An absolutely beautiful shop with amazing Christmas decorations but the price is simply not worth it. It was so crowded and everyone was basically on top of each other, even during Covid. I love the store and it’s a great place to walk around but unless you’re rich I don’t think you’ll be buying a whole lot other than a few ornaments here and there. Beautifully decorated, just not a lot of walking space. Cool experience. Very unique.
The Christmas palace is a very well known store.. I like going there every season because they always have something different.. The management and the employees there are very well knowledgeable and very friendly I like the atmosphere there because it makes it feel like youre home is your home or a part of their Christmas family
Omg!! If you have never been and love Christmas 🎄 I definitely recommend!! Often have seen this place off the highway and have never stopped! We finally went this year to start a new tradition and I can’t wait until next year to see how they switch it up, as well as see what new decor and ornaments they will have!! So excited to expand our Christmas decorations!!
Christmas Palace is one of the best stores in Miami, I have been shopping there several times and I never get tired of going, it is a store with a variety of brands and designs, the range of colors of the trees fascinate me, everything is very well cared for and clean . The best thing about going at these times of the year are the interesting discounts and you enjoy a more personalized treatment, I wrote their names to thanks them personally: the supervisor Pedro, the saleswomen Maruja and Susana and the cashier Karla. I encourage to all Miami residents and visitors to visit the store ... it will be a good experience
I dont like Christmas Palace anymore. I went one Sunday afternoon with my family that was visiting from out of town because we wanted to show them the beautiful store and displays, and the employees were rude to us. They followed us around and acted like they were suspicious of us stealing, and then they boldly asked us if we were going to buy anything because they were closing. I cant believe this is a high-end store that sells items that cost thousands of dollars, but their employees act like they work in Dollar Tree.

They have lights, ribbons, villages, fairys, picks, glass or shatter proof ornaments, tree toppers, snow globes, nativity set large & small. Prices are great!! Staff helpful and friendly. Even to go spend time looking at the wonderful tree displays. Well worth the drive from TAMPA to HIALEAH!!! Of the 4 Christmas store/warehouse I visited CHRISTMAS PALACE WAS THE BEST OVER ALL!!!👍
I will never forget my first experience in this store recently ! You walk in and you are in another world ! The staff on hand, the designers on hand who by the way do such a fantastic job designing and decorating the store certainly make this store worth visiting and shopping ! I loved it from beginning to end ! The endless choices you have the many different options to help you get the right theme you’re going for are all there in that one store !

Every item is unique and there is a very wide selection of Christmas decorations however the prices are pretty steep and you need to get there super early because it becomes insanely crowded

I called to see if they had a particular item and they said they had it, but after about 1/2 an hour plus drive to go and purchase, I was told they didnt carry my needed item any more. I should have been told they didnt have it. I found this a very annoying experience.

SORRY to say, but I did not care for this Christmas Store. Its presentation was very poorly done. The prices were very high.There were a few objects that I did like...as the Italian and American figures but there truly was not a feeling of Christmas here.I love to decorate and was disappointed.
The staff could be friendlier but this is a very nice place to not only shop but to also get some ideas on how to decorate for Christmas. You can find everything youll ever need for Christmas, from lights to trees to ornament to even the little houses and people for your holiday wonderland. Given 3 stars because as I said the staff can be friendlier and really customer service is a very big thing for shops, I wont want to shop somewhere where the staff arent very friendly. Its supposed to be a Christmas palace, Christmas is a time of cheer and happiness but the staff dont seem very happy at all.

I have been a customer for over 10 years. Shopped for personal projects as well as commercial projects I have designed. This place not only has top quality products, the customer service is superb! Although I go in once or twice a year, multiple associates recognize me and welcome me back each time. Even the owner stops to say hello! This year I am organizing the holiday decorations for a luxury building in Brickell and everyone has been more than helpful throughout the process. Dayanara, Kenya, Miguel, and Rosalie were all extremely helpful, efficient, and more than willing to assist and give advice. I cant wait to see how everything will look, but I am sure my Board of Directors and Management will be in awe when they see what we all created! Thank you so much for everything Christmas Palace, once again you outdid yourselves!!!!

LOVE this place! Its huge and has multiple rooms filled with Christmas stuff. It even plays holiday music! The only issue is the prices. There was so much stuff that I wanted, but my wallet said NO. I ended up getting a cutesy little ornament for my moms kitchen Christmas tree, and not even one for myself.
Loved it! Staff were friendly, not overly attentive but there to help if needed. Just how we like it.
Over price nothing organize by tree you have to go in to a hunt to look for something ...not worth it
I came to the establishment at 6:45. I knew exactly what I wanted and spent 35 minutes in traffic on top of leaving 15 minutes early from work to make it it there on time. Shutters closed, doors locked. If you close at 6:30 then advertise that and communicate that over the phone instead of the facade that you close at 7 when in all reality a quarter to 7 no one is there. I’ll go elsewhere and pay more.
They have a lot of nice things. Please double check the prices of your products and compare with other retailers before you buy. I recently bought a beautiful but over priced Christmas tree.

Its unfortunate that the christmas palace employees discriminate against the color of your skin. My brother in law (he is black) and my mother who is white of cuban descent felt uncomfortable at the store today because every 5 minutes he was asked if he needed help. They also felt uncomfortable because he was holding my daughter who is blonde with light eyes and was even asked if that was his daughter to which he said yes so they would leave him alone because he could feel everyone staring at him. We are in 2018 people. Times have changed and you should bring your employees up to date with the times. Not every person of color that walks into your establishment is going to steal. My mother has spent so much money at this store and even had a credit but she felt so bad for my brother in law that she left without using it. Im so disappointed and upset for my brother in law because he is a great person.

Lovely Christmas ornaments...not cheap at all. It is good to buy your first time Christmas ornaments since they have a large variety and stiles...be prepared to spend bug money otherwise go somewhere else.

Rating 2 stars, as soon as you enter the Store you willBe greeted with can I help you find something ( well, let me take a look first) I went with my kids since I wanted them to be part of the process and choose the ornaments they liked, we were practically followed the entire time! Prices: ridiculously high, 10,15 dol per ornament.. 11 dol for a flower .. nothing new, same themes as last year. Save your money and go to Walmart or Kmart and will find similar items for much less . Really dont know how they manage to stay open, when their peak season lasts a month or so, such horrible prices and service. Will never go again.
