We always stop here for a few minutes, when traveling in this area, to get some snacks and walk the dogs. Its a nice little market.

You know that famous scene in The wizard of Oz where Dorothy steps from black and white into color? Its the same thing here. The building looks like something youd see at a strip mall, and has an outdated 90s sign. But when you walk inside its like a neighborhood grocery store I would see in Seattle or Portland. Its well stocked, like a mini grocery store. Hot food, and friendly faces. But the icing on the cake? The bathrooms are amazing. I havent seen a PUBLIC bathroom that clean, that well designed, and well stocked, at any roadside establishment. Ever. Dont pass by Space Age Fuel. Stop by. (As an aside, I never wouldve walked in if the employee in the squawk box over at A&W drive thru hadnt wanted to get into an argument with me about cheese.). And the apple fritters.

For the first time, we were treated rude but a cashier, and I was caught totally off guard. Usually, this stop is great. Ill rate again after giving her another shot. I mean, we all have bad days.

BEWARE, DONT GO HERE FOR PROPANE! They will try to overcharge you. My husband caught the employee in the act of the scam and when confronting a different employee we got the impression they knew this wasn’t the first time. They tried to charge us double the amount of propane that isn’t even suitable for our tank size. Definitely steer clear of this place.

This place is owesome in the erea, everything is perfect, CHEAP FUEL, CLEAN AND WELL ARRANGED STORE, CLEAN RESTROOM AND SHOWER, GOOD FOOD DRINKS, PLEANTY PARKING LOT but I urge to check whats going on witj the water system as it is stinking. Ibtook showwr in night I smell unclean stink water, I came back in morning used restroom washed my face and again smelled stinking water, i asked another driver in restroom if he can smell the same, he confirmed that ans we decided not to brush his teeth. I ASK THE MANAGEMENT TO FOLLOW UP.will pass next time to ckeck if this issue is resolved.

A nice spacious truck stop with plenty of spots that rarely gets packed. Showers are great, A&W on the premises so yall going to be all right here. Also just take a look at the size of those massive donuts that are going to cost you $2.00 eachSpecial thanks to the lady named Rebecca who went an extra mile to help me out. The truck fueling island is always disgusting. The windshield wash buckets rarely have anything in them. And the garbage cans are usually over flowing onto the island. Horribly ran facility. Being a chain of stores, corporate should visit more often.

Just had a fraudulent charge on our credit card from this place. Buyer beware when you get fuel!!!!!Edited- we talked to an employee and this gas station over charges to make sure you have money to pay for your gas. So if you are on a tight budget do not buy gas here. Very shady place.

We are from Florida and we had a great resting time at this place. I dont know the name of the lady with the bling bling mask but she was great. I even ended up buying the bling face mask too. And in the morning I bought like 10 cool toys for my grandkids!!! They will love those toys!! Awesome experience. !!

I would wanna give a lower rate but my families always come here whenever we travel this is or first stop and never experience anything but kindness and excellent service. But today the cashier was like rushing us and to be honest rude. Other than that its always nice going there but she needs to adjust her customer service attitude.

Stopped by to fuel up and grab some snacks. Fuel was the cheap attendant was helpful. We went inside to grab some snacks and when we were paying, the friendly and wonderful cashier (middle aged lady) saw the packaged pastry we were purchasing and suggested their donuts. We bought one donut and continued on our road trip.We tried the donut and This donut was huge and tasted pretty dam good. It tasted just like a Hawaiian Malasada. This donut really tasted like a malasada, had the same crunch when you bite into it, coated with sugar,, and really fluffy on the inside - it was pure comfort food!! We should have picked up more and the cinnamon rolls as well as it looked pretty dam good.Thank you friendly awesome cashier for suggesting this (sorry, I didnt catch your name). Who would have thought that a convenience store would have something this delicious. They also have an A&W burger joint inside as well.

The clerks/cashiers who work behind the counter in the quick mart are amazing. I met Amy Friday morning after staying the night in the truck parking. She was very professional very courteous and above all she smiled and was extremely friendly. Late Saturday afternoon returning back to Washington I stopped in Hermiston and decided I was going to stay at the same place. I parked my truck there went inside and found the same treatment from another cashier. These people are really wonderful and they go above and beyond to help their customers. Finding this sort of service is rare these days. The work ethic that I found there and the value to their customers was top notch. Thank you all so much.

I took a 10-hour break here and ate a delicious meal at the A&W Restaurant. The parking lot was easy to navigate for a tractor trailer. I also noticed an Electrify America vehicle charging station near the building, which is really cool.

Why wasnt a shower credit automatically added to my Roady loyalty card when I fueled?Not cool guys!

Cool little stop but seriously this must be a strong hold for covid people. 80 miles down the road dont need a mask. It is what it is oregon no common sence.

