The customer service here is phenomenal. Jasmine got my packages out quickly. I believe Bianca(?) is the other young ladies name, knows how to run a business! I was waiting for my phone to load and told her to help other customers while waiting for me because it’s the best thing to do, and instead of just waiting for me, she tended to the other customers. Once my phone loaded, we were all ready to go! Love this Amazon return store, I mean UPS location :)

If you ship anything of value, do not ship it here. Had my package stolen twice from this location, and thank goodness I keep my receipts and I ship on 3rd part platform, so they have to deal with it! FYI they have young workers... not to put a wrong stigma or anything. If you want to ship anything of value, go to Pinole. The ladies over there are nice kind, and WONT STEAL YOUR PACKAGES!

Today I had a very pleasant experience with the customer service at this UPS store. The courteous personnel made waiting in line seem insignificant as they were all working diligently to help other customers all the while being cognizant of us outside in the hot sun. I noticed the glances that each rep gave while still maintaining their professionalism to customer at hand. Ive visited several of these stores throughout my journey from California to Ohio and I must put this establishment in my top five, great job!

I really dont like shipping things but I LOVE shipping things when it involves utilizing this UPS Store location. These folks are on top of it, always. Their professionalism and expertise help me save time (and money) by being able to expediently mail/ship things. I am so grateful they are in my neighborhood.

Site is temporarily closed. Sign on their door says package pickups available from 11-2pm, I was out here for two hours from 12 to 2 and the lady in there refused to come to the door the whole time, even though I saw her talk to other customers while I was waiting in my car. She seemed very annoyed to be doing her job

Got advice to open a mailbox with UPS. Its been one of the best decisions I have made. Their service is timely and amazing. They take time to take care of your packages and get to know you as well. Highly recommend this branch in Hercules CA

Went to return an xfinity tv box in a return set up with Xfinity. Xfinity said ups worked print the label.Went all the way to the store, was refused. They said they would print the label for $4.50.A print out of a shipping label for 4.50??I can understand 25 cents.. maybe even a dollar buy 4.50??Called Xfinity and they said ups shouldnt be asking for the money at all

I needed a business proposal printed. I asked Corina for her advice on how it would present best. He followed her recommendations, and I LOVE the finished product!

Technology wise, UPS is at least a step behind FedEx. There is no self service system to take prints, you have to use the outrageously priced $3.95 min charged PCs to get the prints. If you are at the store to print a shipping label, you would be paying a whopping $4.10 where as at FedEx you just pay < $0.10This store in specific has nothing special going for it, the staff are helpful and no slower/ faster than any other store.FedEx is a far better package for print and ship as it has self service, cheap and quick.

Very honest and fast service. What I mean honest is that my box from Walmart has labeled as 18x18x24 and they just go from there without measure it like other UPS stores, they measured it and add 1 or even 2 inches extra on top of the number like the one on San Pablo and Richmond Parkway. It is fast and convenient that you dont need to fill out anything. Everything is paperless and recorded. Thumb up for this store.

Direct TV has contract arrangements with the UPS Stores so Direct TV customers could leave the Direct TV Receiver box with the UPS stores for shipping back to Direct TV. A few mins ago, I walked into this store and handed the receiver to the funny hair attendant with attitude issue. She scanned the Direct TV letter bar code and asked me to spell my name. I gave my Direct TV letter to her that listed my name and address for her to enter into her computer. This crazy attendant threw the stuff back at me and told me that she would not deal with me. She has a bigoted attitude. Hope the store manager takes appropriate actions so attendants better serve the customers. I would not touch this store with a 10-foot pole.

It was OK. I liked most of the services and people are kind. I used their mailbox for 3 month. God a curtesy call if I want to close it looooong after exparation...

I had to return some devises back and Receptionist Corina was rude. Never expected and experience such bad service before.

Can get in and out of this place quickly, with no hassles, and get your postal needs sated.
