So glad there is another Bath & Body Works other than in the mall! We went during the semi-annual sale and it was a lot of fun. Holiday 3-wick candles were only 10.50 and a lot of other items were marked down quite a bit. The only thing was, in the mall, they are constantly bugging you to help you and to try new things. Well here, we couldnt get any help. Maybe they were too busy but it just so happened that we really needed help, this time. Thats ok. Still love it!

Would have given 5 stars but Ive shopped here a total of 3 times and some of the staff at this location clearly needs to have customer service training! Thank you, Can I assist you ? clearly for some of their staff is not in their vocabulary. IDK but each time Ive gone I have left shaking my head. I like this location because its more convenient but the staff in the mall store definitely know how to give good customer service. I asked a young lady for assistance and she actually replied what do you want.

Great for soaps and lotions but if you have any sensitivity to smell, be warned, its strong in there!

They are the friendliest Bath and Body works employees Ive had the pleasure of doing business with. This is now my favorite location and will be making future purchases from them.

I placed an order online, it was ready quick and pick-up was super easy. I waited outside maybe two minutes after checking in, got my order, girls were friendly and communicative. Will order to pick up again. 😊

I had an online order (I prefer to go in and get my own stuff but I was in a bad car accident and am in a wheelchair) I put it under my moms name to pick up for me got the email saying my order is ready for pick up I send her out to pick it up when she gets there she says she there for a pick up they send her OUTSIDE in the cold and very windy weather! She thinks maybe there were too many people in the store so when a couple comes out she walks back in and one of your associates tells her she can’t be in the store because she’s an online order! First of all my order wasn’t ready like the email said it’s done when you get there which is complete BS and secondly, DO NOT send someone outside in the cold because she may not have bought something today but we spend ALOT of money at your store and your customers are the reasons why you have a paycheck be more respectful and compassionate because at this point I won’t give your store another dime!

Glad to have this storeWas all out of hand foaming soap. They had a sale on hand soaps, sanitizers and wallflowers. Got 4 foaming hand soaps, 5 gels and 7 wall flowrers. Total $55. So happy. Staff was very helpful and answered questions about products,I havent seen online.

Cold standing outside so only one at a time can enter. Product was nice and sales girl was nice. Why dont you play Christmas music as we wait.

Went here today for a sale. Got there at 5:28pm and was turned away and told they were closed and only doing online pick up orders. Also what is the point of doing online orders only to have customers sitting outside waiting in the cold. The orders are done online to prevent that very purpose. There were only 2 people inside the store. Further more, The new years day hours reads you didnt close until 6pm. Wasted my time driving there.

Wait times are about an hour to two hours to get in right now, but thats only because theyre taking social distancing precautions seriously and only allowing 5 people in the store at a time. As always excellent service!

I LOVE the option to order online then pickup at the store. However, on November 27, 2020, I had to wait almost an hour to pickup my online order. Hopefully, they will fix their pickup system. If they dont, be prepared to wait out in the cold. Oh and dont stand near the GNC store next to it. The GNC employee will come out and complain.

Clean, organized, and wonderful customer service. Long lines, but the merchandise is not disheveled or damaged.

My experience was great at the new location, in Hesperia. The Assistant Manager, Lauren was great. She made my visit worthwhile. I will definitely ditch going to the Victor Valley Mall and head over to this new location.

Excellent variety of fragrances in lotions, sprays and oils. Also hand soaps, disinfectants, room sprays and candles. Love the ability to use the products and wash them off in the sink inside of the store and reapply something else and repeat!!