Stopped by this gas station to get me a hotdog and a cold beverage not too long ago around 10:45 a.m. today 05/26. There were three female cashiers behind the counter. I went to the cashier in the middle who is a younger lady. I inserted my company assigned business card to pay, after a few seconds the terminal asked me to remove the card. Apparently the terminal could not read the card. I tried one more time but got the same response from the terminal asking me to remove my card. At this point the young lady looked to her right and asked one of the cashiers to assist her. The way that older female cashier spoke to me is the reason for this one-star review. She asked me to enter my card in the terminal which I did but removed after the terminal beeped and asked me to remove it. She started giving me attitude and told me to leave the card in there long enough for the payment to process. When she said that you could sense and see the attitude in her voice and her facial expression, it was unmistakable and very very brazen. She also dropped her right hand on the counter in a manner that communicated irritation. I politely responded to her that I am only removing the card when the terminal beeps and asks me to remove the card. Thinking that it was my business card that may be the issue, I switched cards and attempted to use my American Express Platinum Card. When I inserted the American Express into the terminal it gave me the same message to remove my card. I then asked her if the gas station accepts American Express which they said they did. At this point it became obviously clear that it wasnt my cards that were the issue, it was the terminal. She then asked me to swipe the card so I went back to my business card and swiped it which worked this time. She then gave one last irritable look at me then went back to her station. The young lady who completed the payment process before I left was absolutely respectful the whole time and this one star review is in no way about her but rather it is about that older woman cashier who came over to assist her. Her customer service was incredibly poor and a bad reflection of this company.

Avoid at all costs. Cause theyre high. Sign clearly says 3.09. Says it 20 miles back. But when you get back far enough that you cant see it from the road.... Well... They screw you. They screw you real good. I think it was almost 3.43.Thats cause Oregon people pay their taxes! Uh huh. Portland didnt do that to me ever. They refused to give advertised price, refused to show me where on the sign it says (Oregon residents only), or a way to contact a manager. On the way out of the parking lot confirm that they were lying, I picked up the biggest screw Ive ever seen. Not clean lot, not clean business practices.

I stop in here for the cheap fuel usually and customer service is always very good... but tonight I must say Ms. Isabell was the best!!!Basically this accident prone goofy trucker came stumbling into the store doing my best to stop the bleeding after I let my knife slip and well my left hand caught/ stopped it about 1 inch into the meat between my pointer and thumb... ...Isabell, (the very sweet mother of 4 cashier lady behind the counter), sprang into action after only a few moments of everyones initial shock had worn down a little. She was prepared with the waterproof tape used by nurses and doctors and hurried with her Mom/Superhero like skills/instincts and super-glued my nearly 1 inch long stab wound up nicely... another of the ladies happened to have some ibuprofen ... And then there was also a fellow Trucker that was kinda like my 1st responder... he was the first to volunteer to help me, saying he saw my frantic run up to the fuel isle looking for paper towels to try to get the bleeding to stop before I made it inside the store... hes actually the one that ran to get the superglue off the shelf!!!I just want to say Thank You God for blessing me with these Heros tonight... I dont think I wouldve died, but I was seriously losing blood fast... Ive got a puddle in my floorboard about the size of my boot to prove it ... Last and certainly not least I want to say Thank you to all the employees that tried to help me at Space Age, The Trucker that jumped in 1stAnd a truly heart felt big huge hug to Isabell for helping me to be OK... there was a lot of blood that scared everyone in there ... including myself ... but she was awesome and got me fixed up fast...!!! GIVE THAT LADY A RAISE SPACE AGE !!!

This used to be one of my favorite truck stops. I am a truck driver, and as someone who travels from one end of this country to the other and back every week, theres a good chance I have, am, or will soon be carrying COVID 19. Because of this I wear a mask and wash & sanitize to protect the people I come in contact with including shippers, receivers, and truck stop employees. Why other some other drivers arent doing the same is beyond me. But when I come into a truck stop and only one employee in the whole place is wearing a mask, you better believe I wont be stopping there again—I dont care how cheap their fuel is or how many empty parking spaces they have available. Its a slap in the face to all the people working so hard to save lives, and keep things moving.

The employees are great they know me on first name basis. Very friendly and very respectful to the customers. Been going in there since before they built the new station. And it was a bar store and restaurant.

Id love to stop here for our trip. Its midway, they have a good store etc. But the pumpers refuse to not top off the tank. Ive asked them not to, Ive called management to complain etc.Its not good for cars, and I guess Ill go somewhere I can pump my own gas. Well miss our A&W stops here.

Buyer Beware! Big signs that read the cost of fuel is FALSE ADVERTISING. Get to the pump and its almost .50c more per gallon (which adds up fast when you have an 80 gallon tank). Pilot down the road is a better facility for a better price.

