Frank was very nice and listen to what we were needing in a bed. It was a great and pleasant experience. We looked and tried a few different styles out but the first ones he showed us was the one we wanted and met all the requirements we asked for. He wanted to show us other ones just so we had other options and didn’t want us to limit us to the first one that he showed us even though it met the requirements we asked. I love the fact that he had the option open for us and then didn’t just give us the one and done, and wasn’t pushy about it either. This is the second time I bought a mattress from mattress firm and if I need to buy a mattress, it’s the only place I go. Thank you Frank keep up the good work :)

Customer service with Josh Gill and the gentleman who worked the night shift the day before( around 6pm )was great. The night shift gentleman explained the process and sold me on the promotion but I was in a hurry and he told me how to do things on line. Josh helped with my selection and questions and got me squared away in labor 20mins.That fastest meaningful purchase I ever made.

We had a great experience at Mattress Firm. Michael Jackson is my kind of salesman. Yes...we bought a mattress from Michael Jackson. He is very knowledgeable. Best of all, he isn’t pushy. Once he figured out what type of sleepers we were he pointed us to the few mattresses that best fit our sleeping habits. During the sale he insisted we price compare and to let him know if we found a better deal. He gave us his personal cell and said to call anytime if we had any questions or concerns.

Sales associate Giovanny Avelar was very helpful he answered all our questions and explained all the options and prices available to us, He did not try to push us in any direction on a certain mattress. He told us what was on sale and all the ways we can save money . We ended up getting the Nectar lush California King mattress with the mattress firm 300 adjustable base. He advised us that if the mattress goes on sell even lower in the near feature just let him know and they will refund the difference. I mean what more can you ask for. Excellent customer service ! Went shopping around for a mattress, this was the first store we looked at & fell in love with a Serta Hybrid mattress. We were a little skeptical due to our budget, so we went to 4 other stores to look around. However, we couldn’t find any other mattress that convinced us or ayote with the same quality of customer service that we found at Mattress Firm. They even offered us a better deal to try & work with our budget & scheduled a delivery for our mattress within two days of our purchase. Not to mention, their patience & kindness to our kids, shopping with little ones is never easy. My husband & I are very happy customers & would definitely recommend our family & friends to shop here. We came in and I told him about a competitors mattress that I really liked. He looked the bed up to find out how it was constructed then told me which bed to try first. Derek gave my husband and I exceptional service, I do have a condition where I can’t wear a mask and he was very professional about letting me know we should have one on and accepted me with my condition as my husband wore a mask in respect of the rules of the store. Really knowledgeable staff, considerate of your sleep needs. Derick was a great help in getting the perfect mattress for my girlfriend and I. We came straight over from sleep number and compared the two. Mattress firm had better labor day sales. 0% financing over six years, you cant beat that. Plus about 30% off the total purchase. This blew away sleep numbers deals, and we received more options on the electric base (3 different massage settings plus lumbar lift). We would have paid over 12k at sleep number for the same options. We ended up paying half that at mattress firm at $80 a month. The monthly payment at sleep number was $220. Big difference. Go to mattress firm!

Bought a purple 2 bed and an adjustable mattress base, brought me the wrong bed and base with no legs, (warehouse fault) came back a week later to bring the correct bed and legs to my base and forgot the legs again. Cancelled my order, but still had to pay for the base. (Eventually was given the legs from a display in the store) the employees were nice and helpful, but warehouse needs work.

We were welcomed warmly we were shown various Styles and models and we found we had a nice selection and so after we selected our mattress we were still treated cordially and we would certainly go back I would do business with this firm again and or recommend it to our friends and family.
