The worst metro pcs store. People here are rude, impolite and helpless. I was saying that a ZTE cellphone is Chinese, and the clerk immediately tried to correct me yelling at me that it was Korean, so rude. Girls here often look tired and dizzy, like they dont want to sell, they are not enthusiastic or cheerful at all, they dont give you the good options but the most expensive ones. Please, think again if you want to buy at THIS store . Their prices are actually high, I pay 35 at boost mobile and I even get a new phone when I change. Please dont go there.

This store is has the worst customer service. Please do not buy any phone in this place. I went throught a nightmare. Since sunday bought a galaxy 7 with my debit card. The phone didnt work since day first. I went to the store. No one speak english at all. They turned my back on me and didnt give me my money back and promised a new phone. When I webt today again . They said They will have to place an order for a new one. I feel I have been stolen and on top if dad. I have two kids and they even told me not to use the phone.The rep name made the sale fast. Got her comission and pretended never happened. The area manager didnt show up and they even call the police on me cause they wanted to close store. Please be aware they dont tell you their police on not returnibg money. Rep name is Lizandra. On top of that I was with my 5 months old when they call police. They reported this store to corporate office.Thanks

Do not go to this store. They have the worst customer service ever. I felt that I was in another country. I waited 45 minutes when there was only two people in the store because the girl at the counter was talking to her car insurance company in speaker and then when she finished she went and got a piece of cake to eat in front of customers. This place is a joke.