Stop here when I can while on my way to Portland or Seattle. Clean C-store and friendly staff. Nice place to stay overnight or to just do a 30 minute break. Fuel prices are decent and parking lot is clean most of the time but small, maybe 60 or so spots.

After watching the gas attendant sit and talk with Someone else I started my gas myself. He finally made it to my car as my fill was finishing and asked in a very rude way if someone had started my gas to which I told him I did. He then gave me the finger because I gave him a thumbs up when he told me no self serve. Definitely will go to pilot just down the road from now on.

As a trucker, I almost always stop here, headed in or out of Portland. Diesel prices are best in area for OR. Free drink with fuel purchase, free shower with 75 gallon minimum.The fuel desk people are pleasant and greet us like old friends. The well stocked store has pricing consistent with a convenience store. I dont expect WinCo pricing, but sometimes, ya gotta have what ya gotta have.The showers and bathrooms are recently remodeled and always clean.Since Im waiting on a pickup, I stayed over and finally got a chance to eat at A&W. Freshly prepared burger, and some of the best fries Ive had in a long time. The root beer float was just what I needed to end a 100+° day.This place blows the doors off the nearby Pilot, as far as truckstop amenities. There is a comfortable driver lounge with a flat screen, and today Im trying out the laundry to save some time when I get home.

It was a pretty great truck stop. Fancy inside, with bunches of coffee and drinks; fancy gas for our automobile. Id go there again for a rest stop, yep!

The truck stop itself is nice but i will NEVER buy gas here again... today on my way home i realized the gas attendant has left my cap on the outside of my gas door and this is not the first time he has not appropriately shut my gas door. OR wont let you pump your own gas but theyll let any idiot do it and pay them. Its ridiculous that something so simple has been done so wrong MULTIPLE times.

Very clean restrooms and an A&W attached. A&W isnt open 24 hours. Good selection of road snacks and drinks, and a small portable electronics area and other stuff for truckers. Good job of segregating the traffic flow for autos and commercial vehicles as well.

The store its self is very nice. But you have a blonde employee works swing shift I believe her name is Robin. shes always there on Thursdays. who is very very rude to customers and other employees. How you can allow someone like this to work for your company is beyond me. If I owned this company she would be fired on the spot for how she treats people.

Tried to get a shower with my roady’s rewards card, lady said I had to pump 75 gallons. A out of town trucker gave me his since he wasn’t going to use it and she said she couldn’t give me a shower cause I my self needed to pump the gallons. Idk if that’s an actual rule or the lady was just having a bad day.

I also stop there going to be Portland or to NW Washington. I really dont pay any attention to attitudes just service. The service is great and for Everytime Ive been there over my many driving years I cant complain. My only request on the pasteries is the bread pudding loss. Cant find it at any of the local truck plazas around there anymore. ....Why???? It was awesome.

I dont shop here anymore. 95 percent of the times i got gas i never got the full tank i needed n the attendent doesnt bother to check to see if it was full. I got maybe a quarter tank. If the nozel clicks ready or not were done!!

Holy cow gas was 40 cents cheaper than anywhere else! Also they dont do self service, someone pumps your gas and cleans your window. Great sercice and great price.

A just built addition, off hwy, modern style,large doughnuts,merge on and off hwy a visible distance.

The sign on the highway says $2.78 for diesel. The nice man filled both of my tanks and gave me the receipt and it said that I just paid $3.12 because big trucks get a break on taxes. Yeah I should have looked at the price on the pump. I know. Lesson learned.

I recently moved to Hermiston and went to Space Age on my way home from the Army Depot for gas for the first time. Everything was going smoothly until the end when the attendant began to top of my gas. I immediately asked him to stop. He turned around, looked directly at me and said in a condescending tone said, I am rounding it off! He then proceeded to continue topping it off before I could even respond. We will not be returning to Space Age after this rude, inappropriate encounter.

Don’t believe the diesel price out on the sign at the highway. That is the price before tax. Lady at yhe couter refused to ring up fuel separately from food. Pain in the &@“&

Cheat you on cigarette prices. They dont honor sales even the ones printed on packaging they just ring up a non-sales pack. Otherwise the A&W is pretty good and its clean. Just dont buy your smokes here.

Unique. Giant donuts are light, fluffy,and delicious. Sraff is warm and very helpful. Bahrooms are clean and nice. We make an effort to stop by. .

I have always liked stopping here. My company no longer buys fuel here but I have continued to stop and spend money here over the last few years. The people inside have always been nice and its clean. However this morning I went to grab a shower and was told there were no clean showers. Ok I said Ill wait. She then told me she doesnt clean showers and Ill have to come back in about 2 hours when the next girl comes in. There were 3 people behind the counter. The lady who was at the register and 2 guys in the back corner talking. I am very disapointed.
