Hi prices but fantastic selection and great service the prices are high

Shell gas station, bit they have a huge wine and spirits store with anything you can think of in stock. Beats the average 7/11 any day. Prices are very competitive and convenient service for a fill up and a bottle of wine for supper in one stop. Worth the trip if you dont need gas but want a great selection of beverages from a business that has served the community for a very long time...for a reason. Great selection and service.

Wonderful selection of beverages! We were very pleased with the ultimate customer service provided to us. The wine selection was top notch and organized by many different categories, that is easy to find. It was awesome to see them carry a local wine from Sumner Crest Winery!

Super nice people with great sense of humor. Found some selections here that u have not seen other places. Prices on the upper ends was a little pricey but whos not these days.

Bluegrass Beverages always has an excellent selection of wines and liquors! If they dont have it in stock, there is a good chance they will order it for you. The staff is very knowledgeable and prepared to give a good recommendation. My go-to beverage store!!!

A nice clean liquor store. They have a good selection of wines from the everyday to what you would give as a gift or bring to a party. The spirit selection is the same. There is a Sams club here in hendersonville. They only have beer and limited wine but they are a bit less expensive.

Had issue with the gas pump which they have no affiliation...looked like a nice place, but Im a retired drinker...

Place is huge! They have a really good selection and prices. Found a bottle of Talisker Whiskey for the same price as the one we purchased from the distillery tour in Scotland

Great selection of Tennessee and regional craft beer. Amazing liquor selection! Cigar humidor! What more could you ask for?! Theyve special ordered a Czech liquor for me in the past, which was awesome!

Good prices! Most Employees are not very friendly and hate it when you they have to carry it out to your car. Also, never ask them to see if they have wines in the stock when the shelves are empty! Just not worth the trouble!

Boars Head Deli meat & Cheeses at Bluegrass is less expensive than Kroger or Publix. The Jalapeno Cheese is $2.00 less than other stores. So if you want the Boars Head block cheese, check out Bluegrasss selection. Great folks in this store, very helpful!

Very rude employees. Have been in there multiple times in the short time I have lived in Hendersonville. Was never supper impressed with the customer service, but the selection was good on liquor and decent for beer also it was convenient. Today I went in and the employees were extremely rude. Did not ask to see my ID but I had it out and ready so I went ahead and showed it to him, it is the law after all. He acted like it was a huge inconvenience for him to have to look at my ID and how dare I do this without him asking. Again it is the law for them to ask, mind you I do look over 21 Im also not super old (only 28). There were other customers in there that they were being very friendly to. I guess since Im not a regular I dont get good service. All this to say, I wont be going back Ill just drive a little farther to a store that actually wants my business.

Just moved here from Orlando, Fl. This place has such an amazing selection. DC gave me a tour around the location, showed me the growlers, and helped me find what I was searching for. (Amaro Liquor!) Great service, great quality location. Ill Be back!

Showed up at 10:54pm on Saturday. They do not close until 11pm. The doors were locked. I called, asked when they closed, the woman on the phone said 11. So I ask okay, so if its only 10:54 why are your doors locked? She says that its 10:59 according to their clock. Thats still not 11, but no, now its 10:55 according to my phone which stays updated, why are you closed. A long uuummmmm, our clock says 10:59. Again, then why are you closed? Worthless customer service here, I would not advise doing business with these lazy and dishonest people. Take your business elsewhere Hendersonville.

The people working here are so nice! Ive seen them handle some pretty drunk women before too and they handled it well. Lol.Cheapest prices in hendersonville for their rum by a few bucks. And very easy to understand their organization.

Awesome staff, large selection, great prices and the store is always clean with an inviting atmosphere. This is my favorite liquor store in Sumner County! They almost always have what I need in stock, and if they are out, they can tell me exactly will they will have more. Large parking lot, easy to get in and out of, on the main road . Would highly recommend you check them out.

