Bought a 125cc for my son and he loves it! He’s a rough rider and damaged something minor. Took it to the shop and they fixed it under the shop’s warranty. What a great experience for us, no hassle at all. They kept their word and honored the warranty. . Great customer service and fast service as well.

Omg I couldnt be happier with my new 150cc scooter. Its awesome and runs soooo good. Diago is the man and his family are equally as awesome. I had a small problem a few days after my purchase and not only did they fix it. They upgraded my lights to LEDs for FREE. And also gave me great advice for the future. Also they have good warranty. And the customer service is outta this world. Ill never go to another scooter place as long as I live.!

I could go on forever about this shop but I’ll keep it short and simple... WOW! Nothing better than family owned shops were you literally see how passionate they are towards it. Great aggressive pricing and amazing individuals running the show. Definitely recommend !!!

Skeptical at first heading into the shop however, I was pleasantly surprised with the overall experience.I am a bit picky (this is an understatement) but the young salesman was helpful and knowledgeable beyond his years. Great price on my scooter and I got a brand new helmet to match all under my budget! 10/10 for Mondial !

Great for a purchase but service for fixing is poor. I sent my brother to purchase a ATV for my son for Christmas and that went well. My niece crashed it and the plastic frame had to be replaced and some small minor things needed to be done. We dropped it off Tuesday before New Year and they quoted $120-$160 based on parts. They expressed the place they purchased their parts from was closed for the holidays and they would order on Monday.(Undertandable) Well Monday came and we didn’t hear anything. They called later in the week stating they placed was closed for reasons related to Covid so they will go be able to get a frame when they open back up. No worries because we live out of town and wasn’t coming down until MLK weekend anyway. Well I get a phone saying the atv is ready and the lady(I’ve never spoke with throughout this time) stated she can send pictures it’s burgundy and black in which the previous color was orange. And I specifically told them and asked when they ordered could they please order the same color or green or even black. They said they will. After receiving the pictures the plastic frame they replaced it with was burgundy and looked used with scratches. I asked about the color and price which now I’m told it was $240 because the price they gave was just an estimate. So the price went up for a used/scratched frame. After I told the this isn’t what the original person we spoke with told me they said they’ll lower the price to $200 and that’s all they can do. At this point, I told them I’ll have my brother call or come by. My brother didn’t get an answer. They called back they next day stating that if we didn’t pick up we would have to pay a garage fee. So I asked about the frame color again and the end solution was to take the frame off and put the broke one back on. So many communication break downs. No accountability. However my son ATV is working but I’m not sure if the frame is a good fit because the boack pieces on the side keep coming out. Not to mention they also spray painted a piece of the orange frame and put it back (which is now peeling) I wish I would’ve let them put the broken frame back and taken it somewhere where they put pride into their work.
