Today I visited the Hialeah store. The employees were friendly. The store was nice and clean. I saw some nice deals. Ill be visiting again soon.

Staff receiving donations are very rude. They think they are making you a favor. They do not understand they have a job because of the tstuff you are giving away!Staff in the store are friendly.

The staff receiving donations are very rude. They will select the things that they want and send you back with anything that they don’t like. I don’t understand how their “donation” works and why the need to be rude to people who’s only intention is to help others. This happened on July 4, 2021 at 2:50 pm.

No one even answers the phone.

You want to waste 20-30 mins because they gave you the wrong receipt, go here. They have a lovely selection but terrible customer service. How was I supposed to know I needed two receipts to return an item? Waste of time!!

Well I have to give it to Goodwill. You really care about the community by taking peoples peoples tempeture. This is a great idea, kinda weed out some of the problems and help the community at the same time. Im just wondering why Publix could not do the same.Thank you 😊

Donated some furniture on a Saturday when it opened. The gentleman at the desk was very professional and assisted me with no issues. Process was very easy and quick. The building is well kept and in a nice area.

The store is clean & the people are nice. You have to do a lot of digging but I have found some really nice stuff here.

We bought a microwave; before the purchase were completed we asked the cashier and her supervisor if we can get a sort of warranty if doesn’t work. Both answered that, we have 7 days to return it and we can get our money back. Today; we went to return it and they change their story; now they want to issue an store credit. The manager never gave us a real explanation why those ladies said “money back” and today “store credit” . Bad customer service! Disappointing!

The store is organized and clean and staff is great. The donation center ladies are always in bad mood. Sometimes they wont open the door or accept the donations. Today I went and she asked how much I had cause she had not had lunch . I go atleat once a month to leave shoes, clothes etc.

Your typical thrift shop experience, good vintage items, clothes, vinyl records and paintings for a convenient price.

Like many Goodwills, the organization is a bit off (sizes in the wrong section, and lots of womens clothing mixed in with the mens). Im not sure if its a Miami thing, or a new company-wide policy, but theres not a flat price for the various types of clothing, and prices are written on all the merchandise in permanent marker. 😒

The sales clerk greeted me when I entered the store and she was very helpful.

THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE GOODWILL IN MIAMI-DADE, THE STAFF IS FRIENDLY AND I HAVE NEVER SEEN THEM WITH ANY HOSTILE ATTITUDE AGAINST PATRONS, SOME OF THE STAFF FROM OTHER STORES PARTICULARLY THE ONE IN CALLE OCHO SHOULD BE SEND THERE FOR TRAINING...ON TOP OF THAT IS WELL ORGANIZE WITH TOP OF THE LINE MERCHANDISE, GREAT JOB IRENE AND YOUR TEAM.

I love goodwill and i been going to this location for a few years now until recently ive been feeling uncomfortable. theres a loud dominican woman who is always there and works at the register she makes me feel uncomfortable. Shes very loud and rude with me and other customers. She speaks poorly about customers when they leave the store. my family member witnessed her do this to others as well, calling them crazy, Others have been in confrontation with this woman too. I have no idea why she is still employed there and i will no longer go as long as shes still employed there. which upsets me because i live next door and dont even want to go anymore. Everytime i go shes there i have a bad experience. Only with this woman. And i hope it gets taken care of. Its not fair or right for customers to deal with that unprofessional behavior.

Yesterday I bought there. I am always aware of the color of the ribbon that has a 50% discount, yesterday it was red. I gave the cashier the separate clothes, 12 items, of which 7 had the red ribbon. And he did not give me the discount, it is the first time that it happens to me. At other Goodwill stores, the cashiers are always looking to first choose what has the discount color, but yesterday it was not. I trusted myself and left, I realized this morning. Of course, I called to find out how they could help me, they told me that I should go with the receipt and all the things I bought to give me a credit. But from the comments that I have read from other clients there, I prefer not to go back and leave it at that. But from now on I will always be aware that they make me the discount right there in the store.

Terrible experience ... call the store to donate a large table, a large painting box and an entrance table all in perfect condition. They told me to bring them with pleasure they would receive it ... when the lady who answered the doorbell of the donations door arrives. With a scary face, the first thing he said to me “imagine you, I cant accept that, I dont have space here. Fence through the front door and between them. We went through the front and after parking 7 car spaces at the door. No one could help and we had to go down and enter until we put the furniture where customers are to buy it. Please, if we are donating someone, you should be more courteous and attentive to those who take what you sell to the door,

I bought a bermuda and it didnt work. Locker rooms are not available to try on clothes, so the covid-19. I went back for a refund and they gave me a ticket to buy something else for the value of the shorts, as a credit. I have gone 3 weekends to see why I change my clothes, and they always have the same merchandise. The people who work there are not very empathetic. The ticket is not transferable. I have lost more time and gas than the refund value, just $ 4.28. I cant use it in another store either. I understand that they are store policies, and that as they are used clothing from donations, they cannot return your money. I have gone to other Goodwill stores where there is more variety and quantity of clothes. I dont think Ill be going back to that particular store. I didnt use the refund ticket, so I took it as a donation to the store 😊.

In which it is located in hialeah boulevard, things are very expensive I visit it frequently and for example something that in roos is worth 8 dollars they have it for use in 6, I bought the same day two same things with different prices I asked a worker because, and the answer was that it is according to the east setting the prices, it seems to me a lack of respect
