We went to the furniture store to purchase new living room furniture. The gentleman was very personable and answered all our questions. The problems comes with the furniture coming in and the delivery of the furniture. We weRe never notified that it came in until I called about to. We were advised that he uses a third party vendor to deliver. He forgot to mention that this vendor only does it randomly and that we would have to wait for him. I set up arrangements to have my furniture picked up only to find that it comes in a box so nothing was ever inspected upon arrival at the store. We paid in full and just feel like they got our kk day and then didn’t score after that. I am still waiting for a recliner to come in and am hoping that I don’t have to wait months for that. I would never recommend or go back there again.

Great stores and local owners who want to earn your business. I recommend speedy furniture to all my friends and family. The concept makes sense and the prices reflect. No greedy salespeople fighting for a commission check like giant stores but yet the same or better selection with way better prices. And much faster delivery times

If you asked me during my shopping experience I would have given them 5 stars. Now just over a year later I’m stuck with ruined furniture. I bought the extra insurance, processed one claim with no issue and was happy. One side of the couch cushions were replaced and then wear and tear happened on the opposite cushion. No issues with our loveseat cushions just this one couch. I placed a claim in August 2017...it was supposed to take 10-12 weeks for replacement to get in. Months later I call, they apologize they’re under new management they’ll reorder the part. Here I am nearly a year after the claim and they under new management AGAIN! Now they have no record of anyone ever ordering parts in 10 months and my insurance is no longer valid through the new management. I can get my $119 for extended insurance back and am stuck with holes in my cushion. Complete incompetence!!! Stay FAR FAR AWAY! I will be forwarding everyone!!

Very nice selection to choose from. Prices were reasonably affordable. Service was great and thourgh. Ill go back when I have a need.

Great store! The manager handles all of the sales personally and made the entire experience very simple. Because of this, the prices are better. I definitely recommend this place!

My wife and I shopped at multiple places for furniture but no one took care of us the way Jim and team at Speedy did. Our order arrived at his store in 3 days! We ordered from another store and its been 6 weeks and our items still havent arrived! Its called Speedy Furniture for a reason! We will def. be ordering from them in the future!

The owner is down right RUDE! Never acknowledges me with a friendly greeting when I walk in. Just ignores me. Not a nice guy! I dont know how they stay open! I will NEVER shop there again!

Terrible experience.Once you bought the furniture no support from store manager and staff.You are pretty much on your own.And yeah if you had any faulty furniture piece, forget about the replacement as they will never get back to you !!

Dont buy anything from any of the stores. I have been trying to get my furniture repaired for 3 months now and you get no reponse back. I have emailed and called multiple times no one ever gets back to you or if you do get someone they always say they will call you back tomorrow but guess what no call back. I only had my couch for a year til the spring broke.

Cant buy furniture on the showroom have to order it all super inconvenient if you want to buy that day

Not impressed with the way they display in store pricing. Very misleading for customers. Furniture was cheaply made.
