We had a young lady named Christina who helped us today .the pilot was packed and she was so helpful n so friendly .it means a lot to a driver to see a smiling face . they were very busy n we had scale ticket n cinnabons n other items n she was right on it..shes a very hard worker with a fantastic attitude ..we dont always see that out here n we are long haul drivers .a hard working lady with a great attitude like that should be moved up to manager or even district ..doing a fantastic job n hard work should be rewarded ..employee of the month something ..great job pilot

Buyer beware !!!!Coin shortage my A**!!!(I only see this scam at pilots!!)These people are thieves plain and simple.Cashier looked me in the face and told me she didn’t have ANY change and was going to keep my $.93 …. When she opened the cash drawer to get my $1.00 bill, the drawer it was full of change.1500 gal a month customer lost over $.93

This place is a dump!!! The restrooms are always filthy- smell bad, always out of toilet paper, femine products thrown on the floor in bathroom stalls,etc. Theres always a super long wait for a shower & the showers arent very clean! Afew of the employees are extremely rude & like to harass their regular customers! The managers that work at night seem to be ordinary employees that arent qualified to be apart of management & are just as disrespectful as the employees when you approach them in regards to any complaint! The employees will not give you the corporate number to file a complaint but give you the customer service number which leads nowhere! Ive been to alot of Pilot Truckstops that are really really nice but this pilot was a huge disappointment & We wont be returning!

Horrible experience, pumps that dont print receipts -store personnel that dont wear masks, and have no resolutions for their own problems... a manager that simply says well we do what we can do and thats it... I would avoid this station at all costs... its not worth it... low price = low service... And their guest services 800 number does nothing more than act like a secretary..... taking notes and passing it on that ends up nowhere....

Access road is so terrible,super bumpy, holes are like volcano 🌋 .A variety of different foods,clean and always busy. Enough overweight parking.

Easy access from I15. We were traveling from LA to Vegas.. and needed fuel and food. Very good selection of food... Cinnabon is inside... and lots of food like Pizza / corn dogs / chicken ect. Everything was clean... bathrooms good to go! Bit busy around 1:30 on a friday.. gas pumps were full but thats expected I guess. Either way, dont hesitate to stop here.

I came in this location to get coffee. I noticed that they didn’t have any creamer all they had was the espresso shot. I asked the worker if I could get a discount since they didn’t have all their products. Mind you I’m a truck driver and most times the locations will just give the driver the coffee. He said he couldn’t give me a discount because it’s like giving the coffee away. Well Mark I hope you treat other drivers better we are out here providing services and you couldn’t even give a discount to make your customer happy. I will never visit this location again. I hope cooperate sees this as well.

It depends on what time of day it is, however I usually go in at dark or after, they always have their stuff stocked and ready, the people are usually very nice and helpful.

No showers, they close the store, they only care about the money

Minimum 2hrs wait for a shower. No matter the time on the day. Actually they dont clean them at night. They said untill 6am will be clean. 13 to 17 guest waiting all day long

This store is completely filthy, floors are sticky and you can feel your shoes sticking to the floors, bathrooms haven’t been cleaned in who knows how long. Customers piled up all around trying to pay for their goods, barely any staff available anywhere. The evening manager is completely incompetent and has no idea how to manage a store or personal. Instead he wants to be rude and run his mouth to hard working paying customers and argue instead of doing his job! Completely unacceptable and unprofessional. This man has no business being in a position of authority when he can’t even manage his store. Someone in upper management needs to retrain this individual in running a store because he has no clue!! Another classic example of a run down filthy Pilot Truck Stop. Way to go Pilot/Flying J!!

Although the facility looks nice and has been recently remodeled, they apparently do not allow overnight parking. There are no signs but we had someone knock on our door telling us it was exclusively two hour parking. This is the only pilot anywhere in the country that someone has done this, especially with no signs up, extremely disappointed in this location.

This pilot has terrible service, the employees are Cali residents (too laid back). The employees are all women so all they do is talk all day at the register and cant help when you need help. No food (no Wendys) no supplies, and no help. I will never return!!! The worst part is I love pilots.

Wow, totally remodeled inside. Looks fantastic, and now they have pizza. I usually just pay at the pump but the place is clean inside and like I said, they have pizza.One downside is that the parking spaces right outside need to he pressure washed. Looks like everyone dumps their old drinks there. Sticky mess. Someone ought to put a bin to dump old drinks for people wanting refills.Very busy station, lots of food and beverage options, clean restrooms, solid choice.

