We bought carpet here 11 years ago. Was a pleasant experience then, so we came back for a carpet upgrade. A second pleasant experience! Lots of in-stock inventory. Easy to setup installation. Will come here a third time if necessary for sure!

We recently purchased carpet from CC and I have to say it is the best carpet that we have ever had. It is like walking on a cloud. The sales staff, Chris in particular was very helpful and directed us to the right carpet at a very fair price. Our installer Mario was one of the hardest workers I have seen. He did a fantastic job and we could not be happier. No matter where you have a house I would highly recommend CC.

I walked in and asked the guy at the counter for help, he seemed to have an attitude the short while we were in the store. He wasnt much help, he didnt ask anything about the kind of carpet we were looking for. Another lady walked in and oh my, he turned into a whole different man and such a helpful employee. I left and decided to take my business where its wanted.

Not a warm and friendly place to buy carpet if you dont know anything about carpeting. But I will say the prices are good.

Clara was our sales person, she was nice. Only one guy was sent to install carpets in three rooms (maybe because the old carpet was already pulled up and prepped by us). My only complaint is that the carpet isn’t really tucked and we were getting poked by the tack strips in the entrance of each room. We were told to hammer them down but that didn’t fully resolve the problem.

Bought carpet remnants at a discounted price. Couldnt have been happier! Great customer service and the installation of the carpets went smoothly. We are enjoying our new carpets immensely! We will definetly be coming back in the near future to get our master bedroom done. 😊

Not to impressed came into store to pick out some new flooring. Salesperson didnt ask what my budget was to see what choices I had in the price range. She checked 2 different ones I asked her to quote another one I liked and I got the, sigh before agreeing to look up price.. Carpet Corral is locally owned has been here for years and years so yes you could say LOL its a local quality is great everybody that works there are very helpful in fact they go out of their way to help you if they can carpet is great you have very many selections flooring also and much more if youre looking for carpet this is the place to go easy access parking to all including handicap parking easy access inside and outside of store restrooms available

The installer came over to install the carpet and we noticed it was not the carpet we chose. The WONDERFUL and professional installers said no problem go back down pick out new carpet. Thank goodness we took a picture of the carpet we chose because the rude, unprofessional, idiot owner said the carpet they installed is the same one we dont know what were talking about and you cant tell by a picture. HELLO we know what we bought & it was NOTHING like what was installed. Thanks to the installer we got it taken care of but the owner is truly a horrible man. My husband went to shake his hand and he turns away. Being business owners ourselves we could never imagine treating a customer this way!

The Best place to get the best floor carpet, vinyl, laminate & 💯% water proof laminate N tile

I have used carpet corral on many occasions, always went to them when we needed work done, spent thousands of dollars with this establishment, however when we noticed a problem with one of their installations, wood flooring was moving I called them and asked them if they could come out and take a look and while they were here they could measure another room so they could get another job from us. Its been over three months now and four separate phone calls and all they have done is lied and ignored my concerns. Its a shame because I believe the issue was so minor, it could have been resolved with a little bit of flooring glue. I am going to give them one last chance to resolve the issue if not they will loose a great customer and will never use them again, plus Im sure all my high desert friends will avoid them as well.

Awesome Experience!I recently visited Carpet Corral to look at new carpet and vinyl for my house. At first I was reluctant because of some of the low star reviews on here, but I decided to go to the store and check it out. I was comparing prices to home stores and other flooring stores in Hesperia, Apple Valley and Victorville, and Carpet Corral had the best prices and selection, perfect for my needs. After my experience here, I definitely dont understand where some of the low star reviews are coming from, because thanks to Carpet Corral and Robert who installed my carpet, my house looks new again!The store was clean and organized, and Charles helped find what I was looking for quickly and easily. After making the choices of flooring, I chose the options for padding and when to install. Installation was available a couple of days from when I visited, which was perfect for me. On Tuesday, Robert Tomasso and his helper Patrick came to my house to start installing the vinyl. They were both very nice and professional. The best part of my experience was the excellent service and professionalism I received from Robert Tomasso who installed both my vinyl and carpet. He did an amazing job! There was a lot of old linoleum and ceramic tile to be removed, and it was done efficiently by Robert. He went out of his way to install everything perfectly and make sure I was happy with the way everything was looking. His attention to detail and professionalism was outstanding. He took pride and care into making my flooring look beautiful, I dont think anything could have been done better.Youd have to be crazy to go elsewhere, I would advise everyone in the high desert looking to install new carpet, vinyl or laminate to go to Carpet Corral and have Robert install it for you!

I needed a piece of carpet padding and when I called the carpet corral and talked to the sales person if theyll sell just a piece and she said yes, come over, so I got there and they were very helpful and sold me what I needed.
