I made the decision to stop taking my prescribed pain medication in 2016. I battle MS and also have multiple herniated discs. Pain management started prescribing me Vicoden in 2003. By 2016 I was taking 8 tramadol and 4 Vicoden a day. In addition to pain medication,Ive had spinal blocks, epidurals, radio frequency abrasion, physical therapy, and deep tissue massages. I used to order online and ship to my home... until I found PA Botanicals! The staff is awesome, the prices are great and they offer a wide selection of products that you would be hard pressed to find elsewhere (albeit, in one place). Always fresh and “In-Stock.” Cash only so be sure to stop beforehand and save yourself some time. I normally stop at Country Fair across the street and use the PNC ATM, very convenient.

Been ordering from them for a little over a year because they seem to be the less expensive option... Well, obviously there is a reason they are cheaper as Ive recieved multiple contaminated or ineffective orders. Not worth the risk anymore, so I will be switching back to Kats Botanicals as they have never disappointed.

Their quality is good. Their customer service is usually really good too, but dealing with Ruth last year made me switch vendors. I tried purchasing, but their processor was down. It declined my card, but the money was still taken out of my account, and it was in pa botanicals hands. Ruth argued with me for two days about it. I showed her photos and proof that they had taken my money. She just insisted I work it out with my bank. Finally after two days, she finally realized that the charge wasn’t pending and wouldn’t “fall off”, so she much to her dismay, gave me a credit in my account. I used the credit and have ordered one other time. Just a big pain dealing with her.

Love the place but not sure why they close earlier than they say they are open too. Says open to 6 yet closed at 5:40.

I’d give them zero stars if I could. First of all I’ve ordered from them several times and every single time it’s been weeks before an order ships, not days WEEKS. I thought this would improve over time, but my most recent order was placed on August 30th, (they require your direct bank account information) the funds had been withdrawn from my account within 48 hours after purchase and I get an email stating it would be “possibly” 10 days before “processing” would happen. I was told via email they might ship sooner if I wanted to send them a copy of my banking statement?? Are you KIDDING ME? Not only would I not trust any business with this info but certainly not be sending my banking info via internet. I told them to forget my order and refund me, to which they never responded. NOW It’s Sep 10th and I just got an email saying my order had shipped?? Any business that requires 2 weeks processing and bank statements for customers who spend $30 is clearly desperate for cash flow. Probably don’t have inventory until orders are placed which is why it takes them 2 to 3 weeks to get orders out the door and doesn’t provide refunds. I’ve been in business long enough to know the signs of a poor desperate business and they will never receive another bank account number from me. BUYER BEWARE STAY AWAY.

I had heard about PA Botanicals within the Kratom Community but actually found them in a local shop that carried them in Hyannis. Fantastic product. I decided to look into purchasing capsules when I got home and I’m so glad I did. The price is great too. Now let’s talk about service. I’ve noticed several reviews from people who were talking about the wait/ship time. Don’t use an e check or link your bank account if you need the product. It specifically states during payment what the wait times will be. This is how banks and businesses work, guys. It takes time to process on both ends, NOT counting weekends. Then, it takes time to process your order, package and ship it. Then it takes time to be shipped to you. If you want to avoid it, simple. Use Zelle. I downloaded the app (which is a secure cash payment system) and sent the money directly from my debit card to the store. Within 40 minutes, they had confirmed my order. And within another 2 hours, I was notified that USPS would be shipping it. So, they DO ship orders timely. But if you don’t want to wait, send your payment a different way. It’s pretty simple.
