This is my least favorite pharmacy. I need to see the people Im dealing with at the drive through

Clerks were very helpful. Pharmacist, Mary came over to help. She was very patient, kind and knowledgable.

They have some of the best pharmacists Ive ever dealt with.

Everytime Ive had a prescription called in for my oldest daughter they tell me it needs a pre authorization. When i have the exact sake prescription sent to another pharmacy theres never an issue. Both my daughters have the same insurance doctor etc. The one never has a problem even when its the same prescription. Theyve put something into her information incorrectly and now i have to run around to different pharmacies instead of being able to shop and get my prescription at the same place. The whole point in walmart pharmacy is convince this place is far from. Slow rude and not doing things correctly. They desperately need to take a look at the staff and fix the problems.

My prescription was called in at 4:30. I called at 6:30 to see if it was ready to be picked up. The woman said it would be at least another 35 minutes because they were running behind. This is perfectly fine. I understand them running behind because there are how many other freaking people out there that need prescriptions filled. But what she ended up saying next just ticked me off to no end. I have been in constant pain since January and I dont feel like dealing with other people s*** ! I had some family shopping at Walmart. They checked on my prescription before they left the store and the lady tried telling them that she told me on the phone that it would be at least another hour and it probably wouldnt be done today. I dont appreciate them making up lies to make me look like Im a freaking idiot. I will never have my prescriptions filled there ever again. Apparently that woman cant take responsibility for her own mistakes and just wants other people to look bad instead. I am constantly reminded of why I hate people.

Clerks are knowledgeable and polite, but I dont go there any more because their space in the store isnt sufficient to handle crowds. Especially on weekends, who has 20 minutes to stand in a single-file line for a pickup or dropoff - or both?

I called Wal Mart corporate over this pharmacy. Absolutely Horrible!!!!! The Worst!!! Especially the drive-thru. They have no clue how to run things. Messed up my prescription royally 2X. This has happened twice now where it took almost 40 minutes out of my day to pick up my prescription.

Always slow and backed up. Never have my meds in stock. Drive thru? Good luck.

Prescription called in 7 days ago, I called 3 hours ago and they were working on it. I get there and still not ready.

Ive had to call numerous times and they never seem to have the right information told me my daughters birthday was wrong when infact they dont know. Anytime I ask them a question they never have the right information I call the doctors office and they said yes we did that and its Walmart not actually relaying the correct information. I will no longer be using this pharmacy after I get my month old daughters prescription.

Old Lady was rude and it’s never ready when u get there

They shouldn’t even have a drive through. It’s a complete waste of time. The last few prescriptions I’ve had to go in and was treated like they hate my money. Taking my business elsewhere

Not as efficient as Walgreens

Always out of stock of the stuff we need. Extremely rude and unprofessional!
