I have been taking my vehicle to Browns Way Automotive since they opened their doors and will never go anywhere else again. Tired of being taken advantage of not knowing anything about vehicles, overcharged and ripped off for as long as I can remember I decided to take my 2002 Jeep Grand Cherokee somewhere new and have never been happier. They have consistently given me great advise and support free of charge and when it comes to doing the repairs they are honest about the nice to dos vs. need to dos repairs. The driveshaft went in my Jeep and when it was replaced they saved the old one for me to see the damage done and compare to the new one. They took the time to EXPLAIN to me what happened, why it happened and what my options were. They offered to just remove it for the time being as it was not necessary unless I needed the four wheel drive instead of trying to make me believe I had to have it replaced immediately to drive the vehicle and make a sale. I have needed work done but could not afford to miss time from work to get my vehicle in the shop and once again Browns Way goes above and beyond offering a FREE pick-up and delivery of your vehicle for your convenience. LIFE SAVERS!! I could go on and on but you have to experience it for yourself and if not for you do it for your vehicle!!! GREAT people doing GREAT work at GREAT prices, I cannot thank or recommend Browns Way Automotive enough!!!
