This business offers extremely bad service. I suggest anyone that the car insurance refers here to reconsider. I took my car in to fix and the parts they bought weren’t even original parts. Additionally, they buy cheap after market parts that cost the cars price to further depreciate significantly. They worked on my car and even missed out of repairs which I had to take back at another day at my own missing work expense. Furthermore, the paint job they did was bad and now have to take the car back to repaint wasting more of my time. I regret taking my car here 💯. They are very unprofessional and unethical when it comes to the car parts they install in the car; be aware !!

Very unprofessional, arguing over and over..with us and our insurance company. Not the best shop on the block yall. They messed the air up in the car. Went back 4 times to them..gapping holes on side panels where their not supposed to be. Said our fog lights pop in and out, which they dont they screw in. Wouldnt tell a soul about this place

They took care of my Mazda after an unfortunate accident and even left it cleaner then when I dropped it off. Jose was very nice and easy to work/communicate with.

Receptionist was very rude and dismissive over the phone answering questions regarding an estimate. Would not recommend this shop to anyone.

From beginning to end, I had a great experience. They assisted me with the paper work as well as with the rental; everything was done on sight! My fender, hood, front bumper and few internal items were replaced. All the pieces fit perfectly and the paint was matched to perfection. They left my car looking brand new and even gave it a detailed cleaning. Overall very satisfied and content with the end result. Thank you Body Shop Pros Collision Center for making this process smooth and easy.

If there was a way to give 0 stars I would. After an accident you have to deal with so many things afterwards. When you drop your vehicle off to be repaired you shouldnt have to worry about the repairs being done correctly or not. After all you the body shop is being paid for a job. You should be able to trust that the mechanics will will do a their job well and do it right. This unfortunately was not the case. STAY AWAY!

I’m giving this place 5 Stars for their outstanding customer service. Although I encountered some imperfections when they first returned my car, there was no hesitations when it came to receiving my car and fixing those little mistakes so that I could take home my car with a smile on my face. Unfortunately I was recently in a car accident. My insurance was very helpful and quick in finding a body shop that did great work and was close to me. I have to say the entire experience was stress free. As soon as I got there everyone was very professional. I met with the owner and my Geico representative and they explained everything very thoroughly and clearly. They kept me updated on all the repairs and how long it would take. When I went to pick up my car (right before closing), they stayed open for me, everyone was incredibly nice, and the work done to my car was amazing. It looked brand new! They even cleaned it (so good that I actually noticed it before I noticed the repairs). If you are having to have work done I’m sorry for the inconvenience, but trust that your vehicle is in the best hands!

They do great work and will always go above and beyond for the customer. I’ll recommend them to everyone. Honest owner and mechanics.

Ended up scraping my car against my apartment wall . Called Geico and set an appointment the same day. I arrived to the shop and had an excellent customer service representative, it took no more than 30 mins for my paperwork and to be placed into my rental. I received a phone call today to pick up my car and I can say they did a PHENOMENAL job !!!!! . There are truly no words that I can express as to how wonderful everyone is at Body Shop Pros. Damian and Jenece are the most amazing people I have ever met. When I had an accident their company was recommended to me and I took my car in to be repaired. Their communication with me throughout the whole process was wonderful and I am so appreciative of that. A few months later when I took my car in for scheduled service I was told that my thermostat had a leak in it, I called Damian and he told me to bring my car to him right away which I did. He took care of everything for me and absolutely went above and beyond what people do these days for their customers, they definitely restored my faith in humanity in so many ways. I highly, highly recommend them for any car and or body repair you may need. From the minute you walk in the door you feel so very welcome and I can promise you they will take the best care of you!!! Took my Truck to this shop (GEICO customer) after being rear-ended and was in and out with a rental within 30 minutes. They repaired the truck and delivered it earlier than initially estimated which was great. All the work done appeared terrific! I was very impressed with the level of customer service shown to me during the whole process, especially during my pickup of the truck. Had a little trouble closing the Roll-n-Lock for the truck bed and the owner climbed right in there a figured out the issue and corrected it. I am not one to go out and write reviews (good or bad) but felt it was imperative this time since there are so many bad actors in this type of business, however Body Shop Pros stands tall in my book and I would not hesitate going back to them or referring them to my friends. Had a minor accident in my BMW. Geico recommended this shop since it was close to my house. The service was exceptional, very professional staff and owners. I honestly did not expect the car to be repaired so quickly. Nor did I expect it to look so good. This is the worst body shop, these guys have no customer service skills, this shop is represented by Geico as a good place to bring your vehicle ...not so this is the worst body shop in Florida. The owner locked the door on me while waiting in the rain then told me to take my car out his shop after waiting for 4 hours on a Geico insurance company representative..this is after being told to return the following day because he is busy and have to go see another customer ..John Perez these people are unprofessional and racist ..

Avoid GEICO SCARE TACTICS used to manipulate cars from coming here. They cut costs for geico. My car has visible sanding scratches and paint doesnt match. Parts not aligned properly and no customer service after the fact. I should have gone to my regular shop instead of accepting this.
