They are very respectful and super reliable and helpful had some thing’s stuck in my jet ski impeller they got it out and fixed my ski in 30min for a wonderful price will consider them again 100%

FABULOUS BOAT REPAIR! Mack Marine was able to squeeze our boat repair in prior to a birthday weekend celebration at the lake. He was able to track the problem down, and the boat ran fabulous! We will definitely be returning for future boating repairs and services.

Took my boat down to Mack marine to get the engine hatch looked at. diagnosed the problem and had me in and out of there in an hour. Very educated, knows his boats and was willing to go the extra mile to make sure I understood what was going on in case something similar happens again so I can fix it myself. Wow, first of all customer service is great! I had a problem with my 2003 Kawasaki stx 12f. My buddy and I didnt flip it but sunk half of it at silverwood lake like dummies. We quickly got it towed back without running it. I called mack and he let me know that he was backed up.... we talked for a minute and he made room for me. He had my ski ready to run the next day! Mack is an honest guy, straight forward and fair. If you need a service or any repairs up in the high desert look no further than Mack Marine. They will take care of YOU!

I took my boat and my Seadoo to Mack Marines after I was screwed because jet ski Bob did not complete the services he said he would do. My boat was sitting up for 6 years and had not been serviced. He gave me a great price for both the sea doo and the boat and he did the job at the last minute. when I took them to the lake both ran great. My Seadoo and boat had no problems. He gave me a very reasonable price And went above and beyond to make sure my boat ran great. I am a real person Zina. This place also has great customer service.

Needed help putting my Honda jetski on a double trailer..First thing in the morning yesterday. On vacation to Laughlin emergency. Mack helped me make the transfer.We got on our way.
