Everything was on sale. i bought a candle that was originally $32 marked down to $7 I got yarn for $1.86 on sale when it usually cost $6

Always very friendly when I visit. I was very happy to see that they had a diverse selection of fabrics for Pride month as well. But every month they have something special.I would put a fifth stare if there was a larger variety of children’s crafts and remnants.

First time visiting this store! I was completely overwhelmed by the row after row of supplies available to crafters. I was looking for two zippers, and there were hundreds to choose from. I asked a very helpful staffer for assistance. She was very friendly and knowledgeable. She even disclosed to me Jo Ann’s policy of accepting Hobby Lobby coupons. Hobby Lobby had a 40% off on their website and the Jo Ann app had a 40% off. Good place!

I like knowing theyre there for when I need to go cause they have what I need where other stores dont have what I may be wanting...pricey but some items are reasonable...enjoy

Great sales on Christmas items. Got a door mat for $7.99. They always have coupons available online too. So I got a 3 pc set of Wilton spatulas regular $12.99 for $6.79.

Overpriced in my book. But the big name department stores dont always carry what I need.

Clean store, nice, helpful employees and store is getting product back in stock! Dont go back to long wait lines to get in the store. We need our businesses open, operating safely but efficiently without hour and more wait times to get into store on weekends. We need our people working so they can support themselves and their families.

Very nice! There was more than one employee and they were very helpful and nice!

Was not pleased with the customer service at this location. Sale items were not ringing up at register and cashier did not bother to check.The signage in her own store. I took the time to point out from the register the signage and she still didnt update the items. Needless to say I did not purchase the items that was ringing up incorrectly.

The items there are very good and are very well crafted and the things are made perfectly.

Fast and easy to find the things I went fot

Great store and I can generally find everything I need...surprisingly they have no tatting needles or shuttles.

Went to Joanns customer service was good and the were doing all covid protical of onky so many in the store. Not that long of a wait but inside the store was messy and not very organized. Items on the wrong spot. Hard to find what I was looking for and some of the items I wanted were not even in stock. Although customer service was there at the register no one was on the floor helping locate anything.

My wife makes greeting cards as a crafting hobby and along with stamps and dies paper supplies Joann fabrics always carries the largest assortment of card making magazines which is always great value and plenty of valuable discount coupons on the phone app.if you are going to craft anyways you might as well save money while youre are doing it.

Although customer service is top notch please watch on line prices and in store prices, seems they charge higher prices in the store compared to their online.

Manager Jesse was rude for no reason, she felt the need to tell me something for not standing behind a marked line when another gentleman was as I was but decided to only tell me something completely uncalled for. When I asked her if I can pick up my material she ignored me. The other employees are usually nice here but my most recent experience was unwelcoming.

This is the first time I ever had. Reason to go to this store. I was meeting my seamstress to figure out material for a garment. It was the last hour of the store being open and she was running late. By the time she got there it was 10 till closing. We ended up being there until after the store closed but the ladies werent rude. They remained helpful even though we were taking too long and ultimately because they helped explain coupons and discounts to us I purchased fabric here instead of taking swatches to LA to look for something comparable. Thank you for all your help!

Why is your fabric so high

It was a great experience. I decided for the 1st time to re upholster my dinning chairs. Everything I needed was there, at the store, available for me to purchase.

Do not like having to figure out the coupons for each item I am interested in, having to sort the over lapping dates an then figure out if it has a sale price already. That means that the coupon is not valid. I only shop here if I have to. Limited resources in our area! I always go to Hobby Lobby first. Fabric quality is also much better at Hobby Lobby.

They were a little lite on stock ( totally understandable 2 weeks post shut down), but the helpfulness and efficiency pushed them up a full star. What thoughtful people!!It is worth the drive to avoid Michaels hell or Hobby Lobby bigotry.❤️❣️

Still missing stock, aida cloth and embroidery floss

I had received the sale add in the mail. The curbside ordering didnt work for anything of use. Online didnt have the sales the store had. I went to the store and only found the clearance yarn to be the price in the circular. The material sale was a joke. Mostly high priced material that is still high priced. They only had one person cutting material. She was very rude and let the customer at the counter look around and keep bringing materials to get cut. After 20 minutes I left. I will shop at the Ridgecrest store next time.

I popped in to pick up some old fashioned wooded crates. Wow, this store has tons of fabric and even though its not something Im into (crafting, sewing, etc.) its still fascinating to see all the different types and designs. A quick look around the well organized isles told me if I was into sewing this is the place. From simple sewing needles to those fancy machines one sees embroidering designs on jackets at the County Fairs Id say this place has a lot. The crates? Worked out nice. Took them home and aged them to look great and they have been holding up nice. Good and strong. Good price. Ill be back for more.

Customers are not told to put on masks because workers are wearing NET masks. Entirely inconsiderate of public health safety. As a company that benefitted so much from cotton fabric for DIY masks, you’d think they’d be safe. Disgusting.

I give it four stars because the people that work there are the most helpful and courteous folks. They stopped carrying sewing machines, and that has been the main reason that I go there, for supplies for my machine, and for sewing supplies. I was a bit disappointed with the selection the last time I was there a couple of weeks ago. I know they are struggling, like everyone, due to COVID requirements.

I have been coming to this location since it opened. The prices are always good, but today I found it exceptionally customer service oriented when the cashier noticed I was having issues downloading their coupons, and the she graciously applied competitors coupons to my purchase. Highly recommend this location.

Staff is courteous and friendly and I enjoy shopping here. However the last 3 order on line pick up in store orders that Ive had ended up being partial orders. I drive 45 minutes to get to this store so its pretty frustrating.

They take competitors coupons! Thats amazing! Plus the lady cutting my fabric was awesome! I was the only person actually waiting to get my fabric cut and she called numbers efficiently and went a little faster with the numbers to try and help me as soon as possible but without skipping any numbers. I found good deals but I still miss the old Joann store when it was located at Old Victorville.

I get its a crazy time out here. But thats no excuse for rude employees. The lady that was cutting fabric with red hair and a easter egg apron was rude. I came with my mom and i understand she didnt want me standing next to her but the way she went about it was super rude. And then after was giving attitude and throwing her scissors around like really. Very childish. And when i went to check out the older lady with blond hair didnt give tell me my price for all the stuff i got so i asked and she just looked at me a rudely told me my price.
