The staff were able to direct me and give some advice.

I love the products the store has but every time I go there one specific woman who I believe is the manager follows me as if I am trying to steal and I feel uncomfortable. One time my grandma asked me in Spanish to ask the women how much the product we were buying cost and she snapped back and said ¨ I already told you its ten dollars!¨ She never wears a name tag so I don´t know her name at all.

Got a credit card approval on the first try! Great customer service and even better conversation between another customer, myself and cashier, they both were equally helpful, thank you!

Love this place but the clearance section isnt much a deal

Love this place. You can find anything you need for your hair. All supplies you would ever want. They even have some of the best makeup! They rock!!

Every time I call to check product availability they hang up. I’ll take my Business elsewhere.

Every time Ive been in this store, Im treated with THE WORST costumer service! The girls behind the counter wouldnt even come around the counter to help me find what Im looking for, the just point and go back to chatting. Its aweful! My daighter has been treated the same way when looking for something specific. Corporate needs to take a mystery visit...