We have been obtaining our spirits and beer from BG for years. Always great service and the owners are local and neighbor friendly. To top it off they helped me with the alcohol for my wedding and gave us a great price. Best liquor store in Sumner County.

I have been in there a few times now, and I have mixed feelings. The selection is really superb, and I enjoy the layout of the place, as it is very visually appealing. For those things, I would give it five stars. But I will admit, I felt a bit unwelcome when I was there. The staff never really interacted with me, and when I have checked out, they barely look me in the eyes or smile. I would go there more, but it is too weird feeling. One star on staff/customer interactions.

I love Bluegrass Beverages. It and Pour Vous are different kinds of liquor stores. Different feel, vibe, atmosphere, but not a bad thing. Ill come here if I need some quick vodka or tequila or those cute mini drinks. Im not a fan of the separate entrance and exit because it can be hard on me. If youre looking for a great beer selection, Id choose Pour Vous. This has been my liquor store for nearly a decade, but Im not sure if its still my favorite. Still a good store. :)

Our daughter reserved a keg for her husbands birthday. I was present when she confirmed everything during two phone calls. The last thing they had to do was pick up the keg. They got there are the keg was gone. No one made it right. She bought cases instead. Shame on you. Period

Great layout, easy to find what youre looking for. More than adequate variety of selection. Employees are knowledgeable and helpful, but if youre looking for a smile, it will be hard to find.

Ok, I know there are many adult beverage stores in the area but this one is my favorite. Very knowledgeable staff, reasonable pricing that rivals the competition, and usually has those hard to find items. Recommend this store when in Hendersonville, TN. Im a Jack Daniels buyer and they had what I wanted!

You would not expect it but they have GREAT prices on cheese! Much better than Publix or Kroger etc.. Awesome selection but customer service is a bit better at two other local ABC stores. (See my other reviews) This is the only reason they didnt get 5 stars.

Im lucky to have Bluegrass Beverages as my neighborhood liquor store. It is one of the friendliest and most helpful stores in Hendersonville and the surrounding area, and their selection of wine and liquor is top notch. They have a really good selection of wines and liqueurs, not beer. Cant say much about the staff, but you can find a drink for any occasion. Prices are reasonable. If you want more beers and wines go to Pour Vois on Indian Lake.

Cashier attitude was disgusting. I handed him my ID and he threw it on the counter back at me(huge pet peeve). Then he stood there like he was irritated at the fact we were asking him questions about the merchandise behind the counter. Oh let’s not forget how friendly and chatty he was with the guy at the counter before us but threw our bottle in the bag and didn’t even bother to hand me the bag. My money is just as green as everyone else. I will never patronize this place again!!!

If I were writing the most truthful review, I wouldnt even give them 1 star. I felt very degraded, belittled, and overall not even like a customer at this establishment. The staff is absolutely terrible and while this liquor store is the closest to my house, I will be making the extra drive to ensure better customer service. As will my family and friends after hearing my buying experience.Upon making my purchase I approached the cashier, Roger, and he greeted me with, OH CMON. You had better have an ID. I was a little taken back by the greeting but continued with my purchase only for him to say, I mean you look like a little puppy dog. Right after, Im supposing it was the manager who passed by, told my cashier that the ABC will be coming to make sure they are all IDing. My cashier responds by yelling throughout the entire store, OH DONT YOU WORRY I TRIPLE CHECKED THIS ONE RIGHT HERE.After leaving the liquor store I called later in the day and asked to speak to the manager about my embarrassing experience at the store. The manager doesnt handle the situation AT ALL, actually barely even spoke to me and passes me off to Roger, my cashier from earlier.Yes, I understand. I look young for my age. I get it. I got it with the first statement that was said. But during my buying experience I was embarrassed in front of the other customers in the store. It was extremely demeaning and degrading to purchase from these idiots. Also, Mr. Manager, although Im unaware of your name, you also handled the situation poorly. Youre the manager, deal with customer complaints yourself.
