The staff is friendly and will try to work with you to find what you need. This is a PPG paint store so the cost of the paint will be up there. But even their value line of paints are of great quality.

One of those places where employees/service makes the difference. Prices are very competitive, staff is amazingly helpful and super nice. Simply best in the area. I am so happy to have this place in Herndon.

Just got off the phone with whoever answered the call. The person was very antagonistic, the opposite of what a salesman should be like; every time I asked a question his reply was: I dont know, you tell me. Couldnt get anywhere with his negative approach, so after several attempts I thanked him for his help and moved on looking for another place, had no option.

I got some scratches on the trunk and went to this store. Mike, took his time to listen carefully, give me options on the products, and explain how to use them. This was my first time ever to polish a car and I didnt have a machine but I got the result that I wanted by hand! The product was professional, worked very well, and it was the right one for my job. Thanks a lot. I highly recommend this store and their professional advice.

Absolutely worthless as an automotive paint store. This was a great store until they were bought by BAPS. Now they cant do anything for you unless you walk in and say you want a gallon of PPG paint in this code.

I had a great experience Sharon went above and beyond to help me get the right paint and make sure I understand how to use it. It’s refreshing to run into friendly, helpful, and willing people :) I recommend this place they are honest.
