I came for the Grand Opening and what a cool store in a great location in the heart of Hercules. Store rep Alex helped me sign up AT&T Protect for all of my lines. She was very pleasant and reviewed all of my account details. Highly recommended if you live in the area.

This is a great place if you are ATT clients, came in with a problem left saving more money on my bill. Jess was great help for me. Will definitely make this as my store.

Was having a problem with my Samsung S9+ was helped by Joseph Garcia fixed my problem but better than that he got me into a better plan. Hooked me up with a Veteran discount and a all around better plan saving some money also. He took the time to explain to me about the iphone 11 which Im thinking about getting and was very helpful and not pushy in terms of buying a phone. I will go back to this store and make my next buying of a phone with him Thank you JG for your help.
