Our product was ordered over a month ago and still waiting. Hoping we are not scammed. Paid the credit card already in full almost $6,000.00 on 2 carports. Everytime I call I get a different date of delivery. They said they are in California and we are in Vegas. I dont think that would take 2 or more months for them to deliver. Do not order or buy from this company please.
When you’re dropping THOUSANDS of dollars they have no issues telling you when you’ll get your items. They’re fully ready to answer any and all questions... once they get your money... the only people that you will speak with is a call center answering service who knows NOTHING. The date you get your order right is an ideal guess but most likely not the date.
Poor experience. No attention to detail with the order. The kennel dimensions were not what I ordered or what the rep said the exact dimensions would be which caused issues installing onto custom concrete footings. Many modifications were needed for the kennel to work as I ordered it. Almost a month delayed on shipping.I like the idea if the product as advertised online but this was a terrible experience.
Refused to honor their warranty when a shelter leg (one out of 6, all installed the same way) broke off at the welded joint, causing the shelter to flip over.On top of that, shipping was a nightmare. Check reviews elsewhere. Do a search. They’re accurate. Buyer beware.
In my entire professional life, I have never interfaced with a worse company. Not only did they not communicate, but they lied about delivery dates and eventually completely failed to deliver. We were left with a very frustrated customer, a lot of wasted time and money, and will likely have to sue in court, incurring yet more time and frustration. In addition, they will not let you speak with a manager. We are very reasonable people, and things could have been resolved, until their lies made it impossible.Save yourself...Run fast and immediately from any consideration of using CageCo.
Very nice people but not organized. Have been dealing with an order since November 2018 and it’s now April 2019. While the damaged order wasn’t their fault when first delivered on January 22, 2019 the fact that my wife’s company still doesn’t have all the parts is very upsetting. The replacement damaged pieces arrived April 16, 2019 but not the right number of connectors to complete the project. Would not recommend unless you have 6 months to wait for all the parts.My wife’s company lost money in this deal in labor to contractors putting the cages together having to pay for time when parts were supposed to be there for set up.Hopefully this company can get their act together and concentrate on better customer service and communication.Overall happy with the quality of the cages just upset with getting everything we need to put the cages together.
I would never, ever recommend this place to anyone. I regret the day I called them. Customer service is non existent. The craftsmanship is of very poor quality. With the money and time I wasted I could have built a Coliseum. Stay away, stay away, stay away.
I know personally the work is great and the jobs are done right. The EMPLOYEES (welders, cutters, notchers and yard)work their behinds off.
Totally unprofessional office personnel/customer service, rude and would not recommend doing business with these people
