Second time buying from Infinity Appliance and I LOVE it. Very honest and reliable company, all of their products are tested and very clean. When you buy you automatically get a 90 day warranty and if anything happens to your purchased product within those 90 days they will send someone out to fix it! My first purchase I bought a washer and dryer set and I’ve had it for over a year and it still works amazing like when I first bought it. This time I bought a refrigerator and it’s very clean and was exactly what I needed! They are very understanding and they will reasonably negotiate, and they also deliver and will install your product. Love infinity appliance!

I purchased a refrigerator for $1000 and after a month and a half it stopped cooling. They came and replaced the part but a month later it stopped cooling again and now they’re saying it’s not covered by the warranty, and want me to pay for them to fix it again. The owner’s neighbor referred me so I thought it was reliable, but it’s a horrible experience. I just want my money back but of course there’s no refunds.

DO NOT CALL OR USE!!!!. I gave them 1 star but it should be zero. I explained to the receptionist my freezer was beeping ant and not freezing properly. I again explained to the technician when he snowed up that it wasnt freezing and the beeping noise. He obviously could hear the beeping and after working on it he told me he fixed the problem. After about 3 or 4 hours the temperature climbed slightly and the beeping had returned. I spoke with them and was told SOMETIMES customers call about one thing but it ends up being something else? I know nothing about freezers and this is why I called them. Wee I was told I would get a call back and they are ghosting me now. It has been my experience that either their technician is inexperienced or they are just plain ruthless and after they got their money they are done with the problem. If you want to avoid loosing your money do not call or use.

The repair-man arrived in good time, performed the repair, charged me a reasonable fee then moved on. Very friendly and professional. I actually paid with my card on the phone through Infinitys main office. That was very helpful to me.If I dont have to call for another repair in three years, Ill really be satisfied. Time will tell.

I bought my refrigerator almost a year ago & it still works as new. And when my dryer stopped, they came next morning and fixed it with very competitive price. ( I bought dryer from other store)Their staffs were very friendly and responded quickly.I definitely recommend Infinity Appliance to everyone 😊

I highly recommend Infinity Appliance repair, I made a phone call to have my dryer fixed Tuesday evening and they sent someone out the next day. Franck was great and very knowledgeable. He gave me great advise on how to maintain the lint from flying all my laundry room too. He worked extremely fast and had a diagnosis for me within 10 minutes of opening my dryer. The thermostat was damaged and that caused the dryer to not heat up. He replaced the piece, cleaned up all the lint underneath the dryer in less than an hour. I’m so glad I called this place!

I had a service call done by tech Ismael, he was very honest and professional in explaining my options with my refrigerator.. I had a few days to think about it . I phoned in on Saturday and he called me back and came in on Sunday to repair it,,, I had been out of a refrigerator for a week . With 6 kids in the home can you imagine that .. so thankful for his service. . I recommend this business anytime and will be a returning customer for sure ..

Ismael got straight to work on my whirlpool dryer, it was no longer heating. The coils needed to be replaced and he had the parts ready to go. He also cleaned the dryer, it had lots of miscellaneous small items and a blanket of lint. Ismael was very professional and knowledgeable, he let me know my dryer is in good running condition. I appreciate his honesty, and how quickly he fixed the problem. There is a $30 diagnostic fee and it would go towards the charge to fix the dryer. Total was $90. I will definitely call Infinity Appliance again. Thank you.

Oh I love this place. I purchased a washer, and made a payment on a stove that Im purchasing. All of their appliances are reasonably priced, very clean, and you can tell they are good quality. Im so thankful to have found Infinity! After going thru 2 other reputable repair companys- one telling me he couldnt come up my dirt road! Seriously, 1/2 of the desert is dirt roads! Who does that! The other said they would be here by 10:30am, didnt show, didnt call and left me hanging all day!! Infinity and Ismeal informed me he was on his way, came when they said they would. He was polite and professional, knowledgeable, quick and informative. I am very happy and thankful but especially that they service on Saturdays. I will definitely be referring others to them.

Booked about a week ahead of time. Took a while to show up on repair date I thought Id be like first in line when booking so far out. Missed the 8-11 window but showed up at 12:00 PM, thats okay though. Quickly diagnosed problem and repaired. Took maybe 15 - 20 minutes and he was done.

I called friday morning and got a same day appointment. They were on time and honest about the repair that needed to be done... he was in and out in 30 minutes. I will recommend them to all my friends.I was nervous since I had never needed any repair on any appliances before. I was expecting it to cost around $200 From research I had done. And was completely relieved when he only charged me $60. Went better than I had expected. definitely will use them again if the occasion arises.

I would highly recommend Infinity Appliance. The compressor to my refrigerator quit working. Franck came out to look at it. It was bad. A new compressor would be about $400 and would take about 6 days for delivery.Franck recommended a used refrigerator he had in stock. I decided to go with the used fridge. This was about 7pm. Franck drove back to Hesperia picked up the fridge and brought it back to Barstow where I live. He removed the old and installed the used one.He also gave me a 60 day warranty. His service was above and beyond. It was around 10pm when he was done. Franck was very friendly and courteous. He could have waited until the next day to bring the replacement fridge. By him going ( after hours ) to Hesperia and bringing back the replacement our food was saved.

Scheduled for a repair they gave me window of 3 to 6 called them at 5:30 because they still werent here and was told it would be another 45 minutes to an hour until the tech showed up.Could they have called?Needless to sayThey arent getting my business

First he tried to over charge me for looking at a washing machine that only needed the hose tightened. The company told me 30 he said 40. I paid even tho I didn’t end up using this one I had him fix the original washing machine since he said it would cost less to fix then quoted by a previous company. After he fixed it, it was still leaking so he said I had a different issue and it’ll cost 25 more. He kept “finding” more issues to fix that costs more that he can do for cheap “between me and him”. 🙄 very unprofessional, money hungry, and won’t be using again.
