Outstanding Customer Service and great prices, my go-to pet store.

Kahoots is a nice place to go get your pets food. It is not cheap but you dont have to wait in line and the staff is very friendly and helpful 👍. They have food for Horses, Dogs, Cats, Chickens and other animals. Very nice place I really recommend 👌 👍 recommend it.

This place is great! Its close and the people are REAL friendly. I never have to wait in line and I never have to look for someone to help, because they are always around doing something and more than willing to help.From dogs,cats,chickens, ducks,horses or cows...they got what you need and are willing to help.

Not a bad place. Carries different items than your major stores, friendly staff, lots of horse tack and they have the straw and alfalfa for the grazing members the family.. a bit pricey. You can bring a 28 foot long trailer in to their side parking area and get loaded in and drive out the back easy peasy.... no need to back in or out... and if they dont have an item they are very helpful in locating an item for you even if its not something they sale. Vet services also...

We just happened to notice it when we came to another store. Looked around to see what it was like. Some things seem a little pricy, but may also have unusual things for pets.

I called on a non-holiday about grooming my pet. They answered immediately and gently informed me Kahoots doesnt offer grooming options, but they did recommend me some great local businesses that do! Thats pretty generous of them to do that. I love kind businesses like that that go above and beyond with their customer service! Made me a customer for sure.

Kahoots is my favorite pet food store in the High Desert. Shoutout to the staff, especially Kate, with helping me special order and get in stock a particular pet food! It has made my life so much easier having a larger quantity raw dog food! They even had a new one ready for me this last time, which I though was going the extra mile! Thanks again!!

This is my new favorite pet store. From the instant we walked in, we were greeted, and treated better than weve ever been treated at the pet stores we have gone to before. Our dogs loved the Kahoots brand of grain free dog food and its less expensive than what we have been buying. Having 9 dogs on a grain free diet, that is a huge deal! All of our dogs are in heaven with all the treats we bought them, and we received so many free samples! Not just milk bone treats that our dogs dont eat, but real grain free samples of food and treats! Next time we are bringing a couple of our dogs in, so they can experience what a pet store should be!

Ive been waiting all year for it to be built. Its finally done. The staff is so friendly and welcoming. Everything is so well organized and easy accessible. Its located in such a convenient area, to where I can walk there after school when ever I need to pick something up.

Outstanding customer service. I will gladly pay a few dollars more here and there to actually shop somewhere with employees that care! Stopped in here after getting frustrated at Petco (the employees there were absent with no help at all) looking for something to help my boxer puppy with a minor UTI. The staff was informative, helpful and very friendly. So glad Kahoots came to Hesperia and look forward to shopping there for all my boxer babes needs!

I really like this place, prices for my budget are a little high for certain things, but I mainly go there for the potbellied pig food which the price is comparable to Walmarts 2 bags (25 lbs each) of potbellied pig food. My pigs like it

Very large selection!

As far as the selection of food for my dog...great! They have good raw and holistic options. The customer service was excellent. The ONLY reason I took off a star is due to the sad Beta fish I saw in the containers, they looked so sad, almost dead. I had a hard time shopping here after I saw that. I wish they would show more care for the animals they choose to sell.
