, so yes, I had to open it, and 2, a store credit for $18.95 + tax was useless to me because I live out of the area, and 3, I was sold the WRONG FILTER. I told the woman that this had been my first purchase here, and certainly the last. She replied thats fine. When I told her Id leave a negative review, she said go ahead. Easy to understand why the parking lot was empty with that attitude, over less than $20. So much for keeping the customer happy.

Cant say enough good things! Price was ridiculously reasonable. Polite, super friendly, professional and expeditious. I hope everyone goes here to get their vacuum cleaner fixed. I moved here from out of town and sometimes people like me arent treated as well as the locals. Not here.....I felt like one of their best friends the minute I walked in the door. Very knowledgeable and really reasonable prices. This will be my go to store for all my cleaning chemicals and accessories.

Zero knowledge of their own products. Didnt know product numbers for their products. Didnt know which belts go to which vacuums. On top of all that they lied to me about having the belt in needed and upon arrival blame the customer for their mistake. RECOMMENDATION- Go to Ace Hardware, they were very helpful and knew which parts they had, more hoover belts.

BUYER BEWARE! The owner stated that my Oreck couldn’t be fixed since parts were no longer available as Oreck was purchased by a company in China. At his suggestion, I purchased a $426 Riccar. I then found an Oreck store in Asheville. Not only was my Oreck fixed with Oreck parts, it was still under warranty! I tried to return the new and unused Riccar and he said NO, that the sale was final and returns are not possible. I now am stuck with an expensive Riccar which I do not need. Go somewhere else.
