Art the manager was very friendly & helpful in servicing my vehicles. My service was quick & done very thorough & professionally!

I have been coming here for years and I absolutely love this Jiffy Lube! The staff is amazing and they always help out and do an amazing job!!

I was very disappointed with a new service technician. I always use this jiffylube and the Manager Arturo is great. But on this occasion the new guy rushed everything. They have a checklist they are supposed to perform and he did nothing on that list and said declined on my paperwork which I never declined. It was 1.5 hours before closing and there was no one else there waiting in line. No excuse for him to rush. And not perform his duties.

I had my spark plugs changed and was treated has royalty. The price was worked out to MY LIKING and the service was done far before I expected it to be. Art is the man and if you dont have time to waste Manny is the mechanic you want getting work the done. These two men made my visit a walk in the park and I got to keep majority of my money in the process 💯 thanks to Art the manager I saved $195.65 and thats second to the Customer service I received from both Art and Manny

The gentlemen let me know the time frame it would be until they could do my oil change. They were right on the dot. Very professional and helped me out with explaining how to get the envelope off my dash that let me lnow i needed an oil change. Would recommend them 100% and will continue to return for future issues with my car

Havent tried the oil service but brought our cars to the car wash area, everything was clean, the brushes and wand sprayers worked well, quality soap and wax, used the blower system to dry the car, thats a great feature, the vacuum area was clean and worked really well. Everything readily available from window wipes to interior wipes by the token machine. The oil.change service seemed busy so must be doing something right. Highly recommend this self car wash, there is a automatic wash as well but was not open when we visited.

I love this place. I went in for an oil change and was in and out of there fast. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They explained everything, including the price before they started. A few days later I went back just to get air in my tires. They checked the psi, filled the tires and sent me on my way. Excellent staff.

While I was reviewing oil options the gentleman working on the cash register mentioned my truck takes 7 courts. While pondering oil types I said, aloud, in my thought process my truck only has 10,000 miles. The gentleman said I dont see how that has anything to do with the fact that your truck takes 7 qts. I was considering oil types (which is here asked me about). In any context it was rude and Ill not be back.I have a no interest in emailing you, they guy who greeted me out front was friendly and the guy who helped me pull out was very nice. So, I gave a fair 3*.

Didnt go to jiffy lube, went to the beautiful self service carwash. The carwash is great, has all the amenities plus a blow dry feature to get the water out of cracks. The place has really been brought back to a quality place enjoy washing. I have met few people who do up keep and even better people. I cant stress enough to support the places providing or attempting too great place to do business with equal to better people. Thank you and always enjoyable to use nice things that work.Oh side note, love the tokens over putting individual pain in butt quarters in. Awesome

Went in for an oil and spark plug change, 425 dollars later i ended up with a brand new oil leak that i didnt have when i dropped my car off and starting issues. Will NEVER be using jiffy lube again!

The jiffy lube I went to in hesperia on main street was a bad experience. The details are irrelevant. But the one in victorville on bear valley road was tremendously on a higher level. They were very accommodating. Friendly and much more professional. That is the one Ill be going to from now on. A shout out to Alyssa and John for making me feel like an MVP.

They take care of my vehicle oil change every time you could even get oil change for $21 its used oil thats been cleaned out nothing wrong with it just filtered out and whatever they do to it to make it like new again and then you can always add Lucas oil treatment to it to make it even better oil alone its not enough adding Lucas oil treatment helps

They use recycled oil and service is substandard.

I have been there a few times and they do a great job 👏. I have had the oil 🛢 change and fuel injectors cleaner done and they did a great job and the price was good 👍. The workers arent very friendly but they get to the point and do job 👍.

My experience was really bad, the chunky guy that works there broke my dads dipstick on his mini van and told me to replace it and gave me an outrageous price for a $9 dip stick and over charged me for an oil change ...

You drive into the service bay and sit in your car while the employees change your oil and filter, check your tires and other things. You drive out. Perfect. Half an hour and youre done and on your way!

