I waited for one hour because the front desk lady was with a client. Then when it was my turn she decided to take care of other clients that came after me because they needed their supplies before the warehouse closes. I left and she did not even care. I do not recommend the place.

Website clearly state we stock super screen up to 120 but front desk said they do not stock anything, everything is to order and could take 2-3 weeks. Very poor customer service.

The service is horrible, I called to ask for a price on a material and they hung up on me. I call again and they tell me that if they have it and that I can go buy it, they give me the price, and then I get to the place and find out that they only sell complete packages. They didnt want to sell me anything, they just made me waste my time. Why give a price for something that they do not sell, they only waste your time. I never go back to this place.

INEFFICIENTThey have wasted my time for almost a week.Last Wednesday 18th call this place to ask for an estimate. After a terrible experience with another seller of aluminum (I better not even mention them) ... I found A & S ALUMINUM SUPPLY ... a company where they treated me with respect and very kindly.
