The remplacement of my windshield was made by JOSE, very happy with his work and his excellent treatment, I recommended it, very professional.

Called to schedule and appointment and inquired about the cost difference between OEM and aftermarket glass. The receptionist advised that theyd use aftermarket glass but it would be OE quality so no sense in paying an additional $241 for OEM. I agreed to this and scheduled my appointment.Once the installers came they immediately went to work and installed an OEM windshield and then presented me with a $241 bill to to my surprise. This was never discussed or requested. Spoke w/ the owner on the phone and said there was nothing he could do and that it was an a miscommunication but the glass was already installed. I dont think the customer should be held liable for an internal miscommunication. If there was a price difference installing aftermarket $0 and OEM $241 then they should have presented that up front prior to doing any work.Would not recommend based on this alone. Dont bait your customers. They seem to have violated FL State Law 559.905 by not providing me with an estimate of the work prior to it being completed and by ignoring my request to proceed with Aftermarket glass vs OEM.

Honest, accommodating, professional, and very impressive service! Worked very quickly and went out of the way to help me last minute when Safelite could not get it together. Pedro is the best! 5 stars!!!This shop has gone out of their way to help me deal with that horrible, incompetent company -Safelite that Progressive uses. Affordable Auto and Glass communicates so well with me, always follows up, cares about their customers, and do their work with excellence! I highly recommend this place!!

Im glad to went and get help from them. The manager was very nice and helpful Steven the lady at the office the same very helpful they call the insurance to do the process for my claim even the insurance didnt paid. The gentleman who installed came to my house a young guy from Puerto Rico Im sorry I can remember your name was very nice knew his work explain and show me step by step the process from my problem and they help me with the price very affordable. The only negative point was at the office one of the workers came and the manager asked about about the repair first he was smoking the whole time his attitude very rude and negative he not even fix my car but his attitude was not accept. But after all very nice place to go

In regards to Carl Madsen review that he said about our company. We informed the advisor who was taking care of the vehicle about the stains on the vehicle before we touched it. We took photos before and showed them to the advisor & the advisor said they would take care of the detailing. After talking to the advisor and Mr. Madsen also talking to my boss, who in fact apologized to you even though it wasnt our fault, he also sent you the pictures before we touched the car and informed the advisor of it as well. We do not appreciate you writing a false statement about our company.

Great business! After my truck was broken into, I needed replacement glass as soon as possible...on a Friday. The owner and Steven were very responsive, friendly, and professional. They had the new piece of glass installed within a few hours. Additionally, the price was much less than I had been quoted from a major glass replacement retailer. Please support local companies like this.

Visited shop this morning. Windshield was replaced less than 30 minutes and they treated me delicious cubian coffee. Very satisfied.

Whoever the girl that answered the call is unprofessional. Their mechanic kept calling about picking up a car non stop. So as a courtesy, i call them back to let them know that. And hope they would reach the correct owner. However, instead of listening, she just kept asking if i am calling to have glass replaced. Told her 3x, and she rudely hung up. This lack of customer service has zero place in this world. Cant imagine to ever do business w such people that has no disregard or courtesy for customer. There are hundred other places that can help you w car repair. I would avoid doing business w them based on principle.

Just wanting to share a quick note and let you know that you guys do a really good job. Very smooth and quick process ! Starting from the office, Susy was nice, and guided me trough the claim process with the insurance. Technician came to my house, and took less that 30 min to install my windshield! He was polite and answer all my questions (lots of them) about warranty, glass brand and quality of the products they use. I’m glad I decided to work with Affordable auto glass !!

Met up with Antolin to install the glass at some random body shop but they had ordered the wrong model year so he told me to follow him and drive 19 miles to pick up the glass and get it installed. He drove like a maniac speeding and constantly switching lanes making it hard to keep up, in one instance he was going really fast and I was trying to catch up when he suddenly switched lanes and the person in front was stopped and I slammed on the brakes almost getting into an accident because of him and his terrible driving. Also his right rear light was not working.Aside from this, the moment we met up I asked how much it would cost and he asked if I was paying in cash or with a card and I said card, he then called the office and told me $145, then when I went to pay he said $155 I told him he said $145 at first so he told me its a processing fee, this dude knew I was paying with a card but didnt tell me the actual total. All this bullsh*t and not even a discount or anything for a tiny little vent/quarter glass.