We had a bad experience here. All 4 washing machines are out of order. Showers were dirty with stubble left on the wall from someone else. The floor was dirty and so was the counter. There do seem to be a lot of vagrants in and out of the store which may be exasperating the issues.

There is nobody to to clean showers if you expect to come and get a shower expect to wait a few hours. the managers dont react when told that there available showers and to get them cleaned so others can get ahead.

From a point of view of the Professional driver everything about this truck is very good except the extremely long time of waiting for a shower. The second thing is to find a parking spot for a semi. Today is Sunday and I came at 3pm and was no single spot to park. I parked very far on the street which is not allowed for a trucks. But none of that is the fault of the truck stop. I just wish, if everyone who is waiting between 3 and 5 hours for a shower took less than 1 hour for the shower.

This place is a SCAM. I went to gas up here and paid at the cashier. Everything went smoothly but then later I got charged for TWO other much larger transactions which I DID NOT make. They both got declined and the fraud was obviously committed by their employee since I paid at the cashier.

I enjoy coming to Pilot and Flying J gas stations because it always reminds me of road trips when I was a kid. Here is the gasoline they have. I filled up somewhere in Utah with non-ethanol fuel but they dont have any here, its probably because of California laws. Its always convenient coming here. Had to purchase lip balm and the employees gladly helped me find it.

Always clean, always appropriate service.. nothing short of what youd expect. Although the outside gets a little messy when the weather is hectic.

The WI-FI was not working. Could not get earn 4x extra points through myRewards. Could not connect to mobile app. Spent over $475.74 for diesel.

Holes in the wall. The bathrooms have never been cleaned, ever.Im in shock. Normally Pilot is pretty great. Please knock down the rooms and start over. I dont believe you can actually scrub the problem.

This is usually one of the better pilots but I guess the 2 employees couldnt have their conversation bothered by being polite and responding to the customers. Both times I went inside. The 2and time I just got my advance and left. Ill get food elsewhere.

This place is the worst to take a shower. If you come here make sure its at the end of your 14 because youll loose all your drive time waiting for a shower. Im 3 numbers behind and Ive been waiting for almost 2 hrs.

Truck stop with room for about 300+ trucks but facilities for about 50. Lines of 20+ for shower and bathrooms.

Walked in to a moderately busy place. Used restroom and grabbed some snacks then got in line. Heres the frustrating part... while in line it got really packed. The line was about to go out the door. Two cashiers. Too many people in there shopping. Some customers were without a face mask or face shield (as those are beginning to grow in popularity). I dont know if they are enforcing the face mask policy but if they are, its a sure FAIL here. By the time I paid there were 2 more cashiers but the inside was extremely packed for these days and times were going through.

This is a great store we were snowed in along with a bunch of others on Thanksgivings and the staff were there round the clock and they were great!

The store may be remodeled but keeping the store clean was not. Trash everywhere with no effort to clean and remove it. 10 cent for a bag to put my 4 Gatorades in… come on people get with the program.

Keeps waiting for the customer, but these people do not care, they ask for something else and give something else.

This place is a joke. Employees here are slow as a snail in helping out customer at the cashier. The lines at the cashier gets long very quickly and they don’t care a bit. Most of them are very rude to customers too, one time I was staring at the pizza trying to decide which flavor to buy, a child-like attitude girl came up and said I needed to get in line first before even attempting to choose which food to pick. I furiously left the place immediately and drove out to other pizza place.

Filthy facility! Vegrants loitering & begging everywhere. Got asked for money in the smelly, disgusting bathroom. One cashier working on the line that was across the store.

Lots of parking. Showers are a little small. Wendy’s is good and doesn’t take to long if they have enough people working. Best thing about this particular Pilot is the Outpost Cafe that shares the entrance with Pilot.

This is place is awesome! It’s a one stop shop, literally. Coffee is great and their breakfast sandwich options are the best I’ve seen out this way. Customer service is good and the gas prices are competitive. My wife and I drive here some mornings just for coffee. Must visit if your driving the US 395👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽

Although they have a sign on the door stating that masks are required to enter the they dont enforce it. The staff happily serves customers without masksEvery time Ive been inside theres at least two or three knuckleheads without masks. Its simple - enforce the policy and protect us customers as well as the staff.In addition they need to keep the parking lot cleaner. Theres usually trash on the ground from disrespectful customers. Maybe the same ones that refuse to wear a mask.

