The only Hydroponic shop in the High Desert that I go to these days. The staff here enjoy their work and their customers, and it shows. They are always willing to help you find a new supplement, or find a replacement for one they might not carry. I buy all my soil and nutes from them. They offer the best price, and best service in town.

I love this place! Always has had great service and great products well stocked with knowledgeable staff! I had a few diodes go out on a 420w LED today and they were all out so they gave me a 680w LED of the same brand! I am very happy with it!

This place has gone downhill forsure. Couldnt believe the cheap quality tent I got from them. I couldnt believe they would actually carry something like that. I thought I was over paying in order to ensure better quality but man I regret not going down the hill. I think 7/8 elbows snapped under the weight of the tent after being up a few hours with no lights or fans in it yet. Luckily I was able to run to home depot and get some better elbows for it. Tent is up but Im not sure I want to test hanging lights and having them fall all over my beautiful flowers.

Its Funny, I would have never thought Id step foot in this store since im not really into growing plants, but I took up homebrewing 6 months ago. and of all the shops in a 100 Mile Radius. these guys have it. great selection of Grains, Great selection of Yeasts and hops, and all the Kit you need to brew up a Killer Stout/IPA/Wheat Brew.

Best place for brewing supplies in the HD! They have lots of hardware and ingredients. The staff is incredibly knowledgeable and willing to share. The guy with the beard knows whats up! He helped me with every question i had and took the time to help me put together a recipe. Highly recommended.

I will no longer purchase anything at this store. The last two times I have been here have been less than satisfactory. I was not shown benevolence while I was returning a faulty product. I have not gone to another store after my first time shopping here my natural store is right around the corner in Apple Valley. The first time I went here it was a very good experience and more than 500 dollars later I have been a repeat costumer and everything is great when you spend money. I had purchased a faulty product and I took it back. It seems that I was a problem but not product I felt I wasnt treated with as much care and commitment as I was when purchasing something. The product was returned and I got a replacement but it felt nonchalant. I again was having issues with the product. I came into the store again and tried to figure out my product and what was wrong with it. The product was tested and worked I then asked questions about other issues it could have been and I was blown off. I am very unhappy and disappointed in these actions of service and the nonchalant attitude. Im not saying that no one should shop here its a good store good prices and almost everything you need. I would hope that my message to you guys is to show your future costumers more commitment, benevolence, and responsible service at all times. Costumers give you their paychecks so you can have yours.

Bought fairly overpriced (at $15) a small batch of red worms. The staff did not seem to know what red wriggler worms or composting worms were. There was not a single worm alive or present in the entire package. I will not be going back. Discount hydroponics a little ways down on bear valley is much more knowledgeable and has an extra my good selection of organic growing medium and amendments.

Still the best dont waste your time elsewhere.. Now in 2015 there are several other stores opened up here in the high desert. But none have the selection and employee knowledge this one does.If you have a grow or product question these guys always have the right answer. I went into a new store the other day also on B.V. rd looking for something and I had to correct the employee because he is giving wrong info. Wont be back there again lol

Went in to get some supplies for home brewing, these guys had a good selection of equipment and they were very knowledgable about brewing. everyone was super nice and helpful.

They ripped me off for half a pallet of pro mix I asked to check there inventory they said there was no mistake well you just lost a loyal customer

Dont waste your time with this place,Ive been coming here since it opened around 5 years ago when the owner james used to actualley be here regurlarly but now they have a fat guy with glasses named rob I think running everything,and hes here all the time,hes literally the worst employee ive ever seen in my life,he treats every customer like a burden,and worse yet he flat out will even go out of his way to try and get rid of you,its a shame because I know hes friends with james but he obviously can care less if james business goes under,he flat out is obviously just there to collect a paycheck.The sad part is that james obviously has no clue how many people will never return because of him,im one of them ive spent thousands over the years here when james used to pay attention to whats going on,but I refuse to shop somewhere where I will be treated that way for no reason when im as courteous a person as can be,from the looks of other reviews I can clearly tell that many people have had the same experience.
