I have to say that Juan the owner not only made it super easy and painless but he got me a car loan that had a payment that fit my budget. He was super helpful. He explained the whole process as we went along and he did everything that he was supposed to do and he kept every promise that he made me. Did a quick stop in back in April, gave the sales rep the criteria of what we ate looking for. He calls in August saying, I just got something in you might like went and checked it out, it was exactly what we were looking for! Drove away with it 3 days later! Just wish they had better options for extended warranty.

To make this short and simple bought a car from juan in January and looking for a lemon law attorney. Juan lied to us about the vehicle having no issues what so ever and two weeks after purchase the vehicle has 8 different issues.

Just a warning this dealer is very shady. They sold a car for us made $5000 on us and did not tell us. The car was driven to vegas and got a ticket without us knowing. After car was sold i asked for paperwork several times and they always gave a excuse. Finally asked about buying a car from them Juan the scam artist came back and said oir credit was not good enough. We went to carmax and bout a $45,000 yukon with no problem. People beware before dealing with Juan the scam artist

Juan tries to give you the best deal possible. He takes pride in what he does. He seems to remember alot of his past clients and treats them like a friend not a paycheck.

Lets face it car buying is stressful. First you start looking and wonder is this a large enough down payment. Second you begin to wonder if your credit score is good enough. And finally the trip to the dealer ships try and up sell you on a whole bunch of bells and whistles, that you dont really want or need but you face because they put you on the spot. Thankfully once I got to this dealership all that changed. The salesman was very attentive. What a great place to buy a car!! My gf just recently bought a Mercedes S-Class here the only dealer in the area with one. They were great at getting us financed with a great deal. Second day the car had a suspension issue so we called up the dealer and they said bring it in. We bring in the car that night and they let us know the next day one of the air springs broke. Suspension was not under warranty only the engine and transmission were covered. Knowing this is still took it in and they honoured the warranty and are fixing the problem as Id the warranty covered. What great customer service!! They clearly are a reliable and honest dealer. I would recommend them to anyone!

Bought a sonoma and with 8n months i bought it clutch went out and check engine turned on with a bunch of codes. Couple months later a friend bought an f-350 in less than 3 months hus turbo and injectors went bad so i really have a bad review from this place😡

I had called and talked to the store down the hill and the guy I talked to on the phone was very nice encouraged me to taking in my car and getting it looked at for a trading for this truck I was looking at. I end up going in and taking in my car, I had looked at the truck, I was going to purchase the same day, for about 15 minutes and nobody has came and checked on me so we had walked inside he had told me it was gonna be a couple minutes its no big deal, We think go back outside lookin truck some more he comes out and finally asked how he can help me while I inform him and that I want looking at this truck and Im wanting to trade in my car for it in whats the process and I was hoping we were gonna go over some prices and payment options and things like that, He had asked if I owed any money on my car I had told him yes he looked at me with disgust on his face he gave me nothing but attitude the whole time made me feel like Im some stupid young girl that I dont know anything about what Im talking about, Which actually I knew more about the truck then it seemed he did which was a surprise to him obviously. So after talking To him for about 10 minutes I just decided to leave because he obviously wasnt trying to sell me the truck Nor wanted to do any kind of business with me I am just very disappointed in the way that he had acted and I was planning on going home with the truck the same day but you had just lost probably about 10 customers that will never ever go back there because of the way that he had treated me. And just for his information Im not some stupid little gitl that he was treating me to be I actually am 23 years old and own my own business so I can afford pretty much anything that is on the lot and for you to just assume that I am no good young little girl that is badd business on your part.

Buying a car is never easy, but Id have to say the worst parts are the salesmen.. When my wife and I visited Executive Image, we were expecting those same profit hungry vultures.(This is usually her favorite part :-) ) This was SOOOO not the case!! We were greeted by Joseph, the owners son. He was pleasant, humorous and well mannered. They showed us a a car that we specifically were looking for, and Joey Indrieri actually suggested several other cars that were in similar build. They really wanted to drive several, just to compare. They even let us test drive one by ourselves!! ( in my 33 years of driving, no salseperson or establishment has EVER let me do that!!) We ended up staying over 3 hrs that evening till closing.He advised us to return the next day, and bring the family. So we did. The kids usually get bored, but the sales staff and clients kept them busy and we very courteous. The staff was so engaging, they even let the kids look into one of the limousines that they had on the lot.Once we decided to purchase, that process was a blur! It went fast! The finance staff was awesome! We almost did not want to leave, it was a great environment. We had a great experience here, and will NEVER go to another auto dealer. This place it a joke. The Hispanic Sales Guy is rude, and un professional. He has no clue on customer service at all. Beware when you try and buy a car here, they will rip you off. Beware if you try and consign a car here, they will damage your vehicle. Check the department of consumer affairs and the DMV licensing agency for complaints againts this company for fraud. Just a heads up, do your home work before you walk into this dealer.

Bought a 2009 bmw 328i from here less than a year ago and now has all kinds of problems I fix it then something else comes up feel like I got ripped off here went with the intention of buying a nice car for myself came out just a huge head ache