Attention to the drivers at this location is mess big o line and the cashiers standing around when I ask quesion about what i was trying to get she was mad for some reason I dont know why she get was very very very rude she need to go management classes or training no professional i wish they train them

Unbelievably busy, I mean really crazy. That said, the crew handles it extremely well. Fast and efficient getting customers helped and on their way.I visited on a Monday afternoon around 1600. Special shout out and credit to the man cleaning showers. There was 16 people ahead of me when I requested mine. The wait was only a little over half an hour and my shower was spotlessly clean. Plenty of hot water and lots of water pressure. Its much appreciated,

I spend roughly 4K a month in fuel majority goes to flying j but after speaking to this manager I’m going to take my business to petro ta or loves. She got tight with me over .5 of shower credit she could of allowed me to take a shower or let me pay half but instead she let me walk out embarrassed. So I’ll make sure 4K a month times 12 goes elsewhere.

Im better because I already went. Ive tried are perfect. Gasoline is very good. The price is even better, it never ceases to come in the pilot is the best strength in the United States and has all states. everyone i went to is very clean. has salads. pizza each tastier. It has a cinnamon cake. each state has state clothing and caps. you always find something typical local.

Inside store clean, until you get in the room where you shower, theres mildew in the corners of shower, dont think they ever clean shower heads, the electrical outlet was non-working falling out of wall, so no fan no nothing, you pay $15.00 which is a fair price- I didnt know it included a knock on the door telling me times up after 30 mins and there only being 3-4 others showering so its not like it was busy. Ive been to quite a few truck stops and I can honestly say the best one so far is the one on Etiwanda Ave in Mira Loma, CA.

I would and probably should give it a 5 star, but, its a truck stop, a very nice one at that, but, its a truck stop. Very well stocked, as clean as you would like, very courteous staff, clean restrooms, but again its a truck stop and I will be back there again. Very enjoyable place to fuel up, rest, and then head on down the hill, or up depending on where you are going.

Nice place. Shelby the cashier is sweet. The Showers are extremely nice and the water pressure is amazing. The hot water is damn hot. Not bad for a California truck stop.

So if youre a truck driver and carry your bag inside. Their employee named Ann will accuse you of stealing in front of everyone at the fuel desk. Opened my bag an let her check it. Most embarrassing moment Ive ever had. I recommend drivers to stop someplace else.

Good coffee at a truck stop. The selection of coffee is very good. Even have new brewers that grind 1 of 9 fresh beans and brews the coffee fresh. Very nice.

Ill give this place a 3 star review lots of parking but getting here noon on Sunday more then 3/4 full pumps are good inside is nice good selection of food. I was hoping for premium wifi as it States on the app but it doesnt exist and parked close to the building and free wifi doesnt work nor does it work inside so thats were my 2 Stars went. Good for the night but not a reset unless you have no use for internet access

Ive been always scared to buy a Hot Dog at a gas station but not here! Really good and juicy dogs. Big fan of their French toast breakfast sandwich. If you pass by here definitely try that sandwich. Also, they now have a whole cinnabon store. #AMAZING

I havent been in a while and they remodeled the store and it looks great. Only thing is now it seems that there is less truck stop magic. You know the stuff you can only find at truck stop. But overall i am pleased with the new look.

This Pilot is very clean, well stocked with all of your needs and organized. Staff are very helpful and kind each an every time I have frequent this Pilot. One of my favorite coffee spots. Restroom are extremely clean! Cant wait to visit again.

Long waiting for shower

Good enough place. Workers are great. Wendys is ok. Staff for the most part is super friendly especially the late night staff! Go out of there way to help in any way possible. Need more showers for the size it really is but its by far one of the cleanest friendliest pilots I have ever been to. And Im at alot!

Stopped for a bite to eat heading back to LA super fast service and hot and tasty food (Wendys). With the prompt response from this establishment I have changed my review. 5 stars this is an establishment that cares about customer feedback and that goes a long way in my book. Will use again next time in the area.

Is still a great place to stop when your on the road. HOT showers with great water pressure except for they need to update their bathrooms because their leaky faucet leaked water in my bag while taking a shower and my clothes inside got wet. Pay a little bit more attention to the cleaning because they left dirty towels behind.
