The rented oxygen concentrator died early in the morning. I called Vantage and they put one of their on call guys on it. He had one delivered and running for me in a timely manner. Same with oxygen bottles, you call them and tell them you got an empty and they set a day to come replace them for ya. Very professional and easy to work with.

I recently went into a cluster headaches cycle and was in dire need for oxygen. Vantage was a godsend to me.Special thanks to Jeremy, Dave and Trisha. I even recieved same day oxygen they told me they would see what they can do and sure enough an hour later I had my 02!! Keep up the great work that you Do! I would absolutely recommend Vantage to family and friends.

Thet were wonderful..arrived right after I got home from hospital. He set everything up and explained to to me. The next week I need a D tank to go to doctor Charles delivered it the next day set the portable tank up for me. He was very nice an efficient. Highly recommend him.

I struggled terribly when first starting on my CPAP.Thank God for JoAnn! She has guided me through all my issues and made my sleep therapy a walk in the park! She is very knowledgeable, kind, and I just really wouldn’t of made it through my first three months without her! Kudos to her and Tricia! This place has the most rudest staff. This woman Trisha was the most ignorant person person I have ever spoken with in my life. Absolutely NO reason anybody should talk to people like that. I hope no one uses them.

Joanne figured out my mask issues by switching me from a AirTouch N20 to a AirTouch F20. For nine days I was really struggling and she was patient with me when I called her several times during those 9 days (I was pretty discouraged and frustrated and felt like a failure). I got my first wonderful sleep the night of 11/05/20 using my F20 mask; pretty exciting. She figured it out!!!!She is a real asset to my local Vantage Home Medical Equipment and I hope she works there for years to come.

I did not have any good experiences with this company for the last 6 months trying to get my equipment. Today, Joanne from Hermitage called to let me know that they had it ready finally. Joanne is a bright spot for this company. She knows her business and is very knowledgeable and friendly.

What a joke. Trying to charge me for services not rendered. And manager was suppose to call me back with a further investigation and never did. Guess i will look into my options. Cause i have never done business with these people and never will. And they waited 11 months to submit an insurance claim.

I went looking for a lift chair and Patricia the lady that sits behind a desk is an awesome person she gave me the lift chair for a reasonable price you sold it to me it was a display model she was very professional delivery everything I got it that day so I want to give Tricia Patricia five stars because she’s an awesome employee and she needs she should get a raise for that she really should

Very friendly, helpful & knowledgeable!

I live on a fixed income and due to husbands health he was forced to take an early retirement and because of this I lost my insurance so I had to search out insurance. I spoke with an assistant at Vantage about supplies for my CPAP and the assistant told me how much financial responsibility was and I told her I couldnt come up with that kind of money so today I get a package in the mail from Vantage which included three pks of filters for my CPAP machine at no cost. I am so greatful for their concern for my health and helping me out with supplies at no cost. Thank you Vantage!
