Contacted them online and they responded quickly. Made an appointment with them at their Herndon location for 11:30 am. Arrived about 10 minutes early and contacted them on the number provided. Person answering the phone said that he would contact the representative and get back to me shortly. Waited for awhile in the car and finally got a call from someone telling me that Kaitlin was wrapping things up with another customer and would be with me as soon as she could. Waiting for about 30 more minutes (1 hour total) and Kaitlin came down the sidewalk and introduced herself to me. Very friendly and professional. The process was reasonable. We had a special title issue that complicated the transaction, but it was handled well. From a price perspective, they paid what their internet estimate was, less a small allowance for a damaged panel that I was not aware of. The only real negative is beware that they insist on a processing fee that is not disclosed on-line and is a surprise to the seller.

I admit I was skeptical given the ads on the radio and my situation. I’d inherited a rusty Toyota pickup that didn’t pass inspection.It still had some value I thought and I could definitely use the cash to make a down payment on something else.I’d been on KBB and other pricing services and knew the wholesale price for a good condition was about $8000. But mine had significant rust in truck bed and frame — major rust underneath.I was hoping for $6k, would’ve easily sold for $4k and assumed with my luck I’d get $3k.My agent, Tony, carefully went over the truck really considering every detail.
