They never called me back!

These people do not return calls. When they finally did. I set up an appointment for an estimate and they never showed.

He never showed up to the appointment and I called him and did not answer.

I wish that I could give this glass shop a better rating, but it seems that the staff are totally overwhelmed. I called during normal business hours and left two messages with no return call. I then took a drive over to the shop in hopes of speaking with someone and it was locked up with a note that they were in the field, and to call a a different phone number. I tried the second number twice with no answer.Something is wrong with this shop, not exactly sure what the issue is, but customer service is not one of their strengths.

Never around and will not keep appointmernt to call or call back