This place is always courteous proficient and do what I want to have done my town. Do the windows they dont do. If you go down there when theyre busy youre going to have to wait theres a reason

They guys do as I ask them and I trust them. Some things are not cheap but but they will do it and its no mess for me. Better if you have them do two things at once. He will give you a discount on one of he can.

I had originally booked an appointment with a nearby brake shop, but they failed to let me know they were closed that day. Went up the road to Jiffy Lube. Went for new brake drums and pads. After inspection, manager let me know they were fine. He could have gouged me for $700+, but as always these people are honest and helpful. Highly recommend.

Did a complete service of my car.

Too expensive for me. They say 21.99 but thats not for these new cars. And my car isnt luxury its a Nissan Sentra and I paid way too much for an oil change.

They stripped the drain plug to the oil pan and When I took my car back to let them know they said they didn’t do it but they were the last ones that did my oil change.

Wow... The honestly these guys have is amazing. Came into get a oil change before I headed out of state. And these guys told me it was unnecessary and showed me the oil and STILL TOPPED OFF MY windshield wash FLUID with no charge. Again wow

As soon as I pulled up they took my car back without even going over anything, had the hood up and everything.....then we discuss pricing told me I have to have full synthetic which is accurate, but I have a Mitsubishi Mirage that is a 3 cyclinder car that takes approx. 3 quarts they wanted $90 are you freaking kidding me, then they tell me $25 for a damn tire rotation, I said forget it take my car out the counter guy comes out tells the technician no service my car has been running like crap ever since who knows what they were doing to my car back there, anyways Ill never be back left with very uncomfortable feeling and the pricing is straight up gouging

I arrived at 5:17. At 5:53 I was told that the oil my car needed was at least $100.00 and that it is “special oil”. As that was not in my price range because my normal oil place charges $40.00, I declined the services. Maybe it’s because I came after 5pm and they wanted to go home right at 6? Or could it be because I’m a pregnant woman? I don’t know. Will not go back, thank you very much.

They provided great customer service and the employees went out of their way to make sure that I received the best services at the best prices. The manager Jesus was extremely helpful in making sure that I knew what services my car needs and how to make sure I get them fixed.

I feel ripped off. Told me manufacturer recommends synthic oil and I paid for it just to have my machanic tell me they lied. I went to my machanic because they tried to sell me two air filters for $70 + my machanic informed me o’rielys only charged approx. $10 bucks for both. But I didn’t need them. I don’t have enough nastiness in me to tell you what I really want to say. Total rip offs

Terrible service, telling me I need to have synthetic oil because its required in my car. My car never has had synthetic even from the dealership. Asked for high mileage 10w30 they want to charge double regular rate just for saying high mileage. Please. Then to over hear how he wanted to screw over the customer behind me for unneeded service. Stay away from this place zero stars of possible

The worst place to take your car. 1 car in the bay and I waited 30 minutes until I said something. The rude service writer basically told me to get lost. Never take your car here. This is supposed to be a 20 minute oil change.

I will NEVER come back to this Jiffy Lube. I sat there for 40 minutes with only a pull forward and have a seat. They even took other cars before mine and all I wanted was an oil change. Went to Valvoline instead. Skip this location and go up another block to the Valvoline, itll be worth it

These men dont know the slightest thing about cars. They switched my tires saying they needed to be rotated but I literally just had that done a few days before. So I got a POPPED tire on the freeway on my down down the hill. They also decided set my admin key as a mykey in my ford and for those of you who know it restricts quite a few settings so I cant even be comfortable in my own car. Dont trust them they REALLY mess things up.

I have a fleet vehicle, and they will look up the history of your vehicle and take care of you. I forgot a couple of maintenance issues but they took care of it right away.

I give you a one cus you screw up on my Green d Dodge Ram 1500 you left a PhD bar metal under my hood shorted out my gauges cause my oil sending unit to burn out and then you wouldnt replace it and tried to charge me $90 which I fixed myself for free and now I will come back there sorry you lost my business and your overpriced anyway not knowing that I did reviews for Google.

Took 2 hours to get an oil change. There were only two other people there. An hour later a lady came in and somehow got her oil changed before mine. Never coming back again.
